The working frequency of the antenna is the same as the frequency band set by the RFID reader-writer, when a plurality of antennas are aligned to the same direction, multipoint power supply emission coverage is formed, the blind area of a single antenna can be effectively reduced, and the error rate is reduced. When the RFID antenna interface module 21 includes a plurality of antenna interfaces, it further includes a channel switching module, such as: single-pole multi-handle radio frequency switch. The channel switching module is electrically connected to the antenna interfaces of the RFID antenna interface module 21, and is electrically connected to the control module 23. Thus, the control module 23 may select one or more of the channels to transmit and receive the RFID signal by controlling the channel switching module, in other words, the control module 23 may select one or more of the antennas to transmit and receive the RFID signal.
RFID transceiver module 22 is used to read tag data on the various indoor distribution system assets. The communication module 24 includes, but is not limited to, a WiFi module, a GPRS module, a LORA module, a bluetooth module, etc. and is configured to transmit the read tag data to the asset management platform 1 under the control of the control module 23, so that the asset management platform 1 performs asset management of the indoor distribution system according to the tag data.
The power module 25 is used for providing working power, and preferably, the power module 25 employs at least two power stabilizing chips with different powers, such as: two high-power supply voltage stabilizing chips and three medium-power supply voltage stabilizing chips, thereby outputting different power supply voltages to each module.
The power interface module 26 is used for connecting an external power source to provide a working power source for each module, and preferably, the power interface module 26 adopts a 5.5 × 2.5mm power interface.
The serial port debugging interface module 27 is used for connecting an external debugging device to realize software debugging and updating of the RFID reader-writer 2.
In this embodiment, the control module 23 preferably employs a low-cost and low-power-consumption ARM chip for controlling the operations of the modules of the uhf RFID reader 2. In another embodiment, the control module 23 may also adopt a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, a discrete hardware component, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4A to 4D, in the present embodiment, the uhf RFID reader 2 employs an aluminum housing 28. This aluminium alloy shell 28 includes: a cubic body 281, one or more flying wings 282.
In detail, the cubic body 281 is rectangular in overall design, and has through holes (see marks 283 and 284) for exposing the antenna interface on one side, through holes (see marks 285 and 286) for exposing the power interface and the serial port debugging interface on the other side, and optionally, a through hole (see mark 287) for exposing the communication antenna of the communication module on the lower side. The flying wing 282 is provided with a mounting hole 288 for fixing the ultrahigh frequency RFID reader/writer 2 at a certain position by a connecting member such as a screw.
It should be noted that the present application does not relate to the improvement of software technology, and the software methods used are all existing.
To sum up, the asset management system of the indoor distribution system and the ultrahigh frequency RFID reader-writer applied by the asset management system greatly improve the management quality and the management efficiency of the asset management of the indoor distribution system while saving the asset management cost of the indoor distribution system, and solve the problem that the assets of the indoor distribution system are difficult to manage in the prior art.
