Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of an auxiliary wrench tool 10 is adapted to be used with a wrench to screw a threaded member, and is suitable for a situation where a peripheral space of the threaded member is small, so as to improve convenience in assembling and disassembling the threaded member. Specifically, the wrench auxiliary tool 10 includes an elongated shank 100, a clamping head 200 and a mating head 300, wherein the clamping head 200 and the mating head 300 are disposed on the elongated shank 100.
The clamping head 200 is disposed at one end of the elongated shank 100, a clamping groove 210 is formed on the clamping head 200, and a notch direction of the clamping groove 210 faces away from the elongated shank 100. The fitting head 300 is disposed at the other end of the elongated handle 100, and the fitting head 300 is used for fitting with a wrench. In use, the gripping head 200 is positioned adjacent to the threaded member such that the threaded member is positioned within the gripping recess 210 to facilitate gripping of the threaded member by the gripping head 200.
Since the direction of the opening of the holding groove 210 faces away from the elongated shank 100, the holding head 200 can move toward or away from the screw along the length of the elongated shank 100 during assembly and disassembly, which can reduce the requirement for the size of the peripheral space along the radial direction of the elongated shank 100 on the component to which the screw is to be attached to a certain extent. The lengthened handle 100 and the matching head 300 are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the lengthened handle 100, so that the existence of the lengthened handle 100 can transfer the rotation plane of the wrench from a position close to the screw to a position far away from the screw, the wrench matched with the matching head 300 is convenient to be far away from the screw, the interference of the rotated wrench and an element needing to be additionally provided with the screw is prevented, and the disassembly and assembly convenience of the screw can be improved.
Further, a clamping groove 210 penetrates through one side or opposite sides of the clamping head 200 in a direction intersecting with the length direction of the elongated shank 100, so as to enhance applicability to screw members of different shapes. When the clamping groove 210 penetrates through one side of the clamping head 200 in a direction intersecting with the length direction of the elongated shank 100, it is possible to facilitate the wrench auxiliary tool 10 to clamp different types of L-shaped screw members. When the clamping grooves 210 penetrate through opposite sides of the clamping head 200 in a direction crossing the length direction of the elongated shank 100, it is possible to facilitate the wrench auxiliary tool 10 to clamp different types of L-shaped screw members or T-shaped screw members.
In this embodiment, the clamping slots 210 extend through opposite sides of the clamping head 200 in a direction perpendicular to the length of the elongate shaft 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the gripping groove 210 may not need to extend through the gripping head 200 in a direction intersecting the length direction of the elongated shank 100, and the groove cavity of the gripping groove 210 may be adapted to the outer profile of the screw member in order to screw the same type of screw member.
When the clamping grooves 210 penetrate the opposite sides of the clamping head 200, the wrench auxiliary tool 10 may further include a sealing plate 400, and the sealing plate 400 is disposed on the clamping head 200 and located in a direction in which the clamping grooves 210 penetrate the clamping head 200 to shield the clamping grooves 210. The presence of the sealing plate 400 prevents the rod-shaped screw or the L-shaped screw from coming out of the holding groove 210 due to the wrench assisting tool 10 sliding with respect to the rod-shaped screw or the L-shaped screw. Of course, in other embodiments, the hush plate 400 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the holding head 200 is provided with a receiving groove 220, and the sealing plate 400 is located in the receiving groove 220. The existence of storage tank 220 can reduce the degree that sealing plate 400 protrudes clamping head 200 on the one hand to guarantee the planarization of spanner appurtenance 10 surface, and on the other hand the side cell wall of storage tank 220 can play the limiting displacement to sealing plate 400, prevents to a certain extent that sealing plate 400 from breaking away from clamping head 200. Of course, in other embodiments, the receiving groove 220 may be omitted, and the sealing plate 400 is disposed on the outer surface of the holding head 200.
The wrench auxiliary tool 10 further includes a fastener 500, the sealing plate 400 is provided with a first mounting hole 410, the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 220 is provided with a second mounting hole 221, and the fastener 500 is inserted into the first mounting hole 410 and the second mounting hole 221, so that the sealing plate 400 is disposed on the clamping head 200 through the fastener 500. The fasteners 500 may be screws or the like to facilitate removal and installation of the hush plate 400. Of course, in other embodiments, the fastener 500 may be omitted, and the sealing plate 400 may be attached to the clamping head 200 by gluing, welding, or the like.
In another embodiment, the gripping head 200 is detachably connected to the elongated shank 100, which facilitates replacement of a damaged gripping head 200, and allows the same elongated shank 100 to be used with different types of gripping heads 200. Among them, the different types of the clamping heads 200 may have different shapes of the clamping grooves 210 or different sizes of the notches of the clamping grooves 210. The detachable connection of the clamping head 200 and the elongated handle 100 can be realized by clamping or pin joint.
In yet another embodiment, the mating head 300 is removably attached to the elongated shank 100, which may facilitate replacement of a damaged mating head 300, on the one hand, and mating of different types of mating heads 300 to the same elongated shank 100, on the other hand. Wherein, the fitting heads 300 of different models can be different in shape of the fitting heads 300, etc. The detachable connection of the clamping head 200 and the elongated handle 100 can be realized by clamping or pin joint.
In this embodiment, the clamping head 200 is detachably connected to the elongated shank 100, and the engaging head 300 is detachably connected to the elongated shank 100, so that the elongated shank 100 can be replaced, and the length adjustment of the wrench auxiliary tool 10 can be realized by replacing the elongated shanks 100 with different lengths. The detachable connection of the clamping head 200 and the elongated handle 100 can be realized by clamping or pin joint.
Further, the elongated handle 100 includes a sleeve 110 and an inner rod 120, one end of the inner rod 120 extends into the sleeve 110, and the length of the inner rod 120 extending into the sleeve 110 can be changed. In this embodiment, the extension stem 100 further includes a threaded rod 130, the sleeve 110 has a threaded hole 111, and the threaded rod 130 passes through the threaded hole 111 and abuts against the inner rod 120. During adjustment, the threaded rod 130 is loosened, the inner rod 120 or the sleeve 110 is pulled, the length of the inner rod 120 extending into the sleeve 110 is changed, and then the threaded rod 130 is tightened, thereby maintaining the changed length of the elongated shank 100. The inner rod 120 comprises an abutting plane 121 used for abutting against the threaded rod 130, and the abutting plane 121 can increase the abutting stability of the threaded piece and the inner rod 120, so that the lengthened handle 100 after changing the length is difficult to change the length again.
Of course, in other embodiments, the threaded rod 130 and the abutting plane 121 may be omitted, the elongated handle 100 further includes an adjusting member (not shown) and a separation preventing member (not shown) detachably engaged with the adjusting member, a first through hole (not shown) may be formed in the sleeve 110, the first through hole penetrates through two opposite sides of the sleeve 110, at least two second through holes (not shown) are formed in the inner rod 120 and spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the inner rod 120, the second through holes penetrate through two opposite sides of the inner rod 120, and the adjusting member is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole. When the anti-dropping part is arranged on the adjusting part, the anti-dropping part can prevent the adjusting part from dropping out of the first through hole and the second through hole. During adjustment, the adjusting member can be inserted into different second through holes, so that the length of the inner rod 120 extending into the sleeve 110 can be changed. Wherein, the regulating part can be a bolt and the like, and the anti-falling part can be a nut and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, the opening wall of the clamping groove 210 includes a first inner side surface 211 and a second inner side surface 212 that are spaced and distributed oppositely, and the first inner side surface 211 and the second inner side surface 212 are both flat surfaces so as to clamp the screw stably. An anti-slip texture (not shown) may be formed on the first inner side surface 211 and/or the second inner side surface 212 to increase friction between the mouth wall of the clamping groove 210 and the screw member, and to some extent, prevent the wrench assisting tool 10 from being disengaged from the screw member. The anti-skid texture can be formed by additionally arranging bulges or arranging pits and the like.
The clamping head 200 comprises a first outer side surface 231 and a second outer side surface 232, the first outer side surface 231 and the second outer side surface 232 are located on two opposite sides of the clamping groove 210, the first outer side surface 231 is obliquely arranged, so that one end, away from the lengthening handle 100, of the first outer side surface 231 is close to the clamping groove 210, the size of the clamping head 200 close to the thread of the threaded part is reduced, and the clamping head 200 can be conveniently stretched into a narrow space to be used. Similarly, the second outer side 232 may be inclined such that the end of the second outer side 232 away from the elongated shank 100 is adjacent to the clamping slot 210.
The fitting head 300 includes at least two side edges 310, the side edges 310 extending along the length of the extension rod. The presence of the side edges 310 increases the friction between the mating head 300 and the wrench, preventing relative rotation between the wrench and the mating head 300, so that the wrench can be used to rotate the wrench auxiliary tool 10 to drive the screw member. The side edges 310 may be linear or curved, so long as relative rotation between the wrench and the mating head 300 is prevented.
The matching head 300 is prism-shaped, has low manufacturing difficulty, can be matched with an open-type wrench and a sleeve-type wrench, and has wide applicability. At this time, the side edges 310 of the prisms may be the side edges 310 of the mating head 300. In the present embodiment, the fitting head 300 has a hexagonal prism shape, and the side edges 310 are all linear side edges. Of course, in other embodiments, the fitting head 300 may also have a quadrangular prism shape, a pentagonal prism shape, an octagonal prism shape, or the like. Or the fitting head 300 may not be prism-shaped.
Referring to fig. 4, the end surface of the other end of the elongated shank 100 protrudes from the fitting head 300 in the radial direction of the elongated shank 100, and the end surface of the other end of the elongated shank 100 can abut against a wrench to displace the wrench in the longitudinal direction of the elongated shank 100, so that the convenience of the wrench auxiliary tool 10 can be increased. In the present embodiment, since the fitting head 300 has a hexagonal prism shape, the outer dimension of the cross section of the fitting head 300 may be smaller than the outer dimension of the cross section of the elongated shank 100.
The end surface of the fitting head 300 is provided with a fitting groove 320, and the fitting groove 320 is a polygonal groove. When the wrench is used, the socket 110 of the socket wrench can be placed in the matching groove 320, and the side wall of the socket wrench abuts against the side wall of the matching groove 320, so that the wrench auxiliary tool 10 can be driven to rotate by the socket wrench. The lateral edges 310 of the polygonal grooves may be the lateral edges 310 of the mating head 300. In the present embodiment, the engaging groove 320 is a quadrilateral groove, and the side edges 310 are all linear side edges 310. Of course, in other embodiments, the mating slot 320 may also be a three-sided slot, a six-sided slot, or an eight-sided slot, etc. Or the mating groove 320 may be omitted.
In yet another embodiment, the elongate shaft 100, the gripping head 200, and the mating head 300 are integrally formed, which is robust and saves assembly time. The wrench auxiliary tool 10 may be integrally formed by casting or material removing. It is understood that in the present embodiment, the elongated shank 100, the clamping head 200, and the fitting head 300 may be separately manufactured and then assembled.
Referring to fig. 5, the screwing assembly 1 in an embodiment is used for screwing a screw member, and is suitable for an occasion with a small peripheral space of the screw member, so as to improve the convenience of assembling and disassembling the screw member. Specifically, the screwing assembly 1 includes a wrench 20 and the wrench auxiliary tool 10 as described in any of the above embodiments, wherein the wrench 20 is detachably engaged with the engaging head 300.
In use, the gripping head 200 is positioned adjacent to the threaded member such that the threaded member is positioned within the gripping recess 210 to facilitate gripping of the threaded member by the gripping head 200. Since the direction of the notch of the clamping groove 210 faces away from the elongated shank 100, the clamping head 200 can move toward and away from the threaded member along the length of the elongated shank 100, which can reduce the requirement for the amount of peripheral space in the radial direction of the elongated shank 100 on the component to which the threaded member is to be attached to some extent.
The wrench 20 is close to the fitting head 300 and fitted with the fitting head 300, and the wrench 20 is rotated to rotate the wrench auxiliary tool 10, thereby screwing the screw member. The elongated shank 100 and the mating head 300 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the elongated shank 100, so that the existence of the elongated shank 100 can shift the rotation plane of the wrench 20 from a position close to the screw to a position away from the screw, so that the wrench 20 is away from the screw, and the rotated wrench 20 is prevented from interfering with an element to which the screw needs to be attached, thereby improving the convenience of the screw assembly and disassembly.
The wrench 20 and the wrench auxiliary tool 10 can be standardized, which on the one hand facilitates mass production of the driving assembly 1 and on the other hand increases the pertinence to standardized threaded parts.
Further, the wrench 20 may be a torque wrench, and is used to detect whether the tightened screw member has reached a predetermined torque requirement by the torque wrench, thereby ensuring the yield of the product having the screw member. Furthermore, the wrench 20 is a socket torque wrench, which can be conveniently provided with a ratchet wheel, and the existence of the ratchet wheel can enable the wrench 20 to rotate towards the same direction to realize the screwing or unscrewing of the screw member, so that the frequent direction change force is not needed, and the screwing efficiency can be improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the wrench 20 may also be an open torque wrench.
Referring to fig. 6, the pipe joint dismounting device 2 in an embodiment is used for screwing the pipe joint 30, and is suitable for a situation where a peripheral space of the pipe joint 30 is small, and can improve the dismounting convenience of the pipe joint 30. Specifically, the pipe joint remover 2 includes the wrench assisting tool 10 according to any one of the above embodiments, and the gripping head 200 is used to grip the pipe joint 30.
In use, the gripping head 200 is positioned adjacent to the coupler 30 such that the coupler 30 is positioned within the gripping channel 210 to facilitate gripping of the coupler 30 by the gripping head 200. Since the direction of the notch of the holding groove 210 faces away from the elongated shank 100, the holding head 200 can be moved toward or away from the pipe joint 30 along the length of the elongated shank 100 when it is attached or detached, and the requirement for the size of the peripheral space in the radial direction of the elongated shank 100 on the component to which the pipe joint 30 is to be attached can be reduced to some extent. The fitting heads 300 are used for fitting the wrench 20, and the elongated shank 100 and the fitting heads 300 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the elongated shank 100, so that the presence of the elongated shank 100 can shift the rotation plane of the wrench 20 from a position close to the pipe joint 30 to a position away from the pipe joint 30, so that the wrench 20 fitted with the fitting heads 300 is away from the pipe joint 30, preventing the rotated wrench 20 from interfering with a component to which the pipe joint 30 is to be fitted, and thus improving the convenience of mounting and dismounting the screw.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the pipe joint 30 is generally L-shaped, and the pipe joint 30 has two abutting surfaces 31 disposed opposite to each other at intervals, and the abutting surfaces 31 are generally flat. When in use, the first inner side surface 211 abuts against one of the abutting surfaces 31, and the second inner side surface 212 abuts against the other abutting surface 31, so that the pipe joint removing part 2 can more firmly clamp the pipe joint 30.
The concrete working principle of the pipe joint dismounting part 2 is as follows:
take the example of the adapter 30 being retrofitted and the component being retrofitted being the gearbox housing (not shown). In this embodiment, the pipe joint 30 is inserted into the gear box housing after the pipe joint 30 is applied with the pipe thread compound on the screw of the pipe joint 30, and the pipe joint 30 is clamped by the clamping head 200, so that the socket torque wrench is engaged with the engaging head 300. The wrench 20 is rotated to rotate the wrench assisting tool 10, thereby tightening the coupling 30 to a set torque value and orienting the interface of the coupling 30 in a prescribed direction. The adding process is simple and convenient and is easy to operate.
