The secondary heating steam generating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body of the steam pipeline (5) is positioned in the upper cover (3), one end of the main body of the steam pipeline (5) is provided with a steam outlet (5.1) communicated with the main body, and the other end of the main body of the steam pipeline (5) is provided with a steam inlet (5.2) communicated with the main body; the steam outlet (5.1) extends out of the outer side of the shell (1), the steam inlet (5.2) extends into the water containing cavity (4.1), and the steam inlet (5.2) is communicated with the water containing cavity (4.1).

The reheating steam generating device according to claim 4, wherein the bottom end and/or the side surface of the water containing concave cavity (4.1) is/are provided with a water inlet (4.2); one end of the water inlet (4.2) is sequentially connected with a pipeline and a water supply assembly.

9. An electric cooking appliance comprising a secondary heating steam generating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the electric cooking appliance comprises at least a steam microwave oven, a steam electric oven and an electric steaming oven.
