Abstract

一种双抛物面眼镜片,由于将镜片的双面采取球 面与非球面相切的技术措施,最大限度地将镜片边沿 多余部分去掉,而不影响镜片的中心厚度,屈光度和 正常的周视角。从而大大地减轻了镜片的重量(约为 传统镜片的1/2),减薄了厚度(约为传统镜片的 2/3),使佩镜者佩带舒适,美观大方。本镜片适于高 度近视患者配镜之用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种双抛物面超薄眼镜片。
从镜片屈光度计算公式得知,同等直径镜片的屈光度愈大,则镜片的边沿愈厚,质量亦愈重。基于此因,深度近视患者佩带眼镜将因其耳部和鼻梁长期受压而造成痛苦感,并严重影响佩镜者的外表美观。
本发明人于一九八九年五月十六日申请,九0年三月二十八日授权的“超超薄眼睛片”虽然较好地解决了上述问题,但仍存在重量较重问题。
本实用新型的目的是在确保镜片中心厚度、屈光度和正常的的周视角前提下设计一种镜片薄、质量轻的双抛物面眼镜片,以使配制的眼镜佩带舒适,美观大方,从而提高眼镜的实际使用价值。
本实用新型的要点是镜片的双面均采取球面与非球面相切的技术措施,将镜片道沿多余部分去掉,以达到最大限度地减轻镜片重量和减薄镜片厚度的目的。

参见附图,本实用新型之镜片(5)由不同曲率半径的曲面(1)(4)构成,在其光学中心区的外围边至镜片边缘处的内外面均设计成环状曲面形,且内面环状曲面(3)与光学中心区形成的曲面(4)光滑连接,外面环状曲面(2)亦与光学中心区形成的曲面(1)光滑连接。
综上所述,本实用新型设计合理,制造容易,耗材料省,装配方便,较之传统镜片,重量约轻1/2,厚度约薄2/3,用其配制的眼镜集薄、轻、美于一体,适于高度近视患者佩带。

1、一种双抛物面眼镜片,它由不同曲率半径的曲面(1)(4)构成的镜片(5),其特征是其光学中心区的外围边至镜片边缘处的内外面均设计成环状曲面形,且内面环状曲面(3)与光学中心区形成的曲面(4)光滑连接,外面环状曲面(2)亦与光学中心区形成的曲面(1)光滑连接。
