本实用新型涉及电学领域、电化学领域,尤其涉及一种化学能电能转换装置。
背景技术
传统化学能电能转换装置(例如燃料电池)中,反应生成物的生成过程与离子的生成过程是在同一个区域进行的,例如在氢燃料电池中,氧接收电子生成负氧离子的过程和负氧离子与质子反应生成水的过程是在同一区域内发生的,这样,不仅影响离子生成的速率,也影响催化剂的使用量,还会引起逆反应,进而影响装置的寿命和可靠性。如果能够发明一种可以使离子的生成过程与离子反应生成产物的过程在不同区域进行的化学能电能转换装置则具有重要意义。因此,需要发明一种新型化学能电能转换装置。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案如下:
方案1:一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A和电化学区域B,在所述电化学区域A上设置电解质,所述电化学区域B设置在所述电解质上,所述电解质设为双导型电解质,所述电化学区域A与氧化剂供送通道连通设置,所述电化学区域B与还原剂供送通道连通设置,在所述双导型电解质上设置生成物导出通道。

本实用新型中,所谓的“双导型电解质”是指能够传导由氧化剂生成的非电子带电粒子,也能传导由还原剂生成的非电子带电粒子的电解质。例如既可以传导质子也可以传导负氧离子的电解质。
本实用新型中,所谓的“多孔导体区域”是指包括能够传导由氧化剂生成的非电子带电粒子,也能传导由还原剂生成的非电子带电粒子的多孔导体的区域。例如既可以传导质子也可以传导负氧离子的多孔导体的区域。
本实用新型中,所述催化剂A和所述催化剂B可选择性地选择设为同一种催化剂。
本实用新型中,所谓的“非电子带电粒子”是指电子以外的带电粒子,例如质子或离子。
本实用新型中,所谓的“电化学区域”是指一切可以发生电化学反应的区域,例如包括催化剂、超微结构和/或在设定温度下的区域(例如燃料电池中的电极等)。
本实用新型中,所谓的“包括催化剂、超微结构和/或在设定温度下的电化学区域”是指所述电化学区域要么包括催化剂,要么包括超微结构,要么处于设定温度下,要么所述电化学区域包括这三种条件中的两种或三种。
本实用新型中,所谓的“超微结构”是指在设定条件下能够引发电化学反应的微观结构。
本实用新型中,在包括所述催化剂的装置中,所述催化剂设为包括贵金属的催化剂,或所述催化剂设为包括稀土元素的催化剂。
本实用新型中,可进一步选择性地选择使与所述还原剂对应的催化剂设为催化剂A,与所述氧化剂对应的催化剂设为催化剂B,所述催化剂A和所述催化剂B不同,在这种情况下,所述电化学区域中的催化剂可选择性地选择设为所述催化剂A和所述催化剂B的无规则混合物,或所述电化学区域中的催化剂选择性地选择设为与催化区比邻接触的所述催化剂A和所述催化剂B的混合物,为了提高效率,可增加所述催化剂A和所述催化剂B之间的带电粒子的流动性。

一种化学能电能转换装置,如图4所示,包括电化学区域A 1和电化学区域B 2,在所述电化学区域A 1上设置电解质A 11,在所述电解质A 11上设置多孔导体区域8,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置电解质B 12,所述电化学区域B 2设置在所述电解质B 12上,所述电化学区域A 1与氧化剂供送通道4连通设置,所述电化学区域B 2与还原剂供送通道5连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置生成物导出通道6,所述多孔导体区域8的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道4内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道5内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
作为可变换的实施方式,本实用新型实施例4在具体实施时,可选择性地选择使所述电解质A 11与所述多孔导体区域8之间平面贴合设置;或使所述电解质A 11与所述多孔导体区域8在其配合处包括至少部分贴合曲面。
作为可变换的实施方式,本实用新型实施例4及其可变换的实施方式均可选择性地选择使所述电解质B 12与所述多孔导体区域8之间平面贴合设置;或使所述电解质B 12与所述多孔导体区域8在其配合处包括至少部分贴合曲面。
实施例5
一种化学能电能转换装置,如图5所示,包括电化学区域A 1和电化学区域B 2,在所述电化学区域A 1上设置电解质A 11,在所述电解质A 11上设置多孔导体区域8,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置所述电化学区域B 2,所述电化学区域A1与氧化剂供送通道4连通设置,所述电化学区域B 2与还原剂供送通道5连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置生成物导出通道6,所述多孔导体区域8的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道4内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道5内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
实施例6
一种化学能电能转换装置,如图6所示,包括电化学区域A 1和电化学区域B 2,在所述电化学区域A 1上设置电解质A 11,在所述电解质A 11上设置多孔导体区域8,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置所述电化学区域B 2,所述电化学区域B 2与氧化剂供送通道4连通设置,所述电化学区域A 1与还原剂供送通道5连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域8上设置生成物导出通道6,所述多孔导体区域8的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道4内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道5内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
作为可变换的实施方式,本实用新型实施例5和实施例6均可选择性地选择使所述电解质A 11与所述多孔导体区域8之间平面贴合设置;或使所述电解质A 11与所述多孔导体区域8在其配合处包括至少部分贴合曲面。
本实用新型前述实施方案在具体实施时,所述氧化剂可选择性地选择设为氧、压缩空气、氧气、液氧、空气、液化空气等具有氧化性质的物质;所述还原剂可选择性地选择设为氢、乙醇、甲醇、天然气、煤气、甲烷等具有还原性质的物质。
本实用新型前述所有实施方式在具体工作时,产生电子的电化学区域经过外部负载与接收电子的电化学区域电力连通设置。
本实用新型在具体实施时,可选择性地选择在所述氧化剂供送通道上设置氧化剂供送控制装置(例如控制阀)和/或在所述还原剂供送通道上设置还原剂供送控制装置(例如控制阀)。所述控制装置的具体控制形式可根据实际需要进行控制。

1.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质(3),所述电化学区域B(2)设置在所述电解质(3)上,所述电解质(3)设为双导型电解质,所述电化学区域A(1)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域B(2)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在所述双导型电解质上设置生成物导出通道(6)。
2.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质A(11),在所述电解质A(11)上设置电解质B(12),所述电化学区域B(2)设置在所述电解质B(12)上,所述电化学区域A(1)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域B(2)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在电解质A(11)和所述电解质B(12)之间设置生成物导出通道(6)。
3.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质A(11),在所述电解质A(11)上设置电解质X(7),在所述电解质X(7)上设置电解质B(12),所述电化学区域B(2)设置在所述电解质B(12)上,所述电解质X(7)设为双导型电解质,所述电化学区域A(1)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域B(2)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在所述双导型电解质上设置生成物导出通道(6)。
4.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质A(11),在所述电解质A(11)上设置多孔导体区域(8),在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置电解质B(12),所述电化学区域B(2)设置在所述电解质B(12)上,所述电化学区域A(1)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域B(2)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置生成物导出通道(6),所述多孔导体区域(8)的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道(4)内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道(5)内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
5.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质A(11),在所述电解质A(11)上设置多孔导体区域(8),在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置所述电化学区域B(2),所述电化学区域A(1)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域B(2)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置生成物导出通道(6),所述多孔导体区域(8)的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道(4)内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道(5)内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
6.一种化学能电能转换装置,包括电化学区域A(1)和电化学区域B(2),其特征在于:在所述电化学区域A(1)上设置电解质A(11),在所述电解质A(11)上设置多孔导体区域(8),在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置所述电化学区域B(2),所述电化学区域B(2)与氧化剂供送通道(4)连通设置,所述电化学区域A(1)与还原剂供送通道(5)连通设置,在所述多孔导体区域(8)上设置生成物导出通道(6),所述多孔导体区域(8)的导体设为由所述氧化剂供送通道(4)内的氧化剂形成的非电子带电粒子和由所述还原剂供送通道(5)内的还原剂形成的非电子带电粒子均能在其上移动的导体。
