The friction of the roller 4 is small, so that the operator can push the first cover plate 21 and the second cover plate 22 conveniently. Wherein each roller 4 can be mounted on the furnace body 1 by means of a respective roller shaft 41. The arrangement range of the roller 4 may be such that both the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be supported in the open/close state thereof. In some embodiments, the side walls of the first cover plate 21 and the second cover plate 22 facing the furnace opening may be provided with a high temperature resistant layer. That is, a high temperature resistant layer is laid on the upper side wall surface in fig. 1 and the right side wall surface in fig. 3, and the high temperature resistant layer is in contact with the furnace opening so that the first cover plate 21 and the second cover plate 22 can withstand the high temperature in the production furnace after closing the furnace opening. The high temperature resistant layer has a laying area at least equal to the opening area of the furnace opening, and the high temperature resistant layer entirely covers the furnace opening. Wherein, first apron 21 and second apron 22 can be wrapped up by the metal sheet, and high temperature resistant layer can be inlayed and is pressed from both sides tightly by the metal sheet at the parcel edge of metal sheet, and high temperature resistant layer also can be through high temperature glue bonding on the metal sheet.
In particular, the high temperature resistant layer may be made of an aluminum silicate material. The aluminum silicate material can not only resist the high temperature in the production furnace, but also play a role in heat preservation, reduce the heat loss in the production furnace and effectively save energy and reduce consumption.
