The application provides a headset. The headset comprises a headband, a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein the headband is provided with a first end and a second end; the first adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the first connecting part; the second adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the second connecting part; the first earmuff is connected with the first connecting part through the first adjusting device; the second earmuff is connected with the second connecting part through a second adjusting device; wherein the first ear cover and the second ear cover move along the axial direction passing through the center points of the first ear cover and the second ear cover through the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device, respectively.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to a structure of a headset, and more particularly, to a structure of a headset with adjustable positions of ear cups.
Background
As is well known, the conventional headset must be worn on the head of a user, so that the wearing comfort and the fitting degree of the user must be considered, and most of the current headsets on the market have a plurality of movable joints, so that the structure of the headset can be adjusted according to the wearing habits of different users.
However, in the prior art, the headset focuses on the expansion and contraction function of the headband and the rotation function of the ear muffs, and does not provide the function of horizontally moving the ear muffs, but the current headset cannot meet the wearing requirement of the user because different users have different head sizes to wear.
Therefore, in the design field of the headset, there is no effort to design a headset capable of adjusting a plurality of headset scale parameters to improve the wearing comfort and listening feeling of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides a headset.
The headset with the position-adjustable earmuffs comprises a head band, a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein the head band is provided with a first end and a second end; the first adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the first connecting part; the second adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the second connecting part; the first earmuff is connected with the first connecting part through the first adjusting device; the second earmuff is connected with the second connecting part through a second adjusting device; wherein the first ear cover and the second ear cover move along the axial direction passing through the center points of the first ear cover and the second ear cover through the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device, respectively.
In one embodiment, the first and second adjusting devices further include at least one ring element, at least one contact element and an elastic element, wherein the ring element is disposed at two ends of the first and second connecting portions, the contact element is disposed through the ring structure, and the elastic element is disposed between the ring element and the contact element.
In one embodiment, the contact element is an integrally formed element.
In one embodiment, the contact assembly further comprises a male component and a female component, wherein the female component is partially disposed in the first earmuff or the second earmuff, and the male component is combined with the female component through the ring-shaped element so as to connect the first earmuff or the second earmuff to the headband.
In one embodiment, the male component and the female component are threadably engaged.
In one embodiment, the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device further include a slip-preventing component disposed between the mother component and the shell of the first earmuff or the second earmuff.
In summary, according to the headset of the present application, the function of adjusting the positions of the ear cups can be provided for the user, so as to improve the wearing comfort and listening feeling.

For convenience in reading, the terms "upper," "lower," "left," and "right" are therefore used in reference to the drawings, for the purpose of indicating relative positions of elements, and not for the purpose of limiting the application.
Please refer to fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a headset 1 of the present application. The headphone 1 includes a headband 2, a first connecting portion 31, a second connecting portion 32, a first adjusting device 41, a second adjusting device 42, a first ear cup 51, and a second ear cup 52. The headband 2 is a band-shaped structure and has a bendable characteristic, and in some embodiments, the headband 2 can further have a telescopic function to be closer to the head sizes of different users. The headband 2 has a first end 21 and a second end 22, wherein the first end 21 is connected to the first connecting portion 31, and the second end 22 is connected to the second connecting portion 32. The first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are both of a curved band-shaped structure, in which the first end 21 of the headband 2 is connected to the middle portion of the first connecting portion 31, and the second end 22 of the headband 2 is connected to the middle portion of the second connecting portion 32. The first adjusting devices 41 are disposed at both ends of the first connecting portion 31, and the second adjusting devices 42 are disposed at both ends of the second connecting portion 32. The first ear muff 51 is disposed between the first adjusting devices 41 at two ends of the first connecting portion 31 and connected to the headband 2 through the first adjusting devices 41 and the first connecting portion 31, and the second ear muff 52 is disposed between the second adjusting devices 42 at two ends of the second connecting portion 32 and connected to the headband 2 through the second adjusting devices 42 and the second connecting portion 32, so as to assemble the headset 1. When the user wears the headset 1, the positions of the first ear muff 51 and the second ear muff 52 can be adjusted by the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42, wherein the adjusting direction is along the axial direction passing through the center points of the first ear muff 51 and the second ear muff 52, that is, the user can select to adjust and move the first ear muff 51 and the second ear muff 52 in the direction toward the ears of the user or in the direction away from the ears of the user, so as to adjust the headset 1 to the shape most suitable for the head size of the user.
The first adjusting device 41 further includes a ring element 411, a contact element 412 and an elastic element 413. The ring-shaped element 411 is connected to one end of the first connecting portion 31, wherein the direction of the ring-shaped opening of the ring-shaped element 411 is perpendicular to the direction of the adjustment axis of the first ear cup 51 and the second ear cup 52. The contact component 412 penetrates through the annular opening of the annular element 411 and is fixedly connected with the first ear cup 51, wherein the contact component 412 is used as an adjustment button. The elastic component 413 is sandwiched between the ring element 411 and the contact component 412. Since the first adjustment device 41 and the second adjustment device 42 have the same structure and the same operation principle, only the first adjustment device 41 is used as an illustration, and will not be described in detail later.
When the user presses the contact element 412, the elastic element 413 is squeezed to shorten the distance between the annular element 411 and the contact element 412, and the other end of the contact element 412 is fixedly connected to the first ear cup 51, so the first ear cup 51 can be indirectly pushed to change the tight fit state of the first ear cup 51 into the loose state, and the user can push the contact element 412 along the annular opening shape of the annular element 411 at this time, so that the first ear cup 51 is pushed in a linkage manner, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the first ear cup 51.
When the user adjusts the first earmuff 51 to the target position, the user stops touching the contact element 412, at this time, since the contact element 412 is not squeezed by the external force, the elastic element 413 releases the elastic force to push the contact element 412 back to the original position, and at this time, the first earmuff 51 linked to the other end of the contact element 412 is changed from the loose state to the tight state, so that the first earmuff 51 is fixed at the target position.
In some embodiments, the contact element 41 can be, but is not limited to, an integrally formed element or a composite element formed by combining a male element and a female element, wherein the female element is partially disposed on the first earmuff 51, and the male element is combined with the female element through the ring-shaped member 311 to connect the first earmuff or the second earmuff to the headband. In the embodiment of the composite component, the male component and the female component can further have corresponding threads, so that the male component and the female component can be more stably assembled.
In some embodiments, the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 of the headphone 1 further include an anti-slip element 6, wherein the anti-slip element 6 is disposed between the first ear cup 51 or the second ear cup 52 and the female element, when the first ear cup 51 returns to the tight-fitting state, the anti-slip element 6 is clamped between the outer shell of the first ear cup 51 and the female element to provide a friction force to stabilize the first ear cup 51 in the tight-fitting state.
In summary, the headset according to the present application can effectively provide a user with more efficient adjustment of the positions of the ear cups, so as to obtain more comfortable wearing experience, and in some embodiments, the anti-slip component can further enhance the stability of the ear cups.

Claims (6)
1. A headset, comprising:
the headband is provided with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end are respectively provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part;
at least one first adjusting device disposed at two ends of the first connecting portion;
at least one second adjusting device disposed at two ends of the second connecting portion;
a first ear cover connected with the first connecting part through the first adjusting device;
a second ear cover connected with the second connecting part through the second adjusting device;
wherein the first earmuff and the second earmuff move along the axial direction passing through the center points of the first earmuff and the second earmuff through the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device, respectively.
2. The headset of claim 1, wherein: the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device further include at least one annular element, at least one contact assembly and an elastic assembly, wherein the annular element is disposed at two ends of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the contact assembly is disposed through the annular structure, and the elastic assembly is disposed between the annular element and the contact assembly.
3. The headset of claim 2, wherein: the contact member is an integrally formed member.

The headset of claim 2, wherein: the contact assembly further includes a male component and a female component, wherein the female component is partially disposed within the first earmuff or the second earmuff, and the male component is coupled to the female component through the ring-shaped member to connect the first earmuff or the second earmuff to the headband.
5. The headset of claim 4, wherein: the male component and the female component are tightly matched through threads.
6. The headset of claim 4, wherein: the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device further include a slip-preventing component disposed between the mother component and the first earmuff or the second earmuff.
