Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cabinet top 10 includes first and second tiles 11 and 12, the first and second tiles 11 and 12 having a thickness of 1cm, the first tile 11 having a width of 60cm, and the second tile 12 having a width of 5cm, respectively.

The first tile 11 comprises a first surface 115 and a second surface 116 and the second tile 12 comprises a third surface 123 and a fourth surface 124. The first surface 115 and the third surface 123 are smooth surfaces, the second surface 116 and the fourth surface 124 are rough surfaces, and the first tile 11 and the second tile 12 are vertically connected in such a manner that an edge of the first surface 115 contacts an edge of the third surface 123, and an edge of the second surface 116 contacts an edge of the fourth surface 124. Wherein, an end of the first tile 11 has a first slope 111, and the connection between the first slope 111 and the first surface 115 forms an edge of the first surface 115. One end of the second tile 12 has a third inclined surface 121, and the junction of the third inclined surface 121 and the third surface 123 forms an edge of the third surface 123. An adhesive layer is disposed between the first inclined surface 111 and the third inclined surface 121.

The third tile 13 comprises a fifth surface 133 and a sixth surface 134, wherein the fifth surface 133 is a smooth surface and the sixth surface 134 is a rough surface. The third tile 13 is vertically connected in such a way that the fifth surface 133 is in contact with the edge of the first surface 115, while the edge of the second surface 116 is in contact with the edge of the sixth surface 134. The opposite end of the first tile 11 to the first inclined plane 111 is provided with a second inclined plane 113, and the joint of the second inclined plane 113 and the first surface 115 forms an obtuse angle; the end of the third tile 13 is provided with a fourth inclined surface 131, and the connection between the fourth inclined surface 131 and the fifth surface 133 forms an obtuse angle.

The second tile 12 and the third tile 13 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the first tile 11, and are respectively located at two sides of a plane where the first tile 11 is located. In this embodiment, the second tile 12 is located on the lower side of the first tile 11; the third tile 13 is located on the upper side of the first tile 11.

Bonding layers are provided between the first tile 11 and the second tile 12 and between the first tile 11 and the third tile 13. That is, an adhesive layer is disposed between the first inclined surface 111 and the third inclined surface 121; an adhesive layer is disposed between the second inclined surface 113 and the fourth inclined surface 131.

In this embodiment, the second surface 116 of the first tile 11 is in contact with cement, thus fixing the cabinet top 10 to the cabinet body; and the second tile 12 constitutes a lower edge of the cabinet top 10 and the third tile 13 constitutes an upper edge of the cabinet top 10.

EXAMPLE III

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the present embodiment is an exemplary cabinet 100, which includes a cabinet top 10 and a cabinet body 20 according to the second embodiment, wherein the cabinet top 10 and the cabinet body 20 are fixedly connected to the top of the cabinet body 20 through a cement layer.

The cabinet body 20 includes a cabinet space formed by cabinet side walls 21, a cabinet top 22, a cabinet bottom 23, and a cabinet door 24. Cabinet side walls 21, cabinet top 22, cabinet bottom 23 and cabinet door 24 are each made of ceramic tiles.

The cabinet side wall 21 includes a first cabinet side wall 211, a second cabinet side wall 212, and a third cabinet side wall 213. The cabinet door 24 includes a first cabinet door 241 and a second cabinet door 242. The first cabinet side wall 211 is openably and closably connected to the first cabinet door 241 by a first connecting member. The third cabinet side wall 213 is connected to the second cabinet door 242 in an openable and closable manner by a second connecting member.

The cabinet top 22 is made up of one tile (i.e. the top tile) arranged with its smooth side facing the cabinet volume, and the rough side of the top tile is connected to a layer of cement.

The first cabinet side wall 211, the second cabinet side wall 212, and the third cabinet side wall 213 are each formed of one tile, and are provided with their smooth surfaces facing the cabinet space.

The first door 241 is made of two tiles. The two tiles are attached with their rough surfaces facing each other and their smooth surfaces facing outward, respectively, and are bonded by an adhesive layer to form a first cabinet door 241. Similarly, the two tiles are applied with their rough faces facing each other and their smooth faces facing outward, respectively, and are bonded by an adhesive layer to form a second door 242. A first handle is provided on the side of the first door 241 opposite to the position of the first connection and a second handle is provided on the side of the second door 242 opposite to the position of the second connection. The first handle and the second handle are disposed adjacent at the same level.

The cabinet bottom 23 is made up of one tile (i.e. the bottom tile) arranged with its smooth side facing the cabinet volume, and the top tile is bonded to the respective cabinet side walls by means of an adhesive layer.

Example four

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the present embodiment is an exemplary cabinet 200 including the cabinet top 10 and the cabinet body 30 of the second embodiment, wherein the cabinet top 10 and the cabinet body 30 are fixedly connected to the top of the cabinet body 30 through a cement layer. In this embodiment, a middle partition 35 is provided in addition to the side wall and the door of the cabinet. Specifically, the cabinet body 30 includes a cabinet space constituted by a cabinet side wall 31, a cabinet top 32, a cabinet bottom 33, a cabinet door 34, and a middle partition wall 35. The cabinet side walls 31, the cabinet top 32, the cabinet bottom 33, the cabinet door 34 and the middle compartment wall 35 are made of ceramic tiles, respectively.

The cabinet top 32 is made up of one tile (i.e. the top tile) arranged with its smooth side facing the cabinet volume, and the rough side of the top tile is connected to a layer of cement.

The cabinet side wall 31 includes a first cabinet side wall 311, a second cabinet side wall 312, and a third cabinet side wall 313. The first cabinet side wall 311, the second cabinet side wall 312, and the third cabinet side wall 313 are respectively formed by two tiles joined up and down, and the two tiles are arranged such that smooth surfaces thereof face the cabinet space. The downward tail end of the upper tile is provided with an inclined plane forming an obtuse angle with the smooth surface, the upward tail end of the lower tile is provided with an inclined plane forming an obtuse angle with the smooth surface, and the upper tile and the lower tile are spliced to form a groove in the middle of the side wall of each cabinet.

The intermediate layer 35 is formed by two tiles. The two tiles are attached in a mode that the rough surfaces are opposite and the smooth surfaces are outward respectively, and are bonded through the bonding layer to form the middle interlayer 35. Protrusions 351, which are matched with the recesses 314, are formed at respective sides of the middle partition wall 35, which are in contact with the first, second, and third cabinet side walls 311, 312, 313, respectively, so that the middle partition wall 35 is fixed to the middle portion of the cabinet body 30. The protrusion 351 is obtained by forming a bevel at an obtuse angle to the smooth surface at the end of the two tiles constituting the intermediate barrier 35. An adhesive layer is disposed between the groove 314 and the protrusion 351. The grooves 314 can support the intermediate layer 35, and the smooth surfaces of the tiles forming the intermediate layer 35 and the smooth surfaces of the tiles forming the kitchen side wall 31 can be seamlessly spliced, so that the appearance is improved, and the fingers of a user can be prevented from being scratched.

The cabinet door 34 is made of two tiles. The two tiles are attached with their rough faces facing each other and their smooth faces facing outward, respectively, and are bonded together by an adhesive layer to form the cabinet door 34. One side of the door 34 is openably and closably connected to the first cabinet side wall 311 by a connecting member. A handle is provided on the side of the door 34 opposite the connector. The connecting pieces can be hinges, hinges and the like, and the connecting pieces can be connected with the cupboard door 34 or the connecting pieces and the kitchen side wall through drilling holes in the ceramic tiles and penetrating bolts.

The cabinet bottom 33 is made up of a single tile (i.e., bottom tile) arranged with its smooth side facing the cabinet volume, and the top tile is bonded to each cabinet side wall by an adhesive layer.

In the present invention, "porcelain material" or "ceramic tile" is a material that is generally used in the art, and is completely different from conventional quartz stone and other cabinets or table top materials thereof. The size of the tile is generally 80cm by 80cm, 60cm by 60cm, 40cm by 40cm, and its thickness is thinner than that of quartz stone, generally 0.5 to 2cm, preferably 0.5 to 1 cm.

wherein the cabinet deck (10) comprises a first porcelain material (11) and a second porcelain material (12), the thickness of the first porcelain material (11) and the thickness of the second porcelain material (12) are respectively 0.5-2cm, the width of the first porcelain material (11) is D1, the width of the second porcelain material (12) is D2, and D2 is smaller than D1; the first porcelain material (11) comprises a first surface (115) and a second surface (116), the second porcelain material (12) comprises a third surface (123) and a fourth surface (124), the first surface (115) and the third surface (123) are smooth surfaces, the second surface (116) and the fourth surface (124) are rough surfaces, and the first porcelain material (11) and the second porcelain material (12) are vertically connected in a mode that the edge of the first surface (115) is in contact with the edge of the third surface (123) and the edge of the second surface (116) is in contact with the edge of the fourth surface (124); further comprising a third ceramic material (13) having a thickness of 0.5-2cm and a width of D3, and said D1 being 50-80cm, said D2 and D3 being 2-15cm, respectively; the third ceramic material (13) comprises a fifth surface (133) and a sixth surface (134), wherein the fifth surface (133) is a smooth surface, the sixth surface (134) is a rough surface, and the third ceramic material (13) is vertically connected in a manner that the fifth surface (133) is in contact with the edge of the first surface (115) and the edge of the second surface (116) is in contact with the edge of the sixth surface (134); the second ceramic material (12) and the third ceramic material (13) are respectively positioned at two opposite tail ends of the first ceramic material (11) and are respectively positioned at two sides of the plane of the first ceramic material (11);

wherein the cabinet body (20, 30) comprises a cabinet space formed by cabinet side walls (21, 31), a cabinet top (22, 32), a cabinet bottom (23, 33) and a cabinet door (24, 34), and connecting pieces connecting the cabinet side walls (21, 31) and the cabinet door (24, 34); the cabinet side walls (21, 31), the cabinet top (22, 32), the cabinet bottom (23, 33) and the cabinet door (24, 34) are each made of a porcelain material.

2. The cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that an adhesive layer is provided between the first ceramic material (11) and the second ceramic material (12) and between the first ceramic material (11) and the third ceramic material (13).

3. The cabinet according to claim 2, characterized in that the second surface (116) of the first ceramic material (11) is in contact with an adhesive layer, so as to fix the cabinet top (10) to the cabinet body; and is

The cabinet according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of first porcelain materials (11), and the first surfaces (115) of the plurality of first porcelain materials (11) are connected to each other in a level manner so as to form the upper surface of the cabinet top (10), wherein the connecting seam between the first porcelain materials (11) is less than 0.1cm, and an adhesive is provided in the connecting seam.

5. The cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the cabinet top (10) is fixedly connected with the top of the cabinet body (20, 30) by a cement layer.
