Technical Field

The present invention relates generally to the field of electrical heating appliances, and more particularly to a cooking appliance.

Background

The electric cooker comprises an upper cover assembly, a middle plate assembly, a control plate assembly, a heating assembly, a shell and a base assembly. The control board assembly is connected with the heating assembly through a current-carrying wire and then fixedly connected to the middle board assembly. The control panel assembly comprises a control panel, a fixed seat and a fan. Wherein the control panel and the fan are electrical devices. The fan is fixed on the fixing seat and used for dissipating heat of the control panel and cooling the temperature of the electronic components on the control panel.

In the prior art, a fastener is arranged on the fixed seat. The fan is fixed on the fixed seat through a buckle. Therefore, the buckle is easy to damage in the process of assembling and disassembling the fan. The damaged buckle can not completely fix the fan, which may cause the fan to fall off, so that the electric cooker can not be used normally.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a cooking appliance to at least partially solve the above mentioned problems.

Therefore, the positioning column and the positioning hole are matched with each other to guide the fan to be installed on the fixed seat; meanwhile, the positioning column and the positioning hole play a role in positioning the fan; and the reference column wears to establish in the locating hole, can inject the rotational degree of freedom of fan, further improves the joint strength of fan and fixing base.

Optionally, the cooking appliance further comprises a heating assembly, the heating assembly is electrically connected with the control board, and the control board controls the heating state of the heating assembly. Therefore, the control panel controls the heating assembly to generate heat so as to heat the food in the cooking space.

Optionally, the cooker body comprises a middle plate assembly, and the fixing seat is arranged in the middle plate assembly. Therefore, a structure for fixing the fan does not need to be separately arranged, and the volume of the cooking appliance is reduced.

Optionally, the fixing seat is connected with the middle plate assembly through a screw and/or the fixing seat is connected with the middle plate assembly through a fixing column and a fixing hole sleeved on the periphery of the fixing column. Therefore, the connection mode of the fixed seat and the middle plate component is simple; and the fixing seat is connected with the middle plate component through the screw and the fixing column is connected with the fixing hole, so that the connection strength between the fixing seat and the middle plate component is high.

Optionally, the cooking appliance is an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker or an electric stewpan.

A cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2. It can be understood that according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be for electric rice cooker (for example IH electric rice cooker), electric pressure cooker, electric saucepan or other electric heating utensil, and according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee.

The cooking utensil mainly comprises a pot body and a cover body. The cooker body is basically in the shape of a round-corner cuboid and is provided with an inner pot containing part in a cylindrical shape, and the inner pot can be freely placed into or taken out of the inner pot containing part so as to be convenient for cleaning the inner pot. The upper end face of the inner pot is provided with a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup and the like, into the inner pot. The lid body is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body. The cover body is pivotally connected to the pot body in an openable and closable manner and is used for covering the pot body. When the cover body is covered on the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot. The cooker body comprises a middle plate component and a base. The cover body is pivotally connected to the middle plate assembly, and a cooking space is defined between the cover body and the middle plate assembly.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the cooking appliance includes a control panel, a heating assembly and a fan 120. The control panel is a circuit board. The control board and the heating assembly are electrically connected through an electric wire, so that the control board can control the heating state of the heating assembly. The control panel controls the heating assembly to generate heat to heat the food material in the cooking space.

When the cooking appliance works, the control panel generates a large amount of heat. So that the temperature of the control plate is high. For this, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment further includes a fan 120 for cooling the control board. The fan 120 may be electrically connected to a control board so that the control board can control the operation of the fan 120. Thereby, the temperature of the control plate is reduced.

In this embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes a fixing base 110. The fixing base 110 is used for mounting the fan 120. Preferably, the control board and the fan 120 are both fixedly connected to the fixing base 110. Therefore, the control panel and the fan 120 are concentrated on the fixing base 110, and the cooking appliance has a simple structure.

Further preferably, the fixing base 110 is fixedly disposed in the middle plate assembly of the pot body. Therefore, a structure for fixing the fan 120 is not required to be separately provided, and the volume of the cooking appliance is reduced.

In this embodiment, the fixing base 110 and the middle plate assembly are connected by screws. Therefore, the connection mode of the fixed seat 110 and the middle plate component is simple.

In this embodiment, the fixing base 110 and the middle plate assembly are connected through the fixing post and the fixing hole sleeved on the periphery of the fixing post. Specifically, the fixing base 110 is provided with a fixing column. The middle plate component is provided with a fixing hole corresponding to the fixing column. The fixed hole is sleeved on the periphery of the fixed column. Therefore, the fixing seat 110 is connected with the middle plate component through the screw and the fixing holes through the fixing columns, and the connecting strength between the fixing seat 110 and the middle plate component is high. Preferably, the fixing column and the fixing hole are in interference connection. Therefore, the fixing column can be prevented from being separated from the fixing hole.

It is understood that in other embodiments, the fixing base 110 is provided with a fixing hole. The middle plate component is provided with a fixing column corresponding to the fixing hole. The fixed hole is sleeved on the periphery of the fixed column.

In other embodiments, the fixing base 110 and the middle plate assembly may be connected only by screws, or only by the fixing posts and fixing holes sleeved on the peripheries of the fixing posts.

In this embodiment, the fan 120 is clamped to the fixing base 110. Specifically, the fixing base 110 is provided with a buckle 113. The fixing base 110 is clamped with the fan 120 through a buckle 113. In an embodiment that is not shown, a buckle may also be provided on the fan 120, and a clamping portion corresponding to the buckle is provided on the fixing base 110, and the buckle and the clamping portion are clamped and connected to fix the fan 120 on the fixing base 110. Preferably, the catch 113 catches the upper surface 123 of the fan 120. Thus, the operation of installing the fan 120 or replacing the fan 120 is convenient.

In this embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes a fastener 130. The fastener 130 fixes the fan 120 to the fixing base 110. That is, the fan 120 of the present embodiment is also connected to the fixing base 110 by the fastener 130. Therefore, the joint strength of the fan 120 and the fixed seat 110 is increased through the combined action of the buckle 113 and the fastener 130; moreover, due to the dual functions of the buckle 113 and the fastener 130, when the buckle 113 is damaged (for example, the buckle 113 is damaged in the installation process), the fan 120 is fixed on the fixing base 110 by the fastener 130, so that the fan 120 is prevented from being separated from the fixing base 110 when the buckle 113 is damaged, and the cooking appliance cannot work normally.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fan 120 is provided with a through hole 121. The fixing base 110 is provided with a mounting hole 111, and the mounting hole 111 is a threaded hole. The fastener 130 is a screw. The mounting hole 111 and the through hole 121 are correspondingly disposed. Thus, after the fan 120 is clamped to the fixing base 110, the mounting hole 111 and the through hole 121 are substantially coaxial. The fastener 130 can be connected to the mounting hole 111 after passing through the through hole 121, i.e., the screw can be screwed into the mounting hole 111 after passing through the through hole 121. The fan 120 can be fixed on the fixing base 110 by tightening the screw. Thus, the fan 120 is conveniently installed.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, the fixing base 110 is further provided with a positioning post 112, the fan 120 is provided with a positioning hole 122, and the positioning post 112 and the positioning hole 122 are correspondingly disposed. Thus, during the process of mounting the fan 120 on the fixing base 110, the positioning posts 112 penetrate into the positioning holes 122. Therefore, the positioning posts 112 and the positioning holes 122 are matched with each other to guide the operation of mounting the fan 120 on the fixing base 110; meanwhile, the positioning column 112 and the positioning hole 122 play a role in positioning the fan 120; the positioning post 112 is inserted into the positioning hole 122, so that the rotational degree of freedom of the fan 120 can be limited, and the connection strength between the fan 120 and the fixing base 110 can be further improved.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:

a pot body;

a lid body openably and closably provided to the pot body to form a cooking space between the pot body and the lid body;

a fan;

the fan fixing device comprises a fixing seat, a fan and a fan fixing piece, wherein a buckle is arranged on the fixing seat and is clamped with the fan;

and the fastener fixes the fan on the fixed seat.

2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the fan is provided with a through hole, the fixing base is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the through hole, and the fastener penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the mounting hole to fix the fan on the fixing base.

3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing base is further provided with a positioning column, the fan is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning column is arranged in the positioning hole in a penetrating manner.

4. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the catch catches an upper surface of the fan.

5. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising a control panel, the fan for dissipating heat from the control panel.

6. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the control panel is disposed on the holder.

7. The cooking appliance of claim 5, further comprising a heating assembly, the heating assembly being electrically connected to the control board, the control board controlling a heating state of the heating assembly.

8. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the pot body comprises a middle plate assembly, the fixing base being disposed within the middle plate assembly.

9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the fixing seat is connected with the middle plate assembly through a screw and/or the fixing seat is connected with the middle plate assembly through a fixing column and a fixing hole sleeved on the periphery of the fixing column.

10. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, or an electric stewpan.
