The dual-purpose interface 25 for liquid adding and heat dissipation can be opened in the heating process, so that the overlarge steam pressure in the liquid medicine heating process is avoided; after the temperature is raised, the waterproof breathable composite film non-woven fabric bag 15 can be torn off, and the solid self-heating material in the heating layer 16 can be used as a reaction reagent to be recycled for other purposes.
