The first hooks are provided with two hooks, and the first hooks are arranged in a left-right equal height mode.

The air holes arranged on the back plate have the functions of ventilation and weight reduction, so that moisture in the environment can better flow to the desiccant moisture absorption bag hung on the water collecting box, the material and weight of the water collecting box are reduced, and the material cost is reduced.

The water guide rib that sets up on the water-collecting box not only can guide the water that oozes and flow into the water catch bowl downwards, has the effect of strengthening rib moreover, has promoted the structural strength of this water-collecting box. Fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the desiccant collector box of the present application, which includes a vertically arranged back plate 1, and a plurality of water-drop-shaped air vents 4 are densely distributed on the back plate 1. A plurality of water guiding ribs 3 extending vertically and linearly are integrally arranged on the surface of the back plate 1. The plate surface of the back plate 1 is also integrally provided with a first hook 6 for hanging a desiccant moisture absorption bag. The bottom of the back plate 1 is integrally provided with a water collecting tank 2, and the top of the back plate 1 is integrally provided with a second hook 5 for hanging the drying agent water collecting box in a dried environment (such as hanging on a wall surface hook). The water guiding ribs 3 and the air holes 4 are arranged in a staggered way, namely the water guiding ribs 3 and the air holes 4 are staggered without overlapping.

In practical application, a bagged desiccant (also called a moisture absorption bag or a water collection bag, which is provided with holes matched with the hooks) is hung on the first hooks 6, and the water collection tank 2 is just positioned below the moisture absorption bag. When the water collecting bag absorbs enough moisture in the environment, a small amount of water can be leaked outwards due to water absorption saturation. The seeped water flows down into the water collecting tank 2 along the vertical water guiding ribs 3 and does not flow out from the air holes 4. And the water guiding ribs 3 also have the function of reinforcing ribs so as to improve the structural strength of the water collecting box.

In order to ensure that the water guiding ribs 3 can smoothly guide the seeped water to the water collecting tank 2, the lower end of each water guiding rib 3 extends into the water collecting tank 2 in this embodiment.

Air holes 4 are formed between any two adjacent water guide ribs 3.

In order to prevent the water collecting bag from swinging left and right, the present embodiment is provided with a total of two first hooks 6, and the two first hooks 6 are arranged in equal height from left to right.

The drying agent water collecting box is of an injection molding structure formed in one step, namely the back plate 1, the water guide ribs 3, the first hook 6, the water collecting tank 2 and the second hook 5 are integrally formed in an injection molding mode.

The water collecting tank 2 is composed of a tank bottom wall and tank side walls which are integrally vertically arranged around the upper part of the tank bottom wall in a surrounding mode. The side wall of the groove is in an oval surrounding arrangement, so that the groove is attractive in appearance, easy to manufacture, high in structural strength, free of edges and corners and safer.

The water collecting tank 2 is a closed tank with an opening at the top, namely, the water collecting tank 2 is provided with an opening structure at the top, and the rest parts are solid closed structures without water leakage.

In order to facilitate the user to drain the water in the water collecting tank 2 without removing the desiccant water collecting box, in this embodiment, a drain hole (not shown) is formed at the bottom of the water collecting tank 2, and a detachable plug is disposed in the drain hole to plug the drain hole in a normal use state.

Claims (9)

1. A desiccant collection cartridge, comprising:

a back plate (1) which is densely distributed with a plurality of air holes (4) and is vertically arranged,

a plurality of water guide ribs (3) which are integrally arranged at the plate surface of the back plate (1) and vertically and linearly extend,

a first hook (6) which is integrally arranged at the plate surface of the back plate (1) and is used for hanging a desiccant moisture absorption bag,

a water collecting tank (2) integrally arranged at the lower part of the back plate (1), and

the second hook (5) is integrally arranged at the upper part of the back plate (1) and is used for hanging the drying agent water collecting box in a dried environment;

the water guide ribs (3) and the air holes (4) are arranged in a staggered mode.

2. Desiccant collection box according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the water guiding ribs (3) extends into the collection sump (2).

3. The desiccant collection box according to claim 1, wherein the air holes (4) are arranged between any two adjacent water guiding ribs (3).

4. Desiccant collection box according to claim 1, characterized in that said first hooks (6) are provided in total in two and in that said first hooks (6) are arranged in equal height, one left and one right.

5. The desiccant collection box according to claim 1, wherein the back plate (1), the water guiding ribs (3), the first hooks (6), the collection trough (2) and the second hooks (5) are integrally injection molded.

6. Desiccant collection cassette according to claim 1, characterized in that the collection sump (2) is formed by a sump bottom wall and an integral sump side wall arranged vertically around the upper part of the sump bottom wall.

7. Desiccant collection cassette according to claim 6, wherein the side walls of the channels are arranged in an oval shape around them.

8. Desiccant collection box according to claim 6, characterized in that said collection troughs (2) are closed troughs open only at the top.

9. Desiccant collection box according to claim 8, characterized in that the bottom of said collection tank (2) is provided with drainage holes, in which removable plugs are arranged.
