As shown in fig. 5, since the tool post 4 and/or the blade 5 can pass through the cutting through hole 8, the fixing rib 6 can clamp the tool post 4 to keep the tool post fixed and stable, and prevent the blade 5 from shaking during the cutting process, thereby ensuring accurate cutting. It is noted that the greater the number of fixing ribs 6 in contact with the insert seat 4, the better the stability of the insert seat 4 in the tool mount 3.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the plurality of fixing ribs 6 include a plurality of first fixing ribs 61 and a plurality of second fixing ribs 62, one end of the first fixing rib 61 is fixedly connected to the first fixing plate 1, and one end of the second fixing rib 62 is fixedly connected to the second fixing plate 2; the first fixing rib 61 is located on the plane of the first fixing plate 1, and the second fixing rib 62 is located on the plane of the second fixing plate 2. Optionally, the cutting device further comprises a holding portion 9, and the holding portion 9 is fixed at the joint of the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 2, so that an operator can slide the cutting device. Alternatively, the shape of the grip 9 may be ellipsoidal, cylindrical, spherical, or other shape suitable for holding.
