In some embodiments, the link linear motion mechanism 230 and the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204 may be any one of a Tusi double circle (Tusi Couple), Scott-russell link (Scott russell link), Sarrus link (Sarrus link), bauelier-lipkinlink (peaulier-lipkinlink), Hart's inverter, and quad flat surface inverter (quadrupurplanar inverter).
In the process of opening the umbrella, the middle nest 122 and the lower nest 123 move from the state shown in fig. 3 to the state shown in fig. 5, that is, the energy released by the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is also used to drive the fixing base 121, the middle nest 122 and the lower nest 123 to move in the direction away from the umbrella handle 100 to drive the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 to extend, and the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 extends to cause the first umbrella rod 111 and the second umbrella rod 112 to extend away from each other to stretch the umbrella folding elastic member 221 so as to store energy in the umbrella folding elastic member 221.

The bottom of the umbrella-retracting rod 223c is fixed with an umbrella-retracting handle 226 for driving the umbrella-retracting rod 223 to slide in the umbrella handle 100, the umbrella-retracting handle 226 is L-shaped, and one end of the umbrella-retracting handle extends out of the umbrella handle 100, so that a user can conveniently operate the umbrella-retracting handle 226.
Referring to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 shows an assembled view of the umbrella closing trigger mechanism 222. An umbrella-closing opening 1111 is arranged on the first umbrella rod 111, and one end of the umbrella-closing top block 224 can extend out of the umbrella-closing opening 1111 under the supporting force of the umbrella-closing top block elastic piece 225 to drive one end of the platform base assembly 210 to retract into the lower nest 123. Referring to fig. 8, a first fixing portion 1112 is disposed in the first umbrella rod 111, and the first fixing portion 1112 may be a fixing block fixed in the first umbrella rod 111, or an outer wall of the first umbrella rod 111 is recessed inward. Referring to fig. 7 and 11, an umbrella folding rod 223a far away from the umbrella folding handle 226 can abut against the first fixing portion 1112, one end of the umbrella folding rod 223a abutting against the first fixing portion 1112 is provided with a top block 2231, a second fixing portion 2232 is arranged inside the umbrella rod 110 (i.e., the first umbrella rod 111) far away from the umbrella folding handle 226, the umbrella folding rod 223a is further sleeved with an umbrella folding rod spring 2233, two ends of the umbrella folding rod spring 2233 abut against the second fixing portion 2232 and the top block 2231, the umbrella folding rod spring 2233 is in a compressed state, and an elastic supporting force of the umbrella folding rod spring 2233 is used for coaxially straightening and extending the umbrella folding rod 223a, the umbrella folding rod 223b and the umbrella folding rod 223c, so as to eliminate a connection gap between the umbrella folding rod heads and tails.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the umbrella opening trigger mechanism 203 comprises: an umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204, two umbrella opening handles 205 and a spring top seat 206. The umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204 is arranged in the umbrella handle 100. Two umbrella opening handles 205 are respectively connected with two connecting rods at one end of the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204. With reference to fig. 12 and fig. 12, which are schematic structural diagrams of the spring top seat 206, a third movable hinge groove 2061 and a third hinge hole 2062 are provided on the spring top seat 206, with reference to fig. 4, a third hinge portion 2063 and a third sliding portion 2064 are provided at the other end of the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204, which is connected to the umbrella opening handle 205, the third hinge portion 2063 is hinged to the third hinge hole 2062, the third sliding portion 2064 is slidably connected to the third movable hinge groove 2061, and energy is input to the umbrella opening elastic member 201 by pressing the two umbrella opening handles 205 to drive the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204 to extend to drive the spring top seat 206 to press the umbrella opening elastic member 201. One end of the spring top seat 206 can extend into the lower nest 123, and when the abutting end 207 of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 abutting against the spring top seat 206 slides upwards and passes over the platform block 211, one end of the platform block 211 is ejected out under the supporting force of the platform elastic member 212 and supported at the end of the umbrella opening elastic member 201, as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the umbrella opening actuator 202 includes an umbrella closing hook 2021 and an elastic member 2022. The umbrella closing hook 2021 comprises a hook portion 2023, a hinge portion 2024 and a driving portion 2025, the hinge portion 2024 is located between the hook portion 2023 and the driving portion 2025, the hinge portion 2024 is hinged to the umbrella handle 100, the hook portion 2023 is used for hooking the middle nest 122, and the driving portion 2025 is arc-shaped. One end of the elastic element 2022 is elastically supported between the hook portion 2023 and the hinge portion 2024 to keep the hook portion 2023 hooked on the middle nest 122. Referring to fig. 12, the spring top 206 is provided with an insertion hole 2065 and a circular table 2066 located on an inner wall of the insertion hole 2065, one end of the driving portion 2025 can be inserted into the insertion hole 2065, after the spring top 206 pushes the contact end 207 to cross the platform block 211 (energy is stored in this stage for opening the umbrella elastic member 201), after the energy is stored, the circular table 2066 presses the driving portion 2025 to rotate the driving portion 2025, so that the hook portion 2023 is disengaged from the middle nest 122, and the middle nest 122 slides upwards along the umbrella rod 110, thereby performing an umbrella opening process.
For the sake of clarity of the opening and closing of the automatic umbrella, the operation of the automatic umbrella in the above-described embodiment will be described.
1. Description of the opening procedure
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the umbrella covers are closed, the umbrella frame 130 is folded, the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 is in a contracted state, and the second umbrella rod 112, the middle umbrella rod 113 and the first umbrella rod 111 in the umbrella rod 110 are coaxially contracted; referring to fig. 3, the umbrella closing hook 2021 hooks the middle nest 122; the umbrella closing rod 223a, the umbrella closing rod 223b and the umbrella closing rod 223c (see fig. 10) of the umbrella closing rods 223 coaxially contract; the umbrella rod retracting spring 2233 is in the original position compressed between the first fixing part 1112 and the second fixing part 2232 of the first section of umbrella rod 111; the umbrella closing top block 224 arranged on the umbrella closing rod 223a is clamped in the gap between the inner wall of the first umbrella rod section 111 and the umbrella closing rod 223a under the support of the umbrella closing top block elastic piece 225, and is in an inclined position; the platform block 211 installed in the lower nest 123 is pushed against the side of the opening elastic member 201 by the pushing force of the platform elastic member 212, and the thickness of the platform block 211 is larger than the pitch of the opening elastic member 201 so that the platform block 211 is not caught in the pitch of the opening elastic member 201. Under the elastic force of the umbrella folding elastic part 221, the middle nest 122 presses against the umbrella opening elastic part 201, the umbrella opening elastic part 201 presses against the spring top seat 206, and the spring top seat 206 presses against the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204, so that the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204 is in a contracted state.
When opening the umbrella, referring to fig. 3, the user presses the umbrella opening handle 205, the umbrella opening handle 205 drives the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204 to extend, and the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204 drives the spring top seat 206 to move upwards.
The umbrella closing hook 2021 is hinged on the umbrella handle 100, because the hook portion 2023 of the umbrella closing hook 2021 hooks the middle nest 122 when the umbrella is closed, the middle nest 122 can not move upwards, and when the umbrella is opened, the upper end of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is resisted by the middle nest 122, therefore, under the pushing force of the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204, the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is compressed between the middle nest 122 and the spring top seat 206.
The umbrella opening handle 205 is continuously pressed, the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204 extends and moves forwards, and the umbrella opening elastic part 201 is compressed until the abutting end 207 of the umbrella opening elastic part 201, which is in contact with the spring top seat 206, moves to the upper part of the platform block 211, and the platform block 211 is cushioned on the abutting end 207 of the umbrella opening elastic part 201 under the jacking force of the platform elastic part 212.
In addition, when the spring top seat 206 pushes the abutting end 207 of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 to the upper side of the platform block 211, the round table 2066 on the spring top seat 206 contacts the driving portion 2025 of the umbrella closing hook 2021, and then moves forward along with the extension of the umbrella opening connecting rod linear motion mechanism 204, the round table 2066 on the spring top seat 206 abuts against the driving portion 2025 to make the umbrella closing hook 2021 rotate around the hinge portion 2024, the hook portion 2023 is separated from the middle nest 122, and the compressed umbrella opening elastic member 201 starts to release the elastic force before. Since the platform block 211 at the lower end of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is resisted by the spring top seat 206, and simultaneously, due to the pulling force exerted by the connection relationship of the umbrella ribs, the elastic force can be released only in the direction away from the umbrella handle 100, in combination with fig. 9, the umbrella opening elastic member 201 drives the middle nest 122 to move upwards, the first umbrella ribs 131 hinged to the middle nest 122 move upwards along with the middle nest, the lower nest 123 connected with the first umbrella ribs 131 through the first support ribs 133 also moves upwards, and the platform block 211 arranged on the lower nest 123 also moves upwards.
In the process of opening the umbrella, the elastic force of the elastic element 201 is transmitted to the first rib 131 hinged on the middle nest 122, the first rib 131 transmits the rising elastic force of the elastic element 201 to the first connecting bone 132, the first connecting bone 132 transmits the rising elastic force of the elastic element 201 to the fixing seat 121 hinged with the first connecting bone 132, the fixing seat 121 is fixed on the first umbrella rod 111, and the rising elastic force of the elastic element 201 is transmitted to the first umbrella rod 111. The first umbrella rod 111 and the middle umbrella rod 113 can move up and down coaxially, and when the first umbrella rod 111 is acted by the force transmitted by the umbrella opening elastic element 201, the first umbrella rod starts to move up.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the upper end of the first section of umbrella rod 111 is provided with a first movable hinge slot 231 and a first hinge hole 232 for mounting the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230, and the first hinge part 233 of the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 is hinged to the first hinge hole 232 and the first sliding part 234 is slidably connected to the first movable hinge slot 231. When the first link 111 is lifted by the lifting force of the opening elastic member 201, the first sliding portion 234 of the link linear motion mechanism 230 slides in the first movable hinge slot 231, so that the link linear motion mechanism 230 is extended. Since the middle umbrella stick 113 is connected to the middle of the scissor linkage 230 by a pin 235 (see fig. 6), the connecting linkage linear motion mechanism 230 is extended to move the middle umbrella stick 113 upward.
The ascending elasticity of the umbrella opening elastic part 201 drives the first umbrella rod 111 and the middle umbrella rod 113 to ascend coaxially, the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 extends forwards, and the extending top of the umbrella rods is searched upwards. When the first sliding part 234 moves to the groove tail within the first movable hinge groove 231 to be restricted from moving, the stroke of the link linear motion mechanism 230 is extended to the final point, and the umbrella is extended to the highest height. After the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 is extended, the first umbrella rod 111 reaches the highest position driven by the extension of the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230, the middle umbrella rod 113 also synchronously rises to the highest position along with the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230 driven by the connecting rod linear motion mechanism 230, and the automatic umbrella is completely opened. After the automatic umbrella is completely opened, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, one end of the platform holder assembly 210 extends out of the lower nest 123, the lower end of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is pressed against one end (a in fig. 7) of the platform holder assembly 210 extending out of the lower nest 123, the upper end of the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is pressed against one end of the umbrella rod 110 (or against the middle nest 122), and the umbrella opening elastic member 201 is in a compressed state to keep the automatic umbrella in an opened state.
2. Description of umbrella closing Process
Referring to fig. 10, when the canopy is in the open position, the umbrella folding rods 223a, 223b and 223c are coaxially extended and driven by the second umbrella rod 112, the middle umbrella rod 113 and the first umbrella rod 111, and are also coaxially extended. Referring to fig. 7, since the umbrella closing rod 223a is further sleeved with an umbrella closing rod spring 2233, two ends of the umbrella closing rod spring 2233 are supported by the second fixing portion 2232 and a top block 2231 (see fig. 11) on the umbrella closing rod 223a, that is, the umbrella closing rod spring 2233 is in a compressed state, and the elastic force of the umbrella closing rod spring 2233 coaxially straightens and extends the umbrella closing rod 223a, the umbrella closing rod 223b and the umbrella closing rod 223c, so as to eliminate a connection gap between the rod ends of the umbrella closing rods. A top block 2231 (see fig. 11) of the upper end of the umbrella closing lever 223a abuts against the first fixing portion 1112 of the first umbrella stick 111 in a state of initial positions of the umbrella closing lever 223a, the umbrella closing lever 223b and the umbrella closing lever 223c when the umbrella closing lever 226 is not pressed.
When the umbrella is closed, referring to fig. 5, the umbrella closing handle 226 is pulled downward, and the umbrella closing handle 226 is connected to the umbrella receiving rod 223a, the umbrella receiving rod 223b and the umbrella receiving rod 223c, so that the umbrella receiving rod 223a, the umbrella receiving rod 223b and the umbrella receiving rod 223c are integrally pulled downward, referring to fig. 7, at this time, the lower end of the umbrella receiving rod spring 2233 is supported by the second fixing portion 2232, and the upper end of the umbrella receiving rod spring 2233 is driven by the umbrella receiving rod 223a to further compress the umbrella receiving rod spring 2233. The umbrella closing top block 224 is hinged to the umbrella closing rod 223a and is in an inclined state. The whole length of the umbrella-closing top block 224 is greater than the gap distance between the inner wall of the first umbrella rod 111 and the umbrella-closing rod 223a, so that one end of the umbrella-closing top block 224 can extend out of the first umbrella rod 111 through the umbrella-closing opening 1111, and at the moment, one end of the umbrella-closing top block 224 extends out of the umbrella-closing opening 1111 and abuts against the platform block 211 installed in the lower nest 123. The platform block 211 retracts into the lower nest 123 under the jacking force of the umbrella folding jacking block 224, and when the platform block 211 moves backwards to a position where the clearance with the outer wall of the first umbrella rod 111 is larger than the wire diameter (the maximum end of the diameter) of the umbrella opening elastic part 201, the umbrella opening elastic part 201 is separated from the platform block 211. Because the elastic member 201 is still compressed and stores the elastic force which is not completely released when the umbrella cover is opened, the lower end of the elastic member 201 is freely released under the action of the elastic force, the counter force of the tension of the umbrella cover and the pulling force of the elastic member 221, and moves downwards between the platform block 211 and the outer wall of the first section of umbrella rod 111. The canopy begins to close without support from the resilience of the umbrella opening elastic member 201.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the link linear motion mechanism 230 for supporting the first, middle and second umbrella rods 111, 113 and 112 to stretch and straighten loses the pushing force of the opening elastic member 201 in a linear direction, and the link linear motion mechanism 230 loses the locking force for maintaining the stretching, so that under the pulling force of the umbrella closing elastic member 221 to the first umbrella rod 111, the first umbrella rod 111 and the opening elastic member 201 start to move downward at the same time, the link linear motion mechanism 230 starts to contract, the middle umbrella rod 113 connected to a pin 235 in the middle of the link linear motion mechanism 230 (the middle umbrella rod 113 is provided with a hole, and the pin 235 in the middle of the link linear motion mechanism 230 extends out of the hole, so that the link linear motion mechanism 230 can drive the middle umbrella rod 113 to move) moves downward synchronously, and the first umbrella rod 111 and the middle umbrella rod 113 start to contract coaxially at the same time.
When the umbrella is at the full opening position, the umbrella closing rods 223a, 223b and 223c in the umbrella closing rods 223 are coaxially straightened, so that the head and tail connection among the umbrella closing rods 223a, 223b and 223c has no gap. When the first umbrella rod 111 moves down during umbrella folding, the first fixing part 1112 of the first umbrella rod 111 presses down the top of the umbrella folding rod 223a, and the umbrella folding rod 223a starts moving down. When the umbrella closing rod 223a moves down, the state that the head and the tail of the connection among the umbrella closing rod 223a, the umbrella closing rod 223b and the umbrella closing rod 223c are not provided with gaps is changed.
Referring to fig. 7, after the umbrella unfolding elastic member 201 is separated from the platform block 211, the umbrella folding elastic member 221 contracts the first umbrella rod 111, the second umbrella rod 112 and the middle umbrella rod 113, and the umbrella folding rod 223a is pressed down by the first fixing portion 1112 of the first umbrella rod 111 and moves down, so that a gap is formed between the head and the tail of the umbrella folding rod 223a, the umbrella folding rod 223b and the umbrella folding rod 223c, and the umbrella folding rod 223a moves up again under the elastic supporting force of the umbrella folding rod spring 2233 and returns to the initial position of adhering to the first fixing portion 1112 of the first umbrella rod 111. The umbrella closing top block 224 hinged to the umbrella closing rod 223a is retracted into the gap between the inner wall of the first umbrella rod section 111 and the umbrella closing rod 223a and becomes inclined at the vertical position of the umbrella closing opening 1111 of the first umbrella rod section 111.
When the umbrella closing top block 224 pushes the platform block 211 open and the umbrella opening elastic part 201 moves downwards along the platform block 211 and the outer wall of the first umbrella rod 111, the platform block 211 pushes the umbrella opening elastic part 201 out of the ring under the jacking force of the platform elastic part 212, the umbrella opening elastic part 201 moves downwards, the lower nest 123 also moves downwards, and the platform block 211 installed in the lower nest 123 also moves downwards. Under the pulling force of the umbrella closing rod spring 2233, the umbrella closing rods 223a and 223b further coaxially contract and move downwards, and the first umbrella rod 111 and the middle umbrella rod 113 also coaxially contract and move downwards; the linear movement mechanism 230 is further contracted until the canopy is closed. When the umbrella frame 130 is folded, referring to fig. 2, the umbrella closing hook 2021 hooks the middle nest 122, the middle nest 122 presses the umbrella opening elastic member 201 downwards, the umbrella opening elastic member 201 presses the spring top 206 downwards, and the umbrella opening link linear motion mechanism 204 connected with the spring top 206 is pressed downwards to the retracted position.
In another embodiment, for example, when the umbrella shaft 110 is a single-piece structure, the automatic umbrella is an unfoldable umbrella, and the umbrella-closing elastic member 221 is disposed at a position different from the structure shown in the figures cited in the previous embodiment, and one end of the umbrella-closing elastic member 221 is connected to the umbrella frame 130, and the other end is connected to the umbrella shaft 110. When the umbrella is opened, the umbrella opening triggering mechanism 203 charges energy to the umbrella opening elastic part 201, so that the elastic potential energy of the umbrella opening elastic part 201 is larger than that of the umbrella closing elastic part 221, and when one end of the umbrella opening executing mechanism 202 is separated from the sliding seat to enable the umbrella opening elastic part 201 to release energy, the automatic umbrella is opened. The umbrella-closing elastic member 221 starts to be charged as the automatic umbrella is opened, that is, a part of the energy in the umbrella-opening elastic member 201 is used for opening the umbrella, and the other part of the energy is transferred to the umbrella-closing elastic member 221. The platform base assembly 210 keeps the parachute opening elastic member 201 in a compressed state, that is, the remaining elastic potential energy in the parachute opening elastic member 201 keeps the automatic umbrella in an opened state, and at this time, the remaining elastic potential energy in the parachute opening elastic member 201 should be greater than or equal to the elastic potential energy in the parachute folding elastic member 221. When the umbrella is closed, the umbrella opening elastic part 201 is discharged through the umbrella closing trigger mechanism 222, the automatic umbrella is kept in an open state without elastic potential energy after the umbrella opening elastic part 201 is discharged, and the automatic umbrella is closed through the elastic potential energy in the umbrella closing elastic part 221.
