3. The packaging machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said guiding unit and said first box-sealing unit are circumferentially staggered along said rotating member.
4. The packaging machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the material guiding unit comprises a material guiding frame, two material guiding members oppositely arranged on the material guiding frame, and first driving members respectively connected to the two material guiding members.
5. The packaging machine of claim 1 further comprising at least a second box sealing unit disposed on a side of the box grasping unit remote from the support.
6. A packaging machine according to claim 5 wherein the second packing unit is circumferentially staggered from the first packing unit along the rotary member.
7. The packaging machine of claim 1, further comprising a first bin unit comprising two first side plates disposed opposite to each other, a bottom plate connected to the first side plates, and two first side plate driving members correspondingly connected to the two first side plates.
8. The packaging machine of claim 7, further comprising a first material taking unit disposed corresponding to the first bin unit, wherein the first material taking unit comprises two oppositely disposed clamping plates, a clamping plate driving member connected to the two clamping plates for driving the two clamping plates to move toward or away from each other, and a rotary driving member connected to the clamping plate driving member.
9. The packaging machine of claim 1 further comprising a magazine unit disposed opposite the carton grasping unit, the magazine unit including a cross beam with a telescoping member disposed thereon.
10. The packaging machine of claim 9 further comprising a carton retrieving unit disposed between the carton magazine unit and the carton grasping unit.
