A welding device for cable reel production comprises a workbench (1), a rear upright post (2), an upper cross beam (3), a connecting plate (4), a welding handle (5), a welding head (6) and a reel (7), wherein the rear side of the top end of the workbench (1) is connected with the bottom end of the rear upright post (2), the upper side of the front end of the rear upright post (2) is connected with the rear end of the upper cross beam (3), the connecting plate (4) is positioned below the front side of the bottom end of the upper cross beam (3), the middle part of the bottom end of the connecting plate (4) is connected with the top end of the welding handle (5), the bottom end of the welding handle (5) is connected with the top end of the welding head (6), the reel (7) is placed on the front side of the top end of the workbench (1), and the reel (7) is positioned below the welding; the track device is characterized by further comprising a track ring (8), a gear row (9), a support (10), a gear (11), a supporting plate (12), a motor (13), a speed reducer (14) and a rotating shaft (15), wherein the track ring (8) is in a ring shape, a telescopic device is arranged on the front side of the bottom end of the upper cross beam (3), the bottom end of the telescopic device is connected with the inner wall of the track ring (8) which is transversely placed, the bottom end of the track ring (8) is connected with the top end of the gear row (9), a through hole which penetrates through the interior of the support (10) from front to back is formed in the support, a jack is communicated with the upper side of the right end of the through hole, the front end and the rear end of the jack are both communicated with the outside of the support (10), a rolling device is arranged on the upper side of the through hole, the support (10) is sleeved on the track ring (8) through the through hole, the bottom end of the rolling device is in contact with the, the left end of layer board (12) is connected with the right-hand member downside of support (10), the top left side of layer board (12) is connected with the bottom of motor (13), the left end of motor (13) is connected with the right-hand member of reduction gear (14), the left end of reduction gear (14) is connected with the right-hand member of pivot (15), the left end of pivot (15) passes support (10) and gear (11) and stretches out to support (10) left end external world, pivot (15) and support (10) rotatable coupling, pivot (15) and gear (11) fixed connection.

The welding device for producing the cable reel according to claim 3, further comprising a limiting rod (22) and an adjusting nut (23), wherein the top end of the limiting rod (22) is located above the right side of the top end of the upper cross beam (3), the bottom end of the limiting rod (22) penetrates through the upper cross beam (3) and extends out of the lower portion of the upper cross beam (3), the bottom end of the limiting rod (22) is connected with the middle portion of the top end of the right connecting rod (19), the limiting rod (22) is connected with the upper cross beam (3) in a sliding mode, threads are arranged on the upper side of the limiting rod (22), and the adjusting nut (23) is sleeved on the outer wall of the limiting rod (22) in a threaded mode.

The welding device for producing the cable reel of claim 4, further comprising a support rod (24), a spring piece (25) and a contact switch (26), wherein the bottom end of the support rod (24) is connected with the right side of the top end of the right connecting rod (19), the upper side of the right end of the support rod (24) is connected with the left end of the spring piece (25), the spring piece (25) body has elasticity, and the right side of the front end of the spring piece (25) is connected with the rear end of the contact switch (26).
