Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a floor and a floor penetrating article according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the first floor 10 may be, for example, a floor between floors, or an interlayer between spaces, etc., as required. In this embodiment, floor boards between floors are taken as an example. The floor slab 10 has a through hole V. The perforations V allow elements connecting the floor installations to pass through the floor slab 10. In this embodiment, a floor penetrating member 20 is inserted through the through hole V. The floor penetrating article 20 may be, for example, a metal pipe, a plastic pipe, a cable rack, a cable, a heat preservation pipe, a bus, or an air pipe, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Thus, there is a gap g in the through hole V and between the floor 10 and the floor penetrating object 20. The relative sizes of the floor 10, the floor penetrating objects 20 and the gap g are determined according to the actual situation, and the drawing of the present invention is only a schematic diagram of the relative positions.
Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fire protection structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the fire stop packing 30 fills the gap g (fig. 1) between the floor slab member 20 and the floor slab 10 in the through hole V. In this embodiment, the gaps g are filled with the fire-proof packings 30. The fire stopping 30 may be made of various fire-resistant materials. Fire stop packing 30 may be integrally formed or may be made up of multiple structural parts. The fire protection packing 30 of the present embodiment is only disposed between the floor penetrating member 20 and the floor 10 and above the floor 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Fire protection packing 30 may also be placed both above floor 10 and below floor 10, as desired.
In this embodiment, each fire stop 30 may include multiple structural portions. Preferably, such structural portions may comprise different materials, depending on the relative position and function of the portions. In one embodiment, such structural portions may include a body portion 32 and an auxiliary portion 34. Each body portion 32 is sandwiched between a through-floor item 20 and a floor 10. In one embodiment, a top surface T1 of each body portion 32 is higher than a top surface T2 of floor slab 10 for effective fire protection; a bottom surface T3 of each body portion 32 is flush with a bottom surface T4 of floor slab 10 so that the overall structure has a flat bottom surface to facilitate subsequent elements that may be disposed below the flat bottom surface. Preferably, the auxiliary portions 34 are further disposed on the lateral sides of the body portion 32 and the floor slab 10, wherein a top surface T5 of each auxiliary portion 34 and a top surface T1 of each body portion 32 are flush, so as to facilitate the subsequent disposing of material layers on the body portion 32 and the auxiliary portions 34.
Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fire-proof and water-proof structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, a waterproof structure 40 covers an L-shaped junction C formed by a side wall S of the fire plug 30 and the top surface T2 of the floor slab 10. In a preferred embodiment, each waterproof structure 40 has an L-shaped cross-sectional structure so as to seal the L-shaped junction C and prevent water from flowing to the fire plug 30 or penetrating the fire plug 30 through the through-hole V of FIG. 1 to the lower floor. Preferably, a top end E of each waterproof structure 40 is higher than top surfaces T1 of body portion 32 and top surfaces T5 of auxiliary portions 34, so as to prevent flooding of fire dam 30 in case of flooding. More preferably, the height of the waterproof structure 40 is 3 cm to prevent the fire packing 30 from being submerged when flooding. The material of the waterproof structure 40 preferably includes a metal material, and more preferably includes stainless steel, iron, or the like, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Thus, the present invention includes the waterproof structure 40, so that the fireproof structure between the floor slabs 10 has the waterproof function. For example, when the external factors cause the fire-proof packing 30 between the floor slabs 10 to be damaged and accumulated water, the utility model can prevent the accumulated water from flowing to the lower floor from the damaged part to cause the damage of the devices below the machine platform, etc. The spirit of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure 40 around the fireproof packing 30 to achieve the waterproof function, and the structure of fig. 3 is only an embodiment of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, a fire-blocking material 50 may be wrapped around each waterproof structure 40 to further protect against fire. In this embodiment, the fire-resistant material 50 and the fire-resistant packing 30 comprise the same material, so as to simplify the material selection of the structure of the present invention. In other embodiments, the fireproof material 50 and the fireproof packing 30 may also comprise different materials to enhance the functions of the respective parts. In a preferred embodiment, each fire-blocking material 50 may include a cover layer 52 and a sidewall portion 54. Cover layer 52 covers body portion 32 and auxiliary portion 34, and sidewall portions 54 cover the sidewalls of auxiliary portion 34 and preferably together with the sidewalls of cover layer 52 to seal fireproof packing 30 and waterproof structure 40.
To sum up, the utility model provides a fire prevention and waterproof construction, it contains one and wears a perforation in the floor article passes a floor, and the fire prevention is clogged and is filled up and wears the space between floor article and the floor in the perforation to cover a L shape of a lateral wall that this some fire prevention were clogged and a top surface constitution of floor with a waterproof construction body and connect the face. Therefore, the utility model discloses can reach not only fire prevention but also waterproof function. Preferably, the waterproof structure has an L-shaped cross-sectional structure to seal the L-shaped junction to prevent water from flowing to the fire-proof packing or penetrating the fire-proof packing to pass through the hole to the lower floor. Preferably, a top end of the waterproof structure is higher than a top surface of the fireproof packing, so as to prevent the fireproof packing from being soaked in water when the fireproof packing is flooded. The material of the waterproof structure preferably includes a metal material, such as stainless steel, iron, or the like, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
