Description

Water treatment machine
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a water treatment technical field especially relates to a water processor, wherein the utility model discloses water processor can carry out purification treatment and softening treatment to water. Further, the utility model discloses water processor purifier (purification filter core) and softening installation (softening box) are all set up at the water processor, and are set up and can purify and soften the processing to raw water (or pending water) through single control valve, realization to make the user can obtain purified water and demineralized water simultaneously.
Background
With the increasing health concern and water pollution concern, water treatment machines or systems have become common household appliances. Water treatment machines, especially household water treatment machines, such as central water purifiers, water softeners and the like are often installed in kitchens to treat water and obtain cleaner water.
Water treatment machines are generally classified into water purification machines and water softening machines according to the treatment mode of raw water or water to be treated. Common water purifiers, such as activated carbon filtration water purifiers, ultrafiltration water purifiers, RO membrane water purifiers, and the like, are mostly used for removing impurities, such as harmful substances and foreign substances with peculiar smell, in water as much as possible. And the water softener is mainly used for removing calcium ion plasma in water. Purifier such as ultrafiltration purifier and RO membrane purifier handle the water phase that the raw water obtained relatively cleaner and be fit for drinking, and the water softener handles the soft water that the raw water obtained because contain less calcium ion etc. more be fit for shower, wash clothes etc.. It is also believed that soft water is more suitable for cosmetic purposes. However, most of the existing water treatment machines having a composite water treatment function are water treatment machines for purifying water only, such as an activated carbon-ultrafiltration filtration composite water purification system, an ultrafiltration-RO membrane composite water purification system, a PP cotton-activated carbon composite water purification system, and the like, but there are almost few water purification-softening composite water treatment machines. The main reason is that the purification of water and the softening of water are different in mechanism or mechanism. When carrying out purification treatment to the water intaking, the user needs regularly to change the filter core to it loses purification performance to avoid purifying filter core after long-time the use. For example, although flushing or the like can extend the useful life of the filter element, the activated carbon filter element and the ultrafiltration filter element need to be replaced after a long period of use. After a period of water softening treatment by using the water softener, the water softener needs to periodically replenish salt solution (generally, NaCl solution) into a softening tank (which may also be a softening filter element or a softening tank) and clean the softening tank, so as to prevent the softened resin in the softening tank from losing activity and removing impurities in the softening tank after long-term use. In addition, the water softener needs to be replenished with water into the salt (liquid) tank in addition to the salt liquid in the softening tank to prevent the salt liquid in the salt liquid tank from being exhausted and failing to supply the salt liquid into the softening tank. However, all water treatment machines involve control of the water flow. Due to the complexity of the structure and function realization of the water softener for softening water, the purification-softening composite water treatment machine needs to form a complex water path and can realize reasonable control on the complex water path. In order to realize the control of a purified water channel and a softened water channel at the same time, most of the existing purification-softening composite water treatment machines are provided with more than two control valves, which finally leads to the overstaffed structure, large volume and poor use experience of the whole water treatment machine. Furthermore, water treatment machines, especially domestic water treatment machines, are typically mounted under the counter of a kitchen, such as under a hand sink. The existing purifying-softening composite water treatment machine has huge volume, occupies too much space and brings great inconvenience to the installation of users. Needless to say, maintenance and filter element replacement in the event of a malfunction of the water treatment machine. In addition, the existing purifying-softening composite water treatment machine rarely provides purified water to a user at the same time when softening water. Even more, there are purification-softening composite water treatment machines that supply only softened water, not purified water. The user has to access the purified water through an additional water purification mechanism. Finally, for safety reasons, it is necessary for water treatment facilities, particularly water treatment machines having multiple water treatment functions, to continuously supply water (or raw water) in a non-water treatment operating state. However, most of the existing purification-softening composite water treatment machines can only provide purified water or/and softened water at the purification or/and softening functional position, and can not provide water continuously in other working states, such as the cleaning working state of the purification filter element of the purification device.

As shown in fig. 15A to 18G of the drawings, the flat valve 10 of the water treatment machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention has a first channel 101, a second channel 102, a third channel 103, a fourth channel 104, a fifth channel 105, a sixth channel 106, a seventh channel 107, an eighth channel 108, a ninth channel 109, a tenth channel 1010, an eleventh channel 1011, a twelfth channel 1012 and a thirteenth channel 1013, wherein the first channel 101, the second channel 102, the third channel 103, the fourth channel 104, the fifth channel 105, the sixth channel 106, the seventh channel 107, the eighth channel 108 and the twelfth channel 1012 are respectively disposed on the fixed valve plate 12 and respectively extend from the first fluid control surface 120 of the fixed valve plate 12; the ninth channel 109, the tenth channel 1010, the eleventh channel 1011 and the thirteenth channel 1013 are respectively disposed on the movable valve plate 13 and respectively extend from the second fluid control surface 130 of the movable valve plate 13, wherein the first channel 101 and the second channel 102 are respectively communicated with the fifth opening 1105, the third channel 103 and the fourth channel 104 are respectively communicated with the seventh opening 1107, the fifth channel 105 is communicated with the second opening 1102, the sixth channel 106 is communicated with the third opening 1103, the seventh channel 107 is communicated with the fourth opening 1104, the eighth channel 108 is communicated with the sixth opening 1106, the twelfth channel 1012 is communicated with the eighth opening 1108, the ninth channel 109 is communicated with the first opening 1101 (through the inner cavity 110 of the valve body 11), and the eleventh channel 1011 is communicated with the ninth opening 1109. Preferably, the ninth opening 1109 is provided in the valve body 11 of the planar valve 10, and the ninth opening 1109 communicates with the eleventh passage 1011 through a trapway 150. Therefore, optionally, the ninth opening 1109 of the flat valve 10 is formed at the movable valve plate 13, and the ninth opening 1109 of the flat valve 10 is respectively communicated with the eleventh channel 1011 and the trapway 150. It is understood that the communication between the second communication opening 202 of the purification device 20 and the first communication opening 301 of the softening tank 31 and the sixth opening 1106 of the valve body 11 can be realized in various ways. For example, when the flat valve 10 is in the first working position, the solid portion of the movable plate 13 faces the sixth channel 106 and the seventh channel 107 of the flat valve 10 to form a channel opening on the first fluid control surface 120 of the fixed plate 12, so that the sixth channel 106 and the seventh channel 107 of the flat valve 10 are closed (or blocked) by the movable plate 13, and the solid portion of the fixed plate 12 faces the eleventh channel 1011 of the flat valve 10 to form a channel opening on the second fluid control surface 130 of the movable plate 13, so that the eleventh channel 1011 of the flat valve 10 is closed by the fixed plate 12. Accordingly, the communication between the channel of the movable valve plate 13 and the channel of the fixed valve plate 12 herein means that in a specific operation position (or operation state of the water treatment machine) of the planar valve 10, the channel opening of the second fluid control surface 130 of the movable valve plate 13 formed by the channel of the movable valve plate 13 and the channel opening of the first fluid control surface 120 of the fixed valve plate 12 formed by the channel of the fixed valve plate 12 are selectively partially or exactly aligned and form a water flow passage for allowing water to pass through.
