the impeller comprises an impeller box and is characterized in that a plurality of water outlets are formed in the upper end of the side wall of the impeller box, a plurality of normal water inlets are formed in the lower end of the side wall of the impeller box, the water outlets are communicated with a water outlet cavity, the normal water inlets are communicated with a water inlet cavity, a water dripping and leaking water inlet hole is further formed in the lower end of the side wall, the water dripping and leaking water inlet hole is right opposite to a water inlet pipeline, and water flows into the impeller box through the normal water inlets and the water dripping.
