Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种生物学中的DNA结构 演示教具，其主要特征是将组成DNA结构的四种脱 氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或 “W”形联接、配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接， 并在A、T、C、G的V形件或W形件上设有带槽口 的圆形体及可与槽口匹配的凸件，同时在A、T、C、G 的表面设有磁性材料层，结合铁板，能直观地演示 DNA结构、DNA的复制及DNA合成蛋白质的动 态过程，便于教师操作，易于学生理解。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种生物学中演示DNA结构的教具。
生物学中的DNA结构是高中生物课程中的重点和难点，由于这部分内容涉及化学知识较深，学生难以接受，更由于目前教师讲课时还没有一种使学生比较直观理解的教具，仅局限于挂图和DNA结构模型，因此在讲解DNA结构的复制及DNA合成蛋白质等这些动态过程时，教师讲课尤为吃力、困难，学生难懂。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述之不足，提供一种结构简单，明了並能直观地演示DNA结构的复制及DNA合成蛋白质等动态过程的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具。
本实用新型的解决方案是将组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或“W”形联接，配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接。
本实用新型的具体内容由以下实施例及其附图加以说明。

本实施例将组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形联接，配对的C、G采用“W”形联接，为便于操作，在A、T的V形件（1）和C、G的W形件（2）上设有带槽口（3）的圆形体（4）及可与槽口（3）匹配的凸件（5），同时在A、T、C、G的表面设置磁性材料层（如磁铁层），讲课演示时，只需一铁板，将A、T、C、G吸在其上即可操作。
采用本实用新型能直观地演示DNA结构，结构中A与T配对，C与G配对，A与T可相互复制，C与G可相互复制，结合代表信使DNA链的磁铁块，转运RNA的磁铁块及氨基酸的磁铁块还可演示蛋白质的合成（见附图2），便于教师讲课，学生易接受。

1、一种生物学中的DNA结构演示教具，其特征是组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或“W”形联接，配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具，其特征是A、T、C、G的V形件（1）或W形件（2）上设有带槽口（3）的圆形体体（4）及可与槽口（3）匹配的凸件（5）。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具，其特征是A、T、C、G的表面设有磁性材料层。
