A single-port, multi-channel surgical device as recited in claim 8, wherein: the instrument channel seat sequentially comprises an upper fixing part, a material blocking piece and a gasket, wherein the material blocking piece is sleeved in an elastic sleeve of the elastic corrugated sealing ring and is fixed through the upper fixing part, the gasket is arranged between a first through hole in the elastic sleeve and a first through hole in the channel seat body, a one-way sealing valve is further connected to the bottom of the instrument channel seat, and the one-way sealing valve is fixed to the lower surface of the channel seat body through the lower fixing part.
