The impurities are dissolved in the organic solvent. The engine oil has a density lower than that of the organic solvent and floats on the upper end of the organic solvent. When the liquid level of the oil reaches the height of the oil outlet channel 42, the oil flows into the oil collecting box 43 along the oil outlet channel 42, and the collection of the oil is completed.
