In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail as follows:
referring to fig. 2 and 3, a preferred embodiment of the frameless rear window wiper of the present invention includes a joint 1, two elastic pieces 2 and a wiper blade R, wherein the two elastic pieces 2 and the wiper blade R are detachably combined with the joint 1.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom of the joint 1 has an axially extending channel 11, the channel 11 penetrates through two ends of the joint 1, inner wall surfaces forming two sides of the channel 11 respectively have a side groove 12, the two side grooves 12 penetrate through two ends of the joint 1, and the two side grooves 12 preferably respectively have a first positioning portion 13 therein. The top of the adapter 1 also has a joint 14, and preferably the top of the adapter 1 is formed with a counterbore 15 so that the joint 14 can be located in the counterbore 15.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the two spring pieces 2 are used to assemble and position the wiper blade R to the connector 1. In detail, the two spring pieces 2 can be respectively engaged with the grooves R1 on both sides of the wiper blade R, so that the wiper blade R can be clamped by the two spring pieces 2; the two elastic pieces 2 clamped at the two sides of the wiper blade R pass through the slot 11 and are respectively clamped at the two side grooves 12 of the joint 1, so that a part of the two elastic pieces 2 can respectively penetrate into the side grooves 12 of the joint 1, even though the wiper blade R can penetrate into the slot 11. Thus, the wiper blade R can be fixed to the channel 11 by the two resilient pieces 2, even though a portion of the wiper blade R may protrude from the bottom of the connector 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the two spring plates 2 preferably have a second positioning portion 21 at each of the outer end sides thereof, the first positioning portions 13 of the two side grooves 12 of the contact 1 are respectively combined with the second positioning portions 21 of the two resilient pieces 2, so that, the two resilient sheets 2 can be positioned between the two side grooves 12 of the connector 1, so that the two resilient sheets 2 cannot be pulled out from the two ends of the channel 11 of the connector 1, and in this embodiment, the two first positioning portions 13 are respectively located on two inner walls of the two side grooves 12, the two first positioning portions 13 may be a block, the two second positioning portions 21 are respectively located at the outer side edges of the two elastic sheets 2, and the two second positioning portions may be a slot, so that, the two first positioning portions 13 of the joint 1 can be respectively engaged with the second positioning portions 21 of the two elastic pieces 2 to position the relative positions of the joint 1 and the two elastic pieces 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the frameless windshield wiper of the present invention may further include two sealing caps 3, wherein the two sealing caps 3 are respectively combined to the two ends of the two elastic pieces 2 and the two ends of the wiper blade R to modify the two ends of the two elastic pieces 2 and the two ends of the wiper blade R. The better section shape of the two elastic sheets 2 combined with the wiper blade R is matched with the section shape of the two sealing covers 3, so that the two sealing covers 3 can be sleeved at the two ends of the two elastic sheets 2 and the wiper blade R, even if the two elastic sheets 2 and the two ends of the wiper blade R can form stable combination. The two covers 3 are preferably of identical construction and are arranged in mirror image, so that the two covers 3 can be manufactured from a single mould and are not subject to directional restrictions when assembled.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the frameless rear window wiper of the present invention may further include a rocker arm 4, the bottom of the rocker arm 4 has a clip portion 41, the clip portion 41 and the combining portion 14 of the joint 1 may be detachably combined, in this embodiment, the combining portion 14 may be a shaft, the clip portion 41 has an opening 42, the combining portion 14 may penetrate into the clip portion 41 through the opening 42, so that the clip portion 41 may clamp the combining portion 14 under a predetermined pulling force, that is, the combining portion 14 may be separated from the clip portion 41 when receiving a pulling force greater than the predetermined pulling force. The opening 42 is preferably chamfered so that the engaging portion 14 can be easily engaged with the clip portion 41. Preferably, the opening 42 is connected to a pivot portion 43, and the pivot portion 43 is matched with the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 14, so that the connecting portion 14 can pass through the opening 42 and be accommodated in the pivot portion 43, so that the connecting portion 14 and the clamping portion 41 can form a stable connection. Additionally, the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 14 is preferably circular, so that the connecting portion 14 can rotate in the pivot portion 43, and thus the angle of the joint 1 relative to the rocker arm 4 can be adjusted, so that the bottom of the wiper blade R can be attached to the glass of the rear window.
It should be noted that in the embodiment where the counterbore 15 is formed at the top of the adapter 1, the clip portion 41 can facilitate alignment of the joint portion of the adapter 1 through the counterbore 15. Additionally, the rocker arm 4 preferably has a limiting block 44, when the joint 1 is combined with the rocker arm 4, the limiting block 44 can be accommodated in the counterbore 15 of the joint 1, in this embodiment, the number of the limiting blocks 44 is two, and the two limiting blocks 44 are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the clamping part 41, so that the two limiting blocks 44 can be accommodated in the counterbore 15. Thus, the two limit blocks 43 can abut against the bottom surface of the counterbore 15 to prevent the joint 1 from rotating excessively relative to the rocker arm 4, and have the function of limiting the relative position of the joint 1 and the rocker arm 4.
To sum up, the boneless wiper for the rear window of the utility model can combine or separate the joint and the rocker arm through the combination or separation of the clamping part and the combining part; on the other hand, the two elastic sheets are clamped in the grooves on the two sides of one wiper blade, so that the wiper blade can be easily assembled in the groove of the joint or pulled out from the groove, and the rear frameless wiper has the effects of being convenient to assemble or disassemble, replacing various components and the like. And because the two elastic sheets are clamped in the grooves on the two sides of the windshield wiper, the two elastic sheets can clamp and fix the windshield wiper, and the windshield wiper has the effect that the windshield wiper is not easy to loosen from the frameless windshield wiper of the rear window. In addition, the rear window frameless windshield wiper has a simple structure, can be conveniently manufactured, and has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost.
