8. The tattoo patch according to any of claims 1-7, further comprising a varnish layer (5), wherein said varnish layer (5) is located between said base layer (1) and said juice shaping layer (2), or wherein said varnish layer (5) is located between said base layer (1) and a fixing layer (4).

The tattoo patch according to any of claims 1-7, wherein said base layer (1) comprises a release layer (6) and a transfer paper layer (7), said release layer (6) being located adjacent to said juice-forming layer (2); the transfer printing paper layer (7) is positioned on one side far away from the fruit juice forming layer (2).

10. The tattoo patch according to claim 9, wherein the base layer (1) comprises a pattern-marking layer (8), said pattern-marking layer (8) being located on a side of the transfer paper layer (7) remote from the juice-forming layer (2).
