The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
In this application, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may comprise direct contact of the first and second features, or may comprise contact of the first and second features not directly but through another feature in between. Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
As shown in fig. 1, a clothes hanger connecting piece 1 comprises a connecting piece body 10 and a locking sleeve 11.
The locking sleeve 11 is a sleeve with an internal thread, and the locking sleeve 11 is made of plastic materials to form a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, so that the visual effect is better.
As shown in fig. 2 ~ 4, the connector body 10 includes a first combination block 100 and a second combination block 101. the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are also made of plastic material, preferably transparent plastic material. the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are both T-shaped and have the same structure and size.
Specifically, the first combination block 100 has two horizontal ends 1001 and 1002 and one vertical end 1003, respectively. Similarly, the first combination block 101 has two horizontal ends 1011, 1012 and one vertical end 1013, respectively.
The first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 can be buckled with each other to form a connector body 10 with a T-shaped structure, as shown in FIG. 1.
As shown in fig. 2 ~ 4, the horizontal ends and the vertical ends of the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are correspondingly provided with slots, so that after the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are buckled to form the connector body 10 with a T-shaped structure, three ends of the connector body 10 are provided with a complete hole, and the three holes can be inserted with the metal wire and the hook 3 forming the frame body 2.
The vertical ends of the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are symmetrically provided with internal threads and external threads in a matching manner, and the external threads are matched with the internal threads of the locking sleeve 11. After the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are fastened to form the connector body 10 with a T-shaped structure, the threads on the vertical ends of the connector body can smoothly transit to maintain consistency.
The first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are also respectively provided with a fastening part 1004, 1014 in a matching way, and the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 are buckled and locked through the action of the two fastening parts 1004, 1014. The fastening part can be fixed on the combination block by a cable tie or a metal wire in a winding way, and can also be fixed in other ways.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastening parts 1004 and 1014 are respectively disposed under the T-shapes of the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101 in a matching manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The fastening parts 1004 and 1014 are made of hook hole structure and are integrated with the combination block, wherein one fastening part is provided with an elastic barb, and the other fastening part is provided with a hole which are matched and corresponding to each other. The structure is convenient to assemble, and no external assembly tool is needed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inside of the first combination block 100 and the second combination block 101, which are located at the intersection of the two horizontal ends, are symmetrically provided with limiting slots 1005 and 1015, and the limiting slots 1005 and 1015 connect the slots provided on the horizontal ends with each other; the inner diameters of the limiting clamping grooves 1005 and 1015 are larger than the inner diameter of the wire groove formed in the horizontal end. Such design is convenient for and the tip is equipped with the metal wire rod combination of the constitution support body 2 of lug, and metal wire rod's tip is equipped with the lug, and this lug setting can prevent support body 2 from the in-line landing of wire casing in spacing draw-in groove 1005, 1015 when first combination piece 100 and second combination piece 101 lock back.
During assembly, as shown in fig. 5, the hanger connector 1 should be configured with a hook 3, one end of the hook 3 is provided with an external thread, the hook 3 is connected with the hanger connector 1 through a thread, and the frame body 2 is penetrated in a groove hole in the horizontal end. The clothes rack can be assembled by buckling the two combined blocks 100 and 101. The trouble of welding or winding in the traditional process is eliminated, the process is simple, the product quality cannot be influenced by proficiency of workers, the equipment investment can be saved, and the product percent of pass is greatly improved.
