Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型的橱柜,包括柜体,柜体的前侧壁通过铰链铰接有柜门,柜体内设有多个隔板,隔板的下表面固定连接有两个对称分布的圆筒,圆筒的内壁滑动连接有活塞,活塞的两侧固定连接有弹簧和固定杆,弹簧远离活塞的一端与圆筒的内壁固定连接,固定杆远离活塞的一端穿过圆筒并向外延伸,柜体的左右内壁均固定连接有多组对称的挡块,每组挡块相对的一侧均开设有与固定杆相匹配的插孔,柜体的上表面固定连接有烘干机和消毒筒,烘干机的进气口固定连接有第一导管,第一导管远离烘干机的一端与消毒筒固定连通。本实用新型避免了隔板放置不稳使碗碟摔碎,避免了不必要的损失,以及保障了人们的身体健康。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及橱柜技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型的橱柜。
背景技术
橱柜,是指厨房中存放厨具以及做饭操作的平台,使用明度较高的色彩搭配,由五大件组成,柜体,门板,五金件,台面,电器,整体橱柜,亦称“整体厨房”,是指由橱柜、电器、燃气具、厨房功能用具四位一体组成的橱柜组合。
现有的橱柜里面的隔板活动后没有相应的固定机构,隔板放置不够稳定,隔板在挡块上滑落后使隔板上的碗碟摔碎,增加了损失,此外,碗碟在清洗之后表面上有许多水,若碗碟没有干燥,许多细菌在水环境中快速生长,过多的细菌进入人的身体中会影响人们的身体健康。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中橱柜隔板没有固定机构,以及橱柜无法对碗碟进行干燥的问题,而提出的一种新型的橱柜。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型的橱柜,包括柜体,所述柜体的前侧壁通过铰链铰接有柜门,所述柜体内设有多个隔板,所述隔板的下表面固定连接有两个对称分布的圆筒,所述圆筒的内壁滑动连接有活塞,所述活塞的两侧固定连接有弹簧和固定杆,所述弹簧远离活塞的一端与圆筒的内壁固定连接,所述固定杆远离活塞的一端穿过圆筒并向外延伸,所述柜体的左右内壁均固定连接有多组对称的挡块,每组所述挡块相对的一侧均开设有与固定杆相匹配的插孔,所述柜体的上表面固定连接有烘干机和消毒筒,所述烘干机的进气口固定连接有第一导管,所述第一导管远离烘干机的一端与消毒筒固定连通,所述消毒筒的上表面固定连接有抽气泵,所述抽气泵的出气口固定连接有第二导管,所述第二导管远离抽气泵的一端穿过消毒筒的顶端并向下延伸,所述烘干机的出气端固定连接有第三导管,所述第三导管的侧壁固定连通有多个第四导管,所述第四导管远离第三导管的一端均与柜体的侧壁固定连通。
优选的,所述柜体的前侧壁固定嵌设有磁铁块,所述柜门的内壁固定嵌设有与磁铁块相匹配的铁块。
优选的,所述柜体的下表面四角处均固定连接有垫块。
优选的,所述消毒筒的外壁沿竖直方向依次固定连接有进液管和出液管,所述进液管和出液管的管壁上均固定连接有阀门。
优选的,所述活塞的侧壁固定连接有拉杆,所述拉杆远离活塞的一端穿过圆筒并向外延伸,所述圆筒的侧壁开设有与拉杆相匹配的条形开口。
优选的,所述隔板的上表面均开设有多个通孔,所述柜体的上表面开设有通风孔,所述通风孔的孔壁固定连接有防尘网。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种新型的橱柜,具备以下有益效果:
1、该新型的橱柜,通过设置有活塞、固定杆、拉杆和弹簧,当需要调整隔板的位置时,首先通过拉动拉杆,拉杆带动活塞移动,同时活塞挤压弹簧,然后把隔板放置在挡块上,之后再放开拉杆,活塞在弹簧弹力的作用下推动活塞移动,活塞推动固定杆插入挡块上的插孔里面,达到固定隔板的目的,该结构避免了隔板放置不稳使碗碟摔碎,避免了不必要的损失。
2、该新型的橱柜,通过设置有烘干机、消毒筒、抽气泵和第四导管,当碗碟放在橱柜之后,通过启动烘干机和抽气泵,首先通过进液管箱消毒筒里面加注消毒液,然后抽气泵抽外界的空气进入消毒筒,空气经过消毒液消毒后从第一导管被烘干机吸入,烘干机对空气进行加热后通过第三导管和第四导管吹向橱柜里面,热的无菌空气对碗碟进行烘干,避免碗碟的表面存留水,该结构使碗碟干燥速度块,细菌无法在没有水的环境中生长,使碗碟表面细菌无法生存,保障了人们的身体健康。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,本实用新型避免了隔板放置不稳使碗碟摔碎,避免了不必要的损失,以及保障了人们的身体健康。

参照图1-3,一种新型的橱柜,包括柜体1,柜体1的下表面四角处均固定连接有垫块,垫块避免了柜体1下表面受潮损坏,提高了橱柜的使用寿命,柜体1的前侧壁通过铰链铰接有柜门2,柜体1内设有多个隔板3,隔板3的下表面固定连接有两个对称分布的圆筒4,圆筒4的内壁滑动连接有活塞5,活塞5的侧壁固定连接有拉杆19,拉杆19远离活塞5的一端穿过圆筒4并向外延伸,圆筒4的侧壁开设有与拉杆19相匹配的条形开口,拉杆19能够方便控制活塞5,活塞5的两侧固定连接有弹簧6和固定杆7,弹簧6远离活塞5的一端与圆筒4的内壁固定连接,固定杆7远离活塞5的一端穿过圆筒4并向外延伸,柜体1的左右内壁均固定连接有多组对称的挡块8,每组挡块8相对的一侧均开设有与固定杆7相匹配的插孔,柜体1的上表面固定连接有烘干机9和消毒筒10,消毒筒10的外壁沿竖直方向依次固定连接有进液管17和出液管18,进液管17和出液管18的管壁上均固定连接有阀门,进液管17和出液管18方便消毒液的加注和排放,烘干机9的进气口固定连接有第一导管11,第一导管11远离烘干机9的一端与消毒筒10固定连通,消毒筒10的上表面固定连接有抽气泵12,抽气泵12的出气口固定连接有第二导管13,第二导管 13远离抽气泵12的一端穿过消毒筒10的顶端并向下延伸,烘干机9 的出气端固定连接有第三导管14,第三导管14的侧壁固定连通有多个第四导管15,第四导管15远离第三导管14的一端均与柜体1的侧壁固定连通,柜体1的前侧壁固定嵌设有磁铁块16,柜门2的内壁固定嵌设有与磁铁块16相匹配的铁块,铁块月磁铁块16配合使柜门2与柜体1关合严密,隔板3的上表面均开设有多个通孔,柜体1 的上表面开设有通风孔,通风孔的孔壁固定连接有防尘网20,防尘网20能够避免灰尘进入橱柜里面,烘干机9和抽气泵12均通过控制开关与外部电源电性连接,此电性连接为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本实用新型中,通过设置有活塞5、固定杆7、拉杆19和弹簧6,当需要调整隔板3的位置时,首先通过拉动拉杆19,拉杆19带动活塞5移动,同时活塞5挤压弹簧6,然后把隔板3放置在挡块8上,之后再放开拉杆19,活塞5在弹簧6弹力的作用下推动活塞5移动,活塞5推动固定杆7插入挡块8上的插孔里面,达到固定隔板3的目的,该结构避免了隔板3放置不稳使碗碟摔碎,避免了不必要的损失,通过设置有烘干机9、消毒筒10、抽气泵12和第四导管15,当碗碟放在橱柜之后,通过启动烘干机9和抽气泵12,首先通过进液管17 箱消毒筒10里面加注消毒液,然后抽气泵12抽外界的空气进入消毒筒10,空气经过消毒液消毒后从第一导管11被烘干机9吸入,烘干机9对空气进行加热后通过第三导管14和第四导管15吹向橱柜里面,热的无菌空气对碗碟进行烘干,避免碗碟的表面存留水,该结构使碗碟干燥速度块,细菌无法在没有水的环境中生长,使碗碟表面细菌无法生存,保障了人们的身体健康。

1.一种新型的橱柜,包括柜体(1),所述柜体(1)的前侧壁通过铰链铰接有柜门(2),其特征在于,所述柜体(1)内设有多个隔板(3),所述隔板(3)的下表面固定连接有两个对称分布的圆筒(4),所述圆筒(4)的内壁滑动连接有活塞(5),所述活塞(5)的两侧固定连接有弹簧(6)和固定杆(7),所述弹簧(6)远离活塞(5)的一端与圆筒(4)的内壁固定连接,所述固定杆(7)远离活塞(5)的一端穿过圆筒(4)并向外延伸,所述柜体(1)的左右内壁均固定连接有多组对称的挡块(8),每组所述挡块(8)相对的一侧均开设有与固定杆(7)相匹配的插孔,所述柜体(1)的上表面固定连接有烘干机(9)和消毒筒(10),所述烘干机(9)的进气口固定连接有第一导管(11),所述第一导管(11)远离烘干机(9)的一端与消毒筒(10)固定连通,所述消毒筒(10)的上表面固定连接有抽气泵(12),所述抽气泵(12)的出气口固定连接有第二导管(13),所述第二导管(13)远离抽气泵(12)的一端穿过消毒筒(10)的顶端并向下延伸,所述烘干机(9)的出气端固定连接有第三导管(14),所述第三导管(14)的侧壁固定连通有多个第四导管(15),所述第四导管(15)远离第三导管(14)的一端均与柜体(1)的侧壁固定连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橱柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)的前侧壁固定嵌设有磁铁块(16),所述柜门(2)的内壁固定嵌设有与磁铁块(16)相匹配的铁块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橱柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)的下表面四角处均固定连接有垫块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橱柜,其特征在于,所述消毒筒(10)的外壁沿竖直方向依次固定连接有进液管(17)和出液管(18),所述进液管(17)和出液管(18)的管壁上均固定连接有阀门。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橱柜,其特征在于,所述活塞(5)的侧壁固定连接有拉杆(19),所述拉杆(19)远离活塞(5)的一端穿过圆筒(4)并向外延伸,所述圆筒(4)的侧壁开设有与拉杆(19)相匹配的条形开口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橱柜,其特征在于,所述隔板(3)的上表面均开设有多个通孔,所述柜体(1)的上表面开设有通风孔,所述通风孔的孔壁固定连接有防尘网(20)。
