本实用新型公开了一种生物学中的DNA结构 演示教具,其主要特征是将组成DNA结构的四种脱 氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或 “W”形联接、配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接, 并在A、T、C、G的V形件或W形件上设有带槽口 的圆形体及可与槽口匹配的凸件,同时在A、T、C、G 的表面设有磁性材料层,结合铁板,能直观地演示 DNA结构、DNA的复制及DNA合成蛋白质的动 态过程,便于教师操作,易于学生理解。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种生物学中演示DNA结构的教具。
生物学中的DNA结构是高中生物课程中的重点和难点,由于这部分内容涉及化学知识较深,学生难以接受,更由于目前教师讲课时还没有一种使学生比较直观理解的教具,仅局限于挂图和DNA结构模型,因此在讲解DNA结构的复制及DNA合成蛋白质等这些动态过程时,教师讲课尤为吃力、困难,学生难懂。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述之不足,提供一种结构简单,明了並能直观地演示DNA结构的复制及DNA合成蛋白质等动态过程的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具。
本实用新型的解决方案是将组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或“W”形联接,配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接。
本实用新型的具体内容由以下实施例及其附图加以说明。

本实施例将组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形联接,配对的C、G采用“W”形联接,为便于操作,在A、T的V形件(1)和C、G的W形件(2)上设有带槽口(3)的圆形体(4)及可与槽口(3)匹配的凸件(5),同时在A、T、C、G的表面设置磁性材料层(如磁铁层),讲课演示时,只需一铁板,将A、T、C、G吸在其上即可操作。
采用本实用新型能直观地演示DNA结构,结构中A与T配对,C与G配对,A与T可相互复制,C与G可相互复制,结合代表信使DNA链的磁铁块,转运RNA的磁铁块及氨基酸的磁铁块还可演示蛋白质的合成(见附图2),便于教师讲课,学生易接受。

1、一种生物学中的DNA结构演示教具,其特征是组成DNA结构的四种脱氧核甘酸A、T、C、G中配对的A、T采用“V”形或“W”形联接,配对的C、G采用“W”形或“V”形联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具,其特征是A、T、C、G的V形件(1)或W形件(2)上设有带槽口(3)的圆形体体(4)及可与槽口(3)匹配的凸件(5)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的生物学中的DNA结构演示教具,其特征是A、T、C、G的表面设有磁性材料层。
