The housing 11 may be sized to be held by a single hand and may be flat. The face shell 12 is provided with a display position-giving opening 121. The battery cover 17 can be fastened to the bottom case 13 through the fasteners 171 and 173.
In one embodiment, the payment smart card 100 includes a battery cover waterproof ring 18 assembled to the bottom case 13, the battery cover waterproof ring 18 surrounds the battery mounting openings 131 and 132, when the battery cover 17 is covered on the bottom case 13, the battery cover waterproof ring 18 is clamped between the bottom case 13 and the battery cover 17 in a sealing manner, and a gap between the bottom case 13 and the battery cover 17 is sealed to prevent liquid from entering the payment smart card 100 through the battery mounting openings 131 and 132. In the illustrated embodiment, the battery cover waterproof ring 18 surrounds the two battery mounting openings 131 and 132.
The display 14 is assembled between the front case 12 and the bottom case 13 and located at the display allowance opening 121. The display 14 includes an ink screen, which has low power consumption, and can make the payment smart card 100 stand by for a long time, even if a button battery is used, the ink screen can be powered for a long time.
In one embodiment, the payment smartcard 100 includes a lens 19 assembled within the display slot 121, the lens 19 covering the front surface of the display screen 14. The front surface of the lens 19 is smoothly and continuously connected with the face shell 12. The lens 19 may protect the display 14.
The main board 15 is assembled in the housing 10, and is provided with an intelligent payment controller 151. The intelligent payment controller 151 is electrically connected to the display screen 14, and controls the display screen 14 to display information, wherein the information includes a transaction code. The transaction is effected by a transaction code, which may include a payment code for payment, and/or a collection code for collection of money. The smart payment controller 151 may include a microprocessor, such as a single chip microcomputer, and may be a chip having lower power consumption than a control chip of a mobile phone. The battery 16 may supply power to the smart payment controller 151. The intelligent payment controller 151 has low power consumption, and the battery 16 can supply power for a long time and can keep standby for a long time even if the battery is a button battery.
In some embodiments, the payment smartcard 100 may enable health management, etc., such as monitoring of athletic steps, pushing health knowledge, etc., which may be displayed via the display screen 14. The payment smartcard 100 may be provided with a separate health management chip or be implemented by the smart payment controller 151.
In one embodiment, the main board 15 may be fixed to the front case 12 by screws 20, and the display screen 14 may be sandwiched between the main board 15 and the front case 12. The motherboard 15 may comprise a PCBA on which electronic components are assembled by a surface mount process.
In one embodiment, the payment smart card 100 includes a key cover 21 movably assembled in the key clearance 122 and a key circuit board 22 assembled in the housing 21, wherein the key circuit board 22 is electrically connected to the main board 15 and is provided with a main key 221 corresponding to the key cover 21. A key waterproof ring 24 is arranged between the key cover 21 and the face shell 12, and the key waterproof ring 24 surrounds the key clearance opening 122. The key waterproof ring 24 is sealed between the key cover 21 and the key relief opening 122, and prevents liquid from entering the payment smart card 100 from the key relief opening 122.
In one embodiment, the key circuit board 22 is electrically connected to the main board 15 through a flexible circuit board 23. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment, a reset key 153 is disposed on the back surface of the main board 15, and a reset pinhole 133 is disposed on the bottom case 13 at a position corresponding to the reset key 153. The reset button 153 can be activated to reset by inserting the reset pin 30 into the reset pin hole 133. The bottom case 13 is assembled with a reset button waterproof ring 29 outside the reset pinhole 133, and can be hermetically arranged between the outside of the reset pinhole 133 and the reset button 153 to prevent liquid from entering the payment smart card 100 through the reset pinhole 133.
The inner side of the bottom shell 13 is convexly provided with a convex rib 134, and the reset key waterproof ring 29 is clamped in the convex rib 134. The rib 134 is annular and provided with notches 135 and 136, the reset key waterproof ring 29 includes a main body 291 clamped inside the rib 134 and bumps 292 and 293 arranged convexly from the outside of the main body 291, and the bumps 292 and 293 are clamped in the notches 135 and 136 to prevent the reset key waterproof ring 29 from rotating. A pair of tabs 292, 293 and corresponding notches 135, 136 may be symmetrically disposed, or one tab and notch may be disposed, or another number of tabs and notches may be disposed.
