The window air conditioner as recited in claim 6, wherein said second sealing member extends to a side surface of said body portion facing away from said window, a portion of said second sealing member facing said first avoiding hole being provided with a first slot, a portion of said first sealing member being insertable into and slidably engaged with said first slot.
8. The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 4, wherein said sliding block and each of said body portions are respectively provided with a first recess for receiving said first sealing block.

The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 2, further comprising a flexible third sealing member provided on a side surface of said sliding block facing said window and a side surface of said second connecting member facing said window, said window being stopped against said third sealing member.

The window air conditioner as set forth in claim 9, wherein said third seal member defines a plurality of second imaginary tangents spaced along a length of said seal assembly to define a plurality of connected second seal blocks, any adjacent two of said second seal blocks being separable at a respective said second imaginary tangents for adjusting a length of said third seal member.
11. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 10, wherein the fixing member is provided with a sliding chamber, a side of the sliding chamber facing the second connecting member being opened, a portion of the sliding block being inserted into the sliding chamber,

16. The window air conditioner of claim 1, wherein an end of the seal assembly remote from the housing is provided with a flexible fifth seal against the window and the inner wall of the window opening, respectively.
17. the window air conditioner as recited in any one of claims 1-16, wherein a receiving groove is provided on said housing, at least a portion of said window is extendable into said receiving groove, and one end of said sealing member is connected to said receiving groove.
