2. The identity information acquisition device of claim 1, wherein the acquisition motherboard comprises a modem module and a signal analysis module;
the modulation and demodulation module is configured to demodulate the first radio frequency signal transmitted by the radio frequency adapter board into a first baseband signal, and the signal analysis module is configured to obtain the identity information based on the first baseband information.
3. The identity information acquisition device of claim 2, wherein the acquisition motherboard further comprises a signal generation module and a radio frequency amplification module;
the second baseband signal generated by the signal generation module is modulated into a second radio frequency signal by the modulation and demodulation module, and the second radio frequency signal is transmitted to the flat antenna through the radio frequency adapter plate after being subjected to radio frequency power amplification by the radio frequency amplification module and is transmitted.

The identity information acquisition device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the acquisition main board further comprises a Wi-Fi communication module and/or a 3G/4G communication module, and the Wi-Fi communication module and the 3G/4G communication module are respectively connected with the signal analysis module and the radio frequency adapter board;
correspondingly, the panel antenna is integrated with a service antenna, and is also integrated with a Wi-Fi antenna and/or a 3G/4G antenna.
5. The identity information collection device of claim 1, wherein the collection motherboard is disposed within a housing comprised of a first housing and a second housing, the first housing disposed between the collection motherboard and the radio frequency adapter board and the planar antenna.
6. The identity information acquisition device of claim 5, wherein the second housing is heat sink shaped.
7. The identity information acquisition device of claim 1, wherein the radio frequency patch panel comprises a power splitting and combining module and a filtering module.
8. An emergency lamp comprising an emergency lamp body, an emergency lamp housing, and the identity information acquisition device of any one of claims 1 to 7; the identity information acquisition device is arranged inside the emergency lamp shell.
9. The emergency light of claim 8, further comprising an emergency power module disposed inside the emergency light housing;
the emergency power supply module is respectively connected with the emergency lamp body and the identity information acquisition device.
10. The emergency light of claim 8, wherein the housing of the emergency light is provided with a heat dissipation aperture.
