Abstract
本实用新型属于水处理技术领域,具体地涉及一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,包括人工格栅池、厌氧池和潜流人工湿地系统。整个工艺系统采用自流式设计,无需任何外在动力设施,无需每天维护管理,非常适合农村小水量污水处理。人工湿地采用多层填料层装填,通过引入生物质炭吸附固定有机物与氮、磷,延长其在人工湿地的停留时间,保证在水生植物以及好氧条件下能够充分分解吸收,使出水能够达到排放标准。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及水处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统。
背景技术
随着农村经济的发展,农村地区生活水平不断提高,城镇化进程也不断推进,农村生活污水的排放量也不断增加。相比经济的发展,农村污水处理建设相对滞后,绝大多数村庄没有污水处理系统,全部是直接就地势排入周边水体,造成河流、水塘等水环境污染,给农村生态环境带来了严重损害,直接威胁农民群众的身体健康,阻碍农村经济发展,农村污水治理迫在眉睫。在国家对生态环境的重视下,农村污水处理越来越受到各省市的重视,但农村污水不同于城市污水,有其自己的特点:具有规模小、面广、分散、水质水量变化大、可生化性好等特点,农村人口密集度低,建设管网收集成本高,因此只能采取分聚集点建设小型污水处理设施;另一方面,农村污水处理资金有限,运行水平低下,依靠本地居民难以维护复杂的污水处理设施,造成污水处理设施闲置废弃。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,可以就地处理农村污水,建设与运营成本低,保证污水排放达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准GB18918-2002》一级A的标准。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,包括用于去除水中悬浮物、部分有机物的厌氧系统和用于进一步去除水中有机物,诸如氨氮、磷的潜流人工湿地系统,所述的厌氧系统包括人工格栅池和厌氧池,所述的人工格栅池和厌氧池通过第一配水孔连通,所述的第一配水孔位于人工格栅池的下部,所述的人工格栅池内部倾斜设置一初滤板,所述的厌氧池和潜流人工湿地系统通过第二配水孔连通,所述的潜流人工湿地系统包括依次紧密排列的配水池、人工湿地和出水池,所述的厌氧池内经过厌氧处理的污水通过第二配水孔流入至配水池内,所述的第二配水孔设置在厌氧池的上部,所述的配水池内的污水进入人工湿地处理后再由出水池达标排放。
进一步地说,所述的初滤板为蜂窝结构过滤板,蜂窝单元的最大直径为1cm。
进一步地说,所述的人工湿地从上到下依次包括水生植物层、固炭层、有机物与氮磷固定层、承托层、底部缓冲层和防渗层。
进一步地说,所述的水生植物层的植物为菖蒲、香蒲、水葱,美人蕉、芦苇、灯心草、芋头,水葫芦,睡莲,水葵的一种或者多种。
进一步地说,所述的固炭层为中河沙,所述的中河沙的粒径为0.3~0.5mm,填充高度为0.1~0.2m。
进一步地说,所述的有机物与氮磷固定层为生物质炭,所述的生物质炭的粒径为1~5mm,填充高度为0.3~0.5m。
进一步地说,所述的承托层由上层细碎石与下层鹅卵石组成,细碎石的粒径为5~10mm,填充高度为0.2~0.3m;鹅卵石的粒径为20~40mm,填充高度为0.3~0.5m。
进一步地说,所述的底部缓冲层为黄沙,粒径为2~6mm,填充高度为0.1~0.2m。
进一步地说,所述的防渗层为无破损的塑料薄膜。
进一步地说,所述的人工湿地的出水端设置有底部镂空的挡墙,保证净化水从人工湿地的底部排出至出水池内后达标排放。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型提供了一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,结构简单,处理工艺可操作性较强。整个工艺系统采用自流式设计,无需任何外在动力设施,无需每天维护管理,非常适合农村小水量污水处理。配水池里的污水会自行溢流至人工湿地,人工湿地采用的植物为菖蒲、香蒲、水葱,美人蕉、芦苇、灯心草、芋头,水葫芦,睡莲,水葵的一种或者多种作为水生植物层,一方面可以通过植物的代谢而将有机物去除,植物根系分泌物对大肠杆菌和病原体有灭活作用;另一方面,相当数量的氮、磷、重金属及难降解有机物能被植物吸收而去除。人工湿地采用多层填料层装填,通过引入生物质炭吸附固定有机物与氮、磷,延长其在人工湿地的停留时间,保证在水生植物以及好氧条件下能够充分分解吸收,使出水能够达到排放标准。

实施例3:
一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,包括用于去除水中悬浮物、部分有机物的厌氧系统和用于进一步去除水中有机物,诸如氨氮、磷的潜流人工湿地系统,厌氧系统包括人工格栅池1和厌氧池2,人工格栅池1和厌氧池2通过第一配水孔3连通,第一配水孔3位于人工格栅池1的下部,人工格栅池1内部倾斜设置一初滤板4,厌氧池2和潜流人工湿地系统通过第二配水孔5连通,潜流人工湿地系统包括依次紧密排列的配水池6、人工湿地7和出水池8,厌氧池2内经过厌氧处理的污水通过第二配水孔5流入至配水池6内,第二配水孔5设置在厌氧池2的上部,配水池6内的污水进入人工湿地7处理后再由出水池达标排放。初滤板4为蜂窝结构过滤板,蜂窝单元的最大直径为1cm。人工湿地7从上到下依次包括水生植物层9、固炭层10、有机物与氮磷固定层11、承托层12、底部缓冲层13和防渗层14。水生植物层9的植物为水葵。固炭层10为中河沙,中河沙的粒径为0.4mm,填充高度为0.15m。有机物与氮磷固定层11为生物质炭,生物质炭的粒径为3mm,填充高度为0.4m。承托层12由上层细碎石与下层鹅卵石组成,细碎石的粒径为7mm,填充高度为0.25m;鹅卵石的粒径为30mm,填充高度为0.4m。底部缓冲层13为黄沙,粒径为5mm,填充高度为0.15m。防渗层14为无破损的塑料薄膜。人工湿地7的出水端设置有底部镂空的挡墙15,保证净化水从人工湿地的底部排出至出水池内后达标排放。
实施例4:
郴州某区的农村污水整治项目,在每个人口聚集点按照人口比例建设相应规模的污水处理站。每个农村污水处理站的处理量在8t/d,设计进水指标COD280mg/L,氨氮35mg/L,总磷5mg/L;采用该简单工艺处理,进水通过人工格栅处理掉大的浮渣后通过配水孔进入厌氧池,在厌氧池停留时间为24h,通过厌氧池去除废水中的大部分COD和氨氮后,废水通过厌氧池上端的配水孔溢流到配水池,在从配水池溢流到人工湿地进一步处理,人工湿地的水力负荷为0.25m3/m2·d。人工湿地的整个结构上层种植植物为美人蕉,固炭层铺设高度为0.3m;有机物与氮磷固定层铺设高度为0.5m;承托层上层铺设高度0.2m,下层铺设高度0.4m;底部缓冲层铺设高度为0.2m。经过人工湿地处理后的水进入出水池外排。外排废水检测指标满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)如下表1中一级A标准。

1.一种用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,包括用于去除水中悬浮物、部分有机物的厌氧系统和用于进一步去除水中氨氮、磷的潜流人工湿地系统,所述的厌氧系统包括人工格栅池和厌氧池,所述的人工格栅池和厌氧池通过第一配水孔连通,所述的第一配水孔位于人工格栅池的下部,所述的人工格栅池内部倾斜设置一初滤板,所述的厌氧池和潜流人工湿地系统通过第二配水孔连通,所述的潜流人工湿地系统包括依次紧密排列的配水池、人工湿地和出水池,所述的厌氧池内经过厌氧处理的污水通过第二配水孔流入至配水池内,所述的第二配水孔设置在厌氧池的上部,所述的配水池内的污水进入人工湿地处理后再由出水池达标排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,所述的初滤板为蜂窝结构过滤板,蜂窝单元的最大直径为1cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,所述的人工湿地从上到下依次包括水生植物层、固炭层、有机物与氮磷固定层、承托层、底部缓冲层和防渗层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,所述的水生植物层的植物为菖蒲、香蒲、水葱,美人蕉、芦苇、灯心草、芋头,水葫芦,睡莲,水葵的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,所述的固炭层为中河沙,所述的中河沙的粒径为0.3~0.5mm,填充高度为0.1~0.2m。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于农村污水处理的潜流人工湿地系统,其特征在于,所述的有机物与氮磷固定层为生物质炭,所述的生物质炭的粒径为1~5mm,填充高度为0.3~0.5m。
