As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the chopstick holder comprises:

3. A chopstick holder, according to claim 2, wherein said first leg (3) comprises a left side bar (31), a right side bar (32) and a bottom bar (33) connected between the left and right side bars; wherein the left side rod (31) and the right side rod (32) are hinged on the shelf body (1).

A chopstick holder according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said holder body (1) comprises a bottom plate (11) and a front wall plate (12), a rear wall plate (13), a left wall plate (14) and a right wall plate (15) extending upwards along the periphery of the bottom plate (11), and at least one partition plate (16) connected between said left and right wall plates; the gap between adjacent partition boards (16) and/or the gap between the partition boards and the front wall board and the rear wall board form the insertion hole (2).

5. Chopstick holder according to claim 4, wherein the angle between the plane of the base plate (11) and the plane of the first leg (3) is acute when the first leg (3) is fully open.

6. A chopstick holder according to claim 4, wherein the partition plate (16), the front wall plate (12) and the rear wall plate (13) are provided with corresponding second limiting members (17), and the gap between adjacent limiting members can only accommodate one chopstick.

7. Chopstick holder according to claim 6, wherein said second stop (17) is a protrusion or indentation protruding from said partition (16), front wall plate (12) and rear wall plate (13).
