背景技术
注胶角码是一种目前在中高档门窗加工中应用比较多的一种角码，一般用锌铝合金整体压铸成型，角码上有注胶槽，注胶槽一般设置在铝合金型材接缝位置。当门窗组角胶填满注胶槽时，对接缝部位形成很好的密封效果。由于中式铝合金门窗型材具有各种不同的中式结构线条，导致型材的腔体也各种各样，对门窗角码的应用带来了很大的障碍。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、应用范围广泛、成本低廉且更换方便的中式门窗用组合式注胶角码结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是：中式门窗用组合式注胶角码结构，其特征是由铝合金角码(1)、塑料填充件(2)两部分组成，所述塑料填充件(2)与铝合金角码(1)腔体的异形部分贴合在一起，所述塑料填充件(2)表面与铝合金角码(1)型腔接触部分设置有注胶槽(3)，塑料填充件(2)与铝合金角码(1)贴合部分设置有定位凸块(4)。
所述铝合金角码上(1)设置有配合注胶的注胶通道(5)和注胶槽。
本实用新型的效果是：中式门窗用组合式注胶角码结构，由铝合金角码、塑料填充件两部分组成，塑料填充件与铝合金角码腔体的异形部分贴合在一起，所述塑料填充件表面与铝合金角码型腔接触部分设置有注胶槽，塑料填充件与铝合金角码贴合部分设置有定位凸块。
铝合金角码上设置有配合注胶的注胶通道和注胶槽。
采用本实用新型注胶角码结构，具有如下特点：
1、铝合金角码可以在注胶时配合塑料填充件一起使用，也可以在非注胶组角时单独使用。
2、在对不同外观效果的同系列中式型材时组角时，只需要要改变塑料填充件就可以对组角位置进行注胶，铝合金部分不用改变。
3、在保证良好的密封和组角强度的同时，具有应用快、成本低、更换方便的特点。

图1中，中式门窗用组合式注胶角码结构，由铝合金角码1、塑料填充件2两部分组成，所述塑料填充件2与铝合金角码1腔体的异形部分贴合在一起，所述塑料填充件2表面与铝合金角码1型腔接触部分设置有注胶槽3，塑料填充件2与铝合金角码1贴合部分设置有定位凸块4(参见图2)。铝合金角码上1设置有配合注胶的注胶通道5和注胶槽。
图3中，应用本实用新型进行安装过程示意，图中，1是铝合金角码，6是门(窗)框(扇)料。

1.中式门窗用组合式注胶角码结构，其特征是由铝合金角码(1)、塑料填充件(2)两部分组成，所述塑料填充件(2)与铝合金角码(1)腔体的异形部分贴合在一起，所述塑料填充件(2)表面与铝合金角码(1)型腔接触部分设置有注胶槽(3)，塑料填充件(2)与铝合金角码(1)贴合部分设置有定位凸块(4)。
