Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, an article taking and placing structure includes a vehicle chassis 1, a first storage case 2, a second storage case 3, and a case driving device. The vehicle chassis 1 refers to a chassis structure which can drive the vehicle to move on a field or a road, and other structures (such as a boarding structure or an auxiliary structure and the like) of the vehicle can be supported and driven by a head of the vehicle chassis or other dragging equipment.
The first storage box 2 is fixedly disposed above the vehicle chassis 1, may have a frame structure, and is used for storage of articles. For the equipment fire engine, the storage device can be used for storing fire-fighting or rescue equipment. For other types of work vehicles, it may be used for storage of work tools or material as a work object. The first storage compartment 2 is arranged in a fixed manner relative to the vehicle chassis 1, has a high stability and can be used for storing a large number of or heavy objects.
A second storage compartment 3 is provided on at least one side of the first storage compartment 2, which can be used for storage of articles. The items stored in the second storage bin 3 may be of the same type as the items of the first storage bin 2 or may be different. In other embodiments, there may be more than three second storage cases 3, which may be located at different sides, such as at the left and right sides and the rear side, or may be located at the left, right, or rear side, partially or entirely, in a side-by-side manner.
The box driving device is connected with the second storage box 3 and can drive the second storage box 3 to move to a first working position at the side of the vehicle chassis 1 along the direction far away from the first storage box 2. The box driving device can also drive the second storage box 3 to move to a second working position above the vehicle chassis 1 in a direction close to the first storage box 2. The first operating position is lower than the second operating position.
Referring to fig. 1(b), when the second storage box 3 is driven to move to the first working position, since the second storage box 3 is located at the side of the vehicle chassis 1 at this time, the worker can conveniently take the articles in the second storage box 3 at a lower position, and can conveniently place the articles in the second storage box 3. And because the second storage box body 3 is far away from the first storage box body 2, the first storage box body 2 can be taken and placed in a larger operation space, and the articles in the first storage box body 2 can be conveniently taken out and stored. Referring to fig. 1(a), when the second storage box 3 is driven to move to the second working position, the second storage box 3 is located above the vehicle chassis 1 and adjacent to the first storage box 2, so that the space occupied by the article taking and placing structure is more compact, on one hand, the passing width can be reduced, the transportation is convenient, on the other hand, the space can be saved, and the arrangement of other parts on the vehicle is convenient.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the first storage bin 2 of the article accessing structure has an article accessing end, and the second storage bin 3 is located on a side of the first storage bin 2 adjacent to the article accessing end of the first storage bin 2. The second storage compartment 3 itself thus closes the article access end of the first storage compartment 2 in the second operating position and opens the article access end of the first storage compartment 2 in the first operating position, thereby allowing movement of the second storage compartment 3 to be linked to opening and closing of the first storage compartment 2, simplifying the work operation.
In fig. 2 and 3, the second storage bin 3 also has an article access end, which may be located on a side of the second storage bin 3 remote from the first storage bin 2. This facilitates the taking and placing of the articles in the second storage container 3. As required, a roller shutter door 36 which is convenient to open and close and has good sealing performance may be provided at the article pick-and-place end of the second storage box 3. In other embodiments, single or split door configurations may be used.
Considering that the first storage box 2 is located above the vehicle chassis 1, in the case of a high vehicle chassis, a worker cannot directly take and place objects in the first storage box 2 on the ground. With reference to figures 3 and 5, in some embodiments the climbing assistance structure comprises at least one step of tread, located on the side wall of said second storage tank 3. The at least one step may be a groove structure 32 recessed with respect to the sidewall of the second storage container 3. The groove structure 32 is stable, does not occupy extra space, and is very convenient for workers to climb. To facilitate the movement of the second storage case 3, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a side of the second storage case 3 adjacent to the first storage case 2 may be provided with a slope 33. The second storage box 3 can be translated obliquely downwards to the first working position along the inclined plane 33, and the manner of translating obliquely downwards and obliquely upwards along a straight line can reduce the driving work of the box driving device on one hand, and on the other hand, the movement range of the second storage box 3 is smaller, so that the interference with the surrounding environment is avoided. In other embodiments, the second storage container 3 is not limited to a translational motion along a straight line, but may also be translated along a curved line, a broken line, or a combination of curved and broken lines, or rotated about a fixed or moving axis.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the pod drive apparatus includes a guide mechanism and a drive mechanism. The guide mechanism is arranged between the second storage box body 3 and the first storage box body 2 or the vehicle chassis 1 and is used for guiding the movement track of the second storage box body 3 between the first working position and the second working position. In other words, the second storage case 3 can be moved along the designed movement locus by the guide mechanism, thereby improving reliability.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the guide mechanism includes at least one set of idler rail mating structures. The idler and guide rail mating structure may include an idler and a guide rail that mate with each other. In fig. 3 and 4, guide rails 22 may be provided at both left and right ends of the first storage casing 2 to be engaged with guide rails 35 provided on the second storage casing 3, and guide rails 21 may be provided at a lower position of the first storage casing 2 near the second storage casing 3 to be engaged with guide rails 34 provided on the second storage casing 3. Through the sliding friction fit of the guide wheel and the guide rail, the second storage box body 3 can move more smoothly and is not easy to deviate from a preset movement track.
In other embodiments, other types of guiding mechanisms may be used, such as a sliding friction fit of a slider and a guide rail.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, a driving mechanism is provided between the second storage case 3 and the first storage case 2 or the vehicle chassis 1 for driving the second storage case 3 to move between the first operating position and the second operating position. In fig. 3, the driving mechanism may include at least two hydraulic cylinders 4, and both ends of the at least two hydraulic cylinders 4 are connected to the first storage case 2 and the second storage case 3, respectively. The hydraulic cylinder 4 can conveniently drive the second storage box body 3 to translate through linear extension, and the hydraulic cylinder 4 has better driving force, so that the stability and reliability of the movement of the second storage box body 3 for storing heavier or more objects can be ensured. In other embodiments, the driving mechanism can also adopt a driving form of a motor, a pulley block, a cylinder and the like.
