The pivot rod structure is pivoted on the body, wherein the pivot rod structure comprises a first pivot end part, a second pivot end part and a pivot part, and the pivot part is correspondingly connected with the connecting part;
An elastic member, wherein one end of the elastic member is pivoted to the first pivoting end, and the other end of the elastic member comprises:
the sliding piece unit is correspondingly connected with and limited in the sliding groove structure; and
A fixing unit adjacent to the slider unit;
The seat group is pivoted at the second pivoting end part; and
the supporting rod comprises a first connecting end part and a second connecting end part, wherein the first connecting end part is pivoted with the seat assembly, and the second connecting end part is pivoted with the body;
when the sliding unit is located at the second end of the sliding groove structure, the fixing member correspondingly penetrates through the opening group and the fixing unit, so that the sliding unit is fixed at the second end of the sliding groove structure;
When the chair seat group is pushed and the sliding piece unit is fixed at the second end of the sliding groove structure, the chair seat group draws the second pivoting end to be close to the second end of the body, the first pivoting end is gradually close to the first end of the body and draws the elastic piece to stretch, so that the chair seat group is moved from a first position to a second position, and when the pushing force is removed, the elastic piece resets and draws the first pivoting end to be far away from the first end of the body and draws the second pivoting end to be far away from the second end of the body, so that the chair seat group is moved from the second position to the first position.

The first sliding groove unit and the second sliding groove unit are respectively arranged on the two body frame members, the first opening and the second opening are opposite to each other to form the opening group, and the fixing member can separately and sequentially penetrate through the first opening, the fixing unit and the second opening, so that the sliding member unit is fixed at the second end of the sliding groove structure.
4. The squat exercise machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pivot structure comprises:
A first pivot rod including a first pivot unit; and

6. The squat exercise machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first connecting end of the support bar is pivotally mounted to the seat bar between the seat and the second pivoting end.
7. The squat exercise machine of claim 1, further comprising:
And one of the two supporting cross rods is arranged at the first end part of the body, and the other supporting cross rod is arranged at the second end part of the body.
8. The squat exercise machine of claim 1, further comprising:
