The structure and mutual positional relationship of the various parts of the sheet 100 of the first aspect of the present application are described below.
Referring to fig. 1, the paper board 100 includes an upper wall panel 10, a lower wall panel 20, a first side panel 30, a second side panel 40, a third side panel 50, and a fourth side panel 60, wherein upper and lower sides of the first side panel 30 are respectively creased to the upper wall panel 10 and the lower wall panel 20, a right side of the first side panel 30 is creased to the second side panel 40, the third side panel 50, and the fourth side panel 60 in sequence, and the upper wall panel 10, the lower wall panel 20, the first side panel 30, the second side panel 40, the third side panel 50, and the fourth side panel 60 can enclose and form a hexahedral carton with an inner cavity.
In some embodiments of the present application, the term crease connection means that there is a crease line between two adjacent wall panels, along which the two adjacent wall panels can be folded.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hexahedral carton enclosed by the upper, lower, first, second, third, and fourth side panels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 may be the carton 900 shown in fig. 6, the carton 900 having an interior cavity 910, the interior cavity 910 for placement of articles.
The fourth side panel 60 has a connecting tongue 61 on a side thereof away from the third side panel 50, and the connecting tongue 61 is used for connecting with a side of the first side panel 30 away from the second side panel 40 to enclose a side wall 911 of the carton 900.
As an example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fourth side panel 60 and the third side panel 50 connecting tongue 61 are adhered to the side of the first side panel 30 away from the second side panel 40 by double-sided tape or glue.
As another exemplary form, referring to fig. 3, a side insertion hole 611 is formed on a side of the connection tongue 61 close to the fourth side plate 60, and a side insertion tongue 31 extends from a side of the first side plate 30 away from the second side plate 40. When the first side plate 30, the second side plate 40, the third side plate 50 and the fourth side plate 60 are enclosed to form the side wall 911 of the carton 900, the side insertion tongue 31 is inserted into the side insertion hole 611, so that the fourth side plate 60 is connected with the first side plate 30, the step of gluing with glue is omitted, and the carton forming efficiency is improved.
A first upper folding plate 71 extends from the upper side of the second side plate 40 of the first side plate 30, and a first lower folding plate 73 extends from the lower side; a second upper flap 72 extends from the upper side of the fourth side panel 60 and a second lower flap 74 extends from the lower side. That is, the paper board 100 includes four folding plates, namely a first upper folding plate 71, a second upper folding plate 72, a first lower folding plate 73, and a second lower folding plate 74.
The first and second upper return flaps 71, 72 are located on the upper side of the third side panel 50 and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the third side panel 50, the edge of the first upper return flap 71 adjacent to the third side panel 50 is provided with an upper right first positioning structure 711, the edge of the second upper return flap 72 adjacent to the third side panel 50 is provided with an upper left first positioning structure 721, and the first and second upper return flaps 71, 72 are adapted to cooperate with the upper wall panel 10.
The first lower flap 73 and the second lower flap 74 are located on the lower side of the third side panel 50 and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the third side panel 50, the edge of the first lower flap 73 adjacent to the third side panel 50 is provided with a lower right first positioning structure 731, the edge of the second lower flap 74 adjacent to the third side panel 50 is provided with a lower left first positioning structure 741, and the first lower flap 73 and the second lower flap 74 are adapted to cooperate with the lower wall panel 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, the upper right first positioning structure 711, the upper left first positioning structure 721, the lower right first positioning structure 731, and the lower left first positioning structure 741 are the same structure.
As an example, referring to fig. 4, the upper right positioning structure 711 includes a first square ear 7112 and a second square ear 7113, and the first square ear 7112 and the second square ear 7113 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively connected to the first upper folding plate 71 by folds. When the first square ear 7112 and the second square ear 7113 are folded with respect to the first upper folding plate 71 and perpendicular to the first upper folding plate 71, the first square ear 7112 and the second square ear 7113 form a first anti-theft clasp 7114 as shown in fig. 7. In actual processing, the first square ear 7112 and the second square ear 7113 can be cut and formed according to a T-shaped cutting line 7111.
It is easy to understand that the upper left first positioning structure 721, the lower right first positioning structure 731, and the lower left first positioning structure 741 can be folded to form an anti-theft buckle respectively.
An upper inserting tongue 11 extends from the upper end of the upper wall plate 10, and an upper right second positioning structure 111 and an upper left second positioning structure 112 are arranged on the upper inserting tongue 11. The lower end of the lower wall plate 20 extends out of the lower insert tongue 21, and the lower insert tongue 21 is provided with a lower right second positioning structure 211 and a lower left second positioning structure 212.
In some embodiments of the present application, the upper right second positioning structure 111, the upper left second positioning structure 112, the lower right second positioning structure 211, and the lower left second positioning structure 212 are identical structures.
As an example, referring to FIG. 5, the upper right positioning structure 111 is a square upper right snap hole 1111.
It is easy to understand that the upper left second positioning structure 112, the lower right second positioning structure 211 and the lower left second positioning structure 212 can be square fastening holes.
When the upper wall panel 10 is folded relative to the first side panel 30 and closes the inner cavity 910, the upper right first positioning structure 711 can cooperate with the upper left second positioning structure 112 to connect the upper wall panel 10 with the first upper return flap 71; the upper left first locator structure 721 is capable of cooperating with the upper right second locator structure 111 to connect the upper panel 10 to the second upper return flap 72.
In some embodiments of the present application, the connection of the upper wall panel 10 to the first upper return flap 71 and the connection of the upper wall panel 10 to the second upper return flap 72 is tamper-evident, i.e., the process of folding and closing the carton 900 using the sheet 100 is irreversible.
As will be readily appreciated, during the folding of the paperboard 100 into the carton 900, the upper right positioning structure 711 is folded to form the first anti-theft fastener 7114, the first anti-theft fastener 7114 is a protrusion located on the lower surface of the first upper flap 71, and the upper right locking hole 1111 is located on the upper tongue 11. During folding of the upper tongue 11 relative to the upper panel 10 and insertion between the underside of the first upper flap 71 and the upper edge of the third side panel 50, the first tamperproof fastener 7114 can fall into the upper right snap hole 1111. After being folded, the upper insertion tongue 11 is arranged in parallel with the first upper folding plate 71, the upper insertion tongue 11 is located between the lower side of the first upper folding plate 71 and the upper edge of the third side plate 50, and the first anti-theft buckle 7114 is located in the upper right clamping hole 1111. At this time, if an attempt is made to pull out the upper tongue 11, the first upper flap 71 and the third side panel 50 limit the upper tongue 11 and the first upper flap 71 to be arranged in parallel, that is, limit the angle between the upper tongue 11 and the first upper flap 71. Meanwhile, the first anti-theft fastener 7114 cooperates with the upper right locking hole 1111 to limit the upper insertion tongue 11 from deviating relative to the first upper folding plate 71.
Since the angle and the mutual position between the upper tongue 11 and the first upper folding plate 71 are limited, the upper tongue 11 cannot be easily pulled out from between the first upper folding plate 71 and the third side plate 50 for opening the box.
The upper right locking hole 1111 and the first anti-theft fastener 7114 are matched with each other, so that the included angle between the upper insertion tongue 11 and the first upper folding plate 71 and the position of the upper insertion tongue 11 relative to the first upper folding plate 71 can be limited, and the upper insertion tongue 11 can be prevented from being easily pulled out. If the upper tongue 11 is forcibly pulled out, the structure of the first anti-theft fastener 7114 and the upper right locking hole 1111 may be damaged, and the user may also identify whether or not the carton 900 has been removed by another person without permission.
The carton 900 formed by folding the paperboard 100 includes a plurality of pairs of first positioning structures and second positioning structures which are matched with each other, such as the upper right clamping hole 1111 and the first anti-theft fastener 7114, and can respectively limit the included angles and the relative positions of the upper insertion tongue 11 and the second upper folding plate 72, the lower insertion tongue 21 and the first lower folding plate 73, and the lower insertion tongue 21 and the second lower folding plate 74, so as to ensure that neither the upper insertion tongue 11 nor the lower insertion tongue 21 can be easily pulled out, and thus the closed carton 900 has an anti-theft function.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the edge of the first square ear 7112 of the upper right first positioning structure 711 is provided with a first rounded corner 71121, the edge of the second square ear 7113 is provided with a second rounded corner 71131, and the first rounded corner 71121 and the second rounded corner 71131 have the same size and position, so that the first anti-theft buckle 7114 formed by folding the first square ear 7112 and the second square ear 7113 has a guiding surface. It will be readily appreciated that the guide surface is located on the side that first contacts the upper right retaining hole 1111 during the closing process, thereby allowing the first anti-skimming clasp 7114 to easily slide into the upper right retaining hole 1111 and making the closing process of the carton 900 easier.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first upper flap 71 is provided with a frangible line 712, the frangible line 712 divides the first upper flap 71 into a main body portion 713 and a corner portion 714 away from the first side panel 30, and the upper right first positioning structure 711 is provided at the corner portion 714. A corner of the first upper flap 71 adjacent the upper right first detent 711 is provided with a frangible line 712, the frangible line 712 being disposed at an angle to an edge of the first upper flap 71 adjacent the upper right first detent 711. Preferably, the angle between the easy fold line 712 and the edge of the first upper flap 71 adjacent the upper right first detent 711 is 45 °.
In the process of folding the paper board 100 into the carton 900, in order to insert the upper tongue 11 at the lower side of the first upper flap 71 and to make the first anti-theft fastener 7114 fit with the upper right locking hole 1111, the corner 714 of the first upper flap 71 where the first anti-theft fastener 7114 is arranged needs to be turned up. The easy folding line 712 is disposed at the corner, which not only defines the folding line of the corner relative to the first upper folding plate 71, but also locally enhances the connection strength of the corner and the first upper folding plate 71.
Further, a tab 7121 may be stamped from the central location of the frangible line 712, the tab 7121 being positioned to enhance the strength of the frangible line 712.
In some embodiments of the present application, the upper wall panel 10 and the upper tongue 11 include a first folding line 12 and a second folding line 13 therebetween, the first folding line 12 and the second folding line 13 are parallel to each other and to the upper edge of the upper wall panel 10, and the spacing between the first folding line 12 and the second folding line 13 is equal to the thickness of the paperboard 100. The upper slow folding surface 920 can be formed by folding along the first folding line 12 and the second folding line 13.
