Because of the provision of the notch 313, even if the peripheral wall 312 of the check valve seat 31 is raised, the normal movement of the check plate 41 in the normal state is not affected.
The normal condition described above refers to a normal pressure condition inside the cooking chamber, and the movement of the check plate 41 is not affected by the check valve assembly 3 due to the provision of the notch 313. As shown in fig. 6, when the pressure in the cooking cavity is high, the opening stop valve 32 moves up along the channel 311 and is stopped inside the notch 313, which is equivalent to blocking the notch 313, and prevents the edge 412 of the fitting hole 411 of the opening stop plate 41 from entering the channel 311, thereby playing the opening stop function of the opening stop valve 32.
As an embodiment of the present application, the channel 311 is cylindrical, and the channel 311 is provided with 1/4-1/2 of the length of the notch 313 occupying the perimeter thereof, so as to ensure that there is enough room for the notch 313 to allow the edge 412 of the fitting hole 411 of the opening plate 41 to normally move.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in order to avoid air leakage from the gap 313 of the channel 311, the opening stop valve assembly 3 further includes a sealing ring 33, and the sealing ring 33 is substantially annular and is sleeved outside the peripheral wall 312 of the opening stop valve seat 31 to seal the gap 313. When the opening stop plate 41 moves outward, the edge 412 of the fitting hole 411 pushes against the sealing ring 33, and drives the sealing ring 33 to enter the channel 311 together, so as to maintain the sealing performance at the gap 313 of the channel 311.
A convex hull 330 protruding outwards is arranged at the position, corresponding to the gap 313, of the sealing ring 33, and the convex hull 330 is arc-shaped and arranged along the circumferential direction of the sealing ring 33; the convex hull 330 may also be considered to be disposed along the outer perimeter of the gap 313 of the check valve seat 31. When the opening stop plate 41 moves outward, the edge 412 of the fitting hole 411 presses the convex hull 330, causing the convex hull 330 to deform; after the stop plate 41 is reset, the convex hull 330 is restored to the original state, and the pushing edge 412 leaves the sealing ring 3. The convex hull 330 provides the deformation of the sealing ring 3, so that the sealing ring 3 is prevented from being excessively deformed due to the pushing of the edge 412 after being used for multiple times, and the normal function is prevented from being influenced; in addition, when the opening stop plate 41 is reset, the edge 412 is pushed, so that the opening stop plate 41 is separated from the opening stop valve seat 31.
