The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1-6, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a cartridge 10 for storing tobacco juice is provided, which is suitable for being applied to an electronic cigarette. The cartridge 10 includes a cartridge housing 11 having a reservoir 110, a sealing plug 12 for sealing the reservoir 110, an atomizing head 13 mounted on the sealing plug 12 and received in the reservoir 110, a base 14 mounted at one end of the cartridge housing 11, and a first electrode contact 15 and a second electrode contact 16 mounted on the base 14.
The cartridge case 11 is substantially a hollow cylindrical structure having an opening at the lower end, and the cartridge case 11 is a flat structure, which is used as the outline of the cartridge 10, and can effectively prevent the cartridge 10 from rolling, and prevent the cartridge 10 from falling. The reservoir 110 is formed by the inner cavity of the cartridge housing 11, and the tobacco liquid is stored in the reservoir 110. A sealing plug 12 seals the lower end opening of the cartridge housing 11. The cartridge housing 11 is made of a transparent or translucent material so that the user can observe the amount of the tobacco liquid in the liquid storage cavity 110 through the cartridge housing 11, and the user can conveniently and timely inject the liquid. In this embodiment, the cartridge housing 11 is made of translucent plastic.
Referring to fig. 6, a vent pipe 111 is formed at the center of the upper end surface of the cartridge case 11 and extends downward along the axial direction of the cartridge case 11, the upper end and the lower end of the vent pipe 111 penetrate through, and the upper end of the vent pipe 111 penetrates through the upper end surface of the cartridge case 11. The sealing member 17 is also used for injecting the cigarette liquid into the reservoir 110 by piercing the sealing member 17 with the injection needle 31 after the assembly of the cartridge 10 is completed, and automatically recovering to seal the reservoir 110 again after the injection needle 31 is pulled out.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 17 is provided with a blind hole (not shown) on each of two sides of the vent hole, the two blind holes are symmetrically arranged relative to the central axis of the cartridge case 11, and one blind hole corresponds to one through hole 112, the thickness of the sealing member 17 at the piercing position can be reduced due to the arrangement of the blind holes, so that the liquid injection needle 31 can pierce the sealing member 17 more easily, and the rest of the sealing member 17 still has a larger thickness, so that the sealing connection between the sealing member 17 and the upper end of the cartridge case 11 is more stable. In order to ensure the air pressure balance in liquid storage cavity 110, namely, ensure the liquid injection operation, air in liquid storage cavity 110 is automatically discharged, during liquid injection, after sealing piece 17 is pierced through by exhaust needle 32, exhaust needle 32 penetrates through one of through holes 112 to be communicated with liquid storage cavity 110, and exhaust needle 32 is also communicated with the outside, so that air in liquid storage cavity 110 can be discharged in time. When the exhaust needle 32 is pulled out, the sealing member 17 can recover again to seal the liquid storage cavity 110 again, so that the smoke liquid can not leak. During injection operation, the injection needle 31 penetrates the sealing member 17 through one of the blind holes and then passes through the corresponding through hole 112 to communicate with the liquid storage cavity 110, and the exhaust needle 32 penetrates the sealing member 17 through the other blind hole and then passes through the corresponding through hole 112 to communicate with the liquid storage cavity 110.
The sealing plug 12 is substantially in a block structure, the sealing plug 12 is accommodated in the lower end of the cartridge housing 11, and the sealing plug 12 is used for sealing the liquid storage cavity 110, specifically, the liquid storage cavity 110 is formed by a space enclosed between the inner wall of the cartridge housing 11, the outer wall of the vent pipe 111, and the upper end face of the sealing plug 12. A through hole 121 is formed in the center of the sealing plug 12 along the axial direction of the sealing plug 12, the through hole 121 penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the sealing plug 12, and the atomizing head 13 is connected with the through hole 121. The material of the sealing plug 12 includes but is not limited to silica gel or rubber, so as to improve the sealing performance of the liquid storage cavity 110 and prevent the smoke liquid from leaking. In addition, two grooves 122 are opened on the lower end surface of the sealing plug 12, and the two grooves 122 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the through hole 121.
The atomizing head 13 includes an atomizing pipe 131 having an atomizing chamber 130 and a heating structure (not shown) accommodated in the atomizing chamber 130, the heating structure has two pins, and when the two pins are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply device 200, the heating structure can generate heat to heat the smoke liquid when the atomizing circuit is triggered and conducted.
The atomizing pipe 131 is a hollow cylindrical structure with two ends through, the atomizing cavity 130 is formed by an inner cavity of the atomizing pipe 131, the lower end of the atomizing pipe 131 is inserted into the through hole 121, the upper end of the atomizing pipe 131 is contained in the liquid storage cavity 110, and the atomizing cavity 130 is communicated with the inner cavity of the vent pipe 111.
