Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of household appliances, especially, relate to an installation device and cooking utensils that have this installation device.
Background
The gas stove is a common kitchen utensil which is heated by direct fire with liquefied petroleum gas, artificial gas, natural gas and other gas fuels. The burner of a gas cooker is generally ignited using an igniter, which requires a battery to supply power thereto.
At present, a battery box for containing batteries is generally mounted on a bottom case of a cooker, and the batteries are loaded into the battery box from below the bottom case. Existing battery cases are connected to the cooktop by screws or double snaps.
The screws are used for connection, so that the material cost is increased, the screws are required to be locked manually in the assembling process, the mounting process is complicated, and the labor intensity of workers is increased. Although the installation process can be simplified by the form of the double buckle, the strength of the buckle is low. In the product transportation process, when the stress of the buckle is larger due to jolting, falling from high altitude and the like, the buckle is easy to fall off, so that the product quality is influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To at least partially solve the problems of the prior art, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting device for mounting into an opening of a bottom shell of a cooking appliance, the opening having a first edge and a second edge which are oppositely disposed, comprising: a case for housing a battery and/or pulser of a cooking appliance, the case having opposing first and second sides; a slot disposed at the first side for receiving the first edge; and the buckle assembly is arranged on the second side surface and used for clamping the second edge. Compare with connecting installation device at the cooking utensils drain pan with the screw, this installation device can reduce part quantity, reduces product cost, and the draw-in groove is simple and convenient with buckle component's connected mode moreover, saves the time of artifical locking screw, reduces intensity of labour. Meanwhile, the locking process is avoided, and the phenomenon of screw loosening or screw tripping is caused due to inconsistent force, so that the product quality is improved. Compare with the installation device that both sides all adopted the buckle, because the structural strength of draw-in groove self is great, consequently can bear great impact force in the transportation, greatly reduced in the transportation owing to receive great vibrations and drop or the possibility of damaging to improve product quality.
Illustratively, the snap assembly includes: a protrusion provided on the second side surface, a recess being provided on a lower surface of the protrusion; and an elastic catch having a first end connected into the recess and a second end having a hook, the second end extending downwardly beyond the recess to form a gap between the protrusion and the hook for catching the second edge. The second edge of the bottom case opening is clamped by the protruding part and the elastic buckle together, so that the mechanical strength of the buckle assembly can be increased.
Illustratively, a cross-section of the hook portion perpendicular to the second side surface is wedge-shaped. The wedge-shaped surface facilitates installation and facilitates the hook part to enter the opening on the bottom shell.

The protruding part penetrates through the second side face, so that the strength of the protruding part can be improved, and the plurality of elastic buckles are spaced from each other, so that the impact force in the transportation process can be uniformly shared, and the damage is avoided.
Illustratively, the width of the gap between the tab and the hook is 0.1 to 2 millimeters greater than the thickness of the second edge. If the width of the gap is too small, the second edge is not easily inserted into the gap. If the width of the gap is too large, the hook and the protrusion may not effectively secure the second edge, and the mounting device may easily wobble or even fall off the bottom case.
Illustratively, the card slot extends through the first side. Because the draw-in groove runs through its first side, draw-in groove and first edge area of contact are big, so stability is higher, when receiving strong impact, bears intensity greatly, and installation device is difficult to drop from the drain pan.
Illustratively, the first side surface is provided with a first protrusion and a second protrusion, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are arranged at intervals to form the clamping groove. Through first arch and second arch form the draw-in groove on first side, can improve mechanical strength for be connected more reliably with the drain pan of cooking utensils.
Illustratively, the card slot and the buckle assembly are both disposed at a position near a bottom surface of the box body. In this way, the mounting device can be substantially embedded within the bottom shell after the mounting device is mounted to the bottom shell. Like this from the outward appearance, the bottom of cooking utensils is more level and more smooth, avoids the installation back installation device to bulge outside the drain pan and improve by the risk of collision, can also reduce the size of cooking utensils simultaneously.
Exemplarily, the box body is provided with a mounting groove and a cavity, wherein the mounting groove is internally provided with conductors for connecting to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery, and the cavity is internally provided with a pulser. The box body is used for installing the battery and the pulser at the same time, so that the product can be modularized, and the number of parts of the product is reduced. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments described herein. Based on the embodiments of the present invention described in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The utility model provides an installation device. The mounting device is mainly used for mounting a battery, a pulser or both of a cooker. The adjusting device can be used for various gas stoves, including natural gas stoves, artificial gas stoves, liquefied petroleum gas stoves, etc. The adjustment device can also be used for induction cookers, if possible.
In order to be able to clearly and wholly understand the principle of the present invention, a simple description will be made first of all of a range, in particular a gas range, employing the mounting device. Cooktops typically include a panel and a burner that protrudes above the panel. Under the panel, the cooktop has a bottom shell. The bottom case is used for enclosing the bottom of the burner, the gas pipe connected to the burner, electric components such as an igniter for the burner, an operation valve, and the like between the bottom case and the panel. The power supply unit of the electrical device is typically a battery. The battery needs to be replaced after the electric quantity of the battery is exhausted, therefore, the battery can be installed on the bottom shell through the installation device, and the battery can be conveniently disassembled and assembled from the lower part of the bottom shell. In some cases, a pulser connected to the igniter is provided on the mounting device and is powered by a battery. In other cases, the pulser may be separately mounted to the bottom case of the cooktop by a mounting device.
Fig. 1-6 illustrate a mounting device 100 according to one set of embodiments of the invention from various perspectives. As shown in fig. 1-2, the mounting device 100 includes a case 110, a card slot 120, and a snap assembly 130.
The cartridge 110 is used to house the battery and/or pulser of the cooktop. In the illustrated embodiment, the cartridge 110 is used to house a battery and a pulser. However, as previously mentioned, the present invention does not exclude embodiments in which the battery or the pulser is separately installed. The structure of the cartridge 110 is different according to the type of parts to be mounted. Illustratively, a mounting groove for fixing the battery may be provided in the case 110. The opening of the mounting groove faces downwards. The mounting device 100 is shown from the top and thus the mounting slot cannot be shown. The battery can be loaded into the mounting groove from the lower part of the cooker. Conductors connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are provided in the mounting groove for connection to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery. In the illustrated embodiment, the casing 110 is further provided with a cavity 140, and the cavity 140 is used for accommodating the pulser. Illustratively, the cavity 140 may be closed, as viewed from below the cooktop. The cavity 140 may be open on a top surface for routing. Of course, a cover plate (not shown) may also be provided on the top surface of the cavity 140 to enclose the pulser within the cavity 140. The cavity 140 is arranged side by side with the mounting groove. The pulser can be electrically connected to a conductor in the mounting slot for powering the pulser. The box body 110 is used for installing the battery and the pulser at the same time, so that the product can be modularized, and the number of parts of the product is reduced. Meanwhile, the structure of the bottom of the stove is compact, and the assembly is simple and convenient.
As shown in fig. 5, an opening is generally provided on a bottom case 200 of the cooktop, and the mounting device 100 is mounted in the opening, so that at least a portion of the mounting device 100 can be embedded in the bottom case 200. The opening has oppositely disposed first and second edges 201 and 202 corresponding to the opposing first and second sides 111 and 112, respectively, of the tray body 110, as will be described hereinafter.
The case 110 has a top surface and a bottom surface. The top and bottom surfaces are relative to the mounting device 100 mounted to the cooktop (i.e., the state shown in fig. 5). The first side surface 111 and the second side surface 112 are located between the top surface and the bottom surface and are oppositely disposed.
The first side 111 of the box body 110 is provided with a card slot 120, as shown in fig. 1 and 4-5. The card slot 120 is for receiving the first edge 201 of the opening of the bottom chassis 200. The second side 112 of the case 110 is provided with a snap assembly 130, as shown in fig. 2 and 4-6. The catch assembly 130 is configured to catch the second edge 202 of the opening. The mounting device 100 is connected to the bottom case 200 of the cooker and the mounting device 100 is fixed by the action of the card slot 120 and the snap assembly 130. In the installation process, the locking groove 120 on the first side 111 of the installation device 100 is aligned with the first edge 201 of the opening on the cooker bottom case 200 from above the bottom case 200, and the first edge 201 of the cooker bottom case 200 is inserted into the locking groove 120, referring to fig. 5. Next, a downward force F (as indicated by the arrow in fig. 5) is applied to the mounting device 100 near the second side 112 of the mounting device 100 until the snap assembly 130 on the second side 112 of the mounting device 100 catches the second edge 202 of the cooktop pan 200, whereupon the mounting device 100 is connected to the cooktop pan 200. The snap assembly 130 can have various structures as long as it can catch the second edge 202 of the cooktop case 200. Illustratively, the snap assembly 130 may include a resilient catch. One end of the elastic hook is connected to the second side surface, and the other end of the elastic hook is spaced from the second side surface and is provided with a groove. When a downward force F is applied to the mounting device 100 near the second side 112 of the mounting device 100, the resilient hook is drawn toward the second side 112 until the second edge 202 is inserted into the recess in the resilient hook as the recess passes the second edge 202. At this time, the elastic hook is restored to the initial position, so that the fastening assembly 130 is fastened to the second edge 202 of the cooker bottom case 200. Another preferred embodiment of the buckle assembly 130 will be described in detail later.
The utility model provides an installation device 100 can firmly be installed to the drain pan 200 of cooking utensils through a draw-in groove 120, one side buckle subassembly 130. Compared with the mounting device connected to the bottom case 200 of the kitchen range by screws, the mounting device 100 can reduce the number of parts and product cost, and the connection mode of the clamping groove 120 and the buckle assembly 130 is simple and convenient, so that the time for manually locking the screws is saved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, 4-6, the catch assembly 130 may include a tab 131 and a resilient catch 132. The protrusion 131 is provided on the second side 112. The lower surface of the protrusion 131 is provided with a notch 131a, as shown in fig. 2. The opening of the recess 131a is downward. The recess 131a may extend outward to the outer side of the protrusion 131 such that it is open downward and sideways, as shown in fig. 2 and 6. The protrusion 131 may be disposed at a position of the second side surface 112 near the top surface, may be disposed at a middle portion of the second side surface 112, or may be disposed at a position of the second side surface 112 near the bottom surface. Preferably, the protrusion 131 is disposed at a position of the second side 112 close to the bottom surface of the box body 110, so that the mounting device 100 is embedded in the bottom case 200, thereby preventing the mounting device 100 from protruding out of the bottom case 200 after mounting to increase the risk of collision, and simultaneously reducing the size of the cooker. Although in the illustrated embodiment, the protrusion 131 has a bar shape. However, the present invention does not limit the shape of the protrusion 131.
The resilient latch 132 has a first end and a second end. In the installed state, as shown in fig. 6, the upper end of the elastic buckle 132 is a first end, and the lower end is a second end. A first end of the elastic catch 132 is connected to the inside of the recess 131 a. The recess 131a provides a space for the elastic catch 132 to be mounted. The second end of the elastic catch 132 has a hook 132 a. Hook 132a is spaced from second side 112. The above distance is used to draw the hook portion 132a toward the second side surface 112 during the mounting process. The second end with the hook 132a extends downward beyond the notch 131a to form a gap 133 between the protrusion 131 and the hook 132a, the gap 133 being for catching the second edge 202. The hook 132a is located below the protrusion 131. When a downward force F is applied to the side during the mounting process, the hook 132a is drawn toward the second side surface 112, and after the hook 132a completely passes the second edge 202 of the opening of the bottom case 200, the hook 132a returns to its original shape and catches the second edge 202 between the protrusion 131 and the hook 132a, as shown in fig. 6.
The clip assembly 130 of the preferred embodiment includes the protrusion 131 and the elastic clip 132, and the mechanical strength of the clip assembly 130 can be increased by the two together catching the second edge 202 of the opening of the bottom case 200. In particular, this preferred solution, by providing the resilient catch 132 on the projection, increases on the one hand the mechanical strength of the resilient catch, compared to the solution mentioned above, which relies only on the resilient catch being directly connected to the second side to grip the second edge 202; on the other hand, the protrusion 131 can share a portion of the impact force during transportation, thereby reducing the possibility of damage to the elastic catch 132. In addition, the protrusion 131 bears the weight of the case 110 after installation, and thus is more stable after installation.
Illustratively, the hook portion 132a has a wedge-shaped cross-section perpendicular to the second side surface 112. The wedge faces outwardly of the cassette 110. During the installation process, the wedge-shaped portion first contacts the second edge 202, and under the action of the downward force F, the second edge 202 pushes the wedge-shaped surface of the hook 132a, so that the elastic catch 132 is drawn toward the second side surface 112 until the second edge 202 completely passes through the wedge-shaped portion of the hook 132a, and the elastic catch 132 returns to the original state. The wedge-shaped surfaces facilitate installation and entry of the hooks 132a into the openings in the bottom housing 200.
Illustratively, the protrusion 131 extends through the second side 112, as shown in fig. 2. The casing 110 of the mounting device 100 includes at least two elastic clips 132, such as two or more clips in the illustrated embodiment, spaced apart from each other. The protrusion 131 penetrates through the second side 112 to increase the strength of the protrusion 131, and the plurality of elastic buckles 132 are spaced apart from each other to uniformly share the impact force during transportation, thereby preventing damage.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the width of the gap 133 between the protrusion 131 and the hook 132a is 0.1mm to 2mm greater than the thickness of the second edge 202. If the width of the gap 133 is too small, the second edge 202 may not be easily inserted into the gap 133. If the width of the gap 133 is too large, the hook 132a and the protrusion 131 cannot effectively fix the second edge 202, and the mounting device 100 is easily shaken or even dropped off on the bottom case 200.
Illustratively, the card slot 120 extends through the first side 111. In this way, the structural stability of the card slot 120 can be increased. When the first edge 201 of the bottom case 200 is clamped in the clamping groove 120, since the clamping groove 120 penetrates through the first side surface 111, the contact area between the clamping groove 120 and the first edge 201 is large, so that the stability is higher, and when the mounting device 100 is subjected to strong impact, the bearing strength is large, and the mounting device 100 is not easy to fall off from the bottom case 200.
Illustratively, a first protrusion 121 and a second protrusion 122 are disposed on the first side 111, as shown in fig. 4. The first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 are spaced apart to form the card slot 120. Alternatively, a portion of the first side 111 may be removed to form the slot. But because of the limited thickness of the first side 111, the structural strength is reduced by removing a portion to machine the card slot. The formation of the locking groove 120 on the first side 111 by the first protrusion 121 and the second protrusion 122 can improve mechanical strength, so that the connection with the bottom case 200 of the cooker (as shown in fig. 5) is more reliable. The interval between the first and second protrusions 121 and 122 is preferably between 0.1 and 2mm greater than the thickness of the first edge 201 of the bottom chassis 200. Within the range, the structure after installation is more stable on the premise of ensuring the installation reliability.
Illustratively, the card slot 120 and the snap assembly 130 are both disposed near a bottom surface of the case 110, as shown in fig. 5. In this way, after the mounting device 100 is mounted to the bottom chassis 200, the mounting device 100 can be substantially embedded into the bottom chassis 200. Like this from the outward appearance, the bottom of cooking utensils is more level and more smooth, avoids installation back installation device 100 to bulge outside drain pan 200 and improve the risk of being collided, can also reduce the size of cooking utensils simultaneously.
According to another aspect of the invention, a cooker is also provided. The hob includes a bottom shell 200, as shown in fig. 5. The bottom chassis 200 is provided with an opening having a first edge 201 and a second edge 202 oppositely disposed. The hob further comprises any one of the mounting devices 100 as described above. The first edge 201 and the second edge 202 of the opening are connected to the card slot 120 and the snap assembly 130 of the mounting device 100, respectively. For the components included in the mounting device 100, reference may be made to the above description, and for brevity, the description is omitted here.
