4. A back care device according to claim 1, wherein: a supporting strip (74) extending along the up-and-down direction of the human body is also arranged between the breathable layer (71) and the supporting layer (72).

A back care device according to claim 4, wherein: the back massage cushion (1) is provided with at least one row of magnetic particles (73) which are arranged at intervals up and down and are positioned at the center position between the left side and the right side of the back massage cushion (1).
6. A back care device according to claim 5, wherein: the left side and the right side of the row of the magnetic particles (73) positioned at the center position between the left side and the right side of the back massage cushion (1) are respectively provided with one supporting strip (74).

10. A back care device according to claim 9, wherein: a strip-shaped packaging bag (740) into which the supporting strip (74) is inserted is sewn at the front side surface of the supporting layer (72).
