一种磁性眼科手术刀，它是吸出眼球内磁性异物 的专用器械，是由磁钢刀头、强磁场稀土磁棒、双环定 位器及刀柄组成。它可以直接伸入眼球内部，触及磁 性异物，将其吸出，可用于眼科外伤眼球内磁性异物 吸出手术。

Description

本发明涉及一种可伸人眼球内部吸出磁性异物的磁性眼科手术刀，它是吸出眼球内磁性异物的专用器械。
传统的吸出眼球内磁性异物的方法，是用电磁铁或磁棒在眼球外部吸引。其弊病主要有两点：（1）由于磁极远离磁性异物，吸引力被减弱，故磁性异物的吸出率低。（2）眼球后部的磁性异物尚需切开三层眼球壁才能取出，造成了视网膜、脉络膜的新裂口，异物取出术后还必须将切口“焊好”，否则会造成新的眼内并发症。
本发明的任务是要提供一种将刀具与磁力和为一体的新型医疗器械－－磁性眼科手术刀。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的：将用磁钢制成的有锥体座的刀头，安装在具有强磁性的稀土磁棒上，刀头即被磁化，有强磁性吸引力，将稀土磁棒及刀头座安装在非磁性材料制成的刀柄内，即制成眼科磁性手术刀。
为了准确的控制刀头伸入眼球内的深度，防止意外伤害，在刀柄上刻有刻度，用双环定位器限定刀头的伸出量，可用螺丝锁定。
使用时先用X光对眼球内磁性异物进行定位，调整磁性眼科手术刀刀头伸出量，选择眼球前部安全区（睫状体扁平部）做切口，将磁性刀头伸入眼球内，用刀头触及磁性异物，将其吸出。

参照图1一个用磁钢制成带锥体座的刀头（1），安装在具有强磁场的稀土磁棒（2）上，刀头（1）即成为一个具有强磁性吸引力的磁体。将刀头座连同稀土磁棒装入非磁性材料制成的刀柄（3）内，刀柄上有刻度（5），（4）和（7）是双环定位器，（4）是大环，套在刀柄上，（7）是小环，套在刀头上，（4）和（7）是联成一体的，移动双环定位器可选定刀头伸出量，顶螺丝（6）可锁定双环定位器。

1、一种磁性眼科手术刀，其特征在于磁钢刀头(1)安装在稀土磁棒(2)上，将刀头(1)及磁棒(2)安装在刀柄(3)内，刀柄上有刻度标尺(5)。
2、根据权利要求1规定的装置，其特征在于刀柄上装有双环定位器，大环（4）套在刀柄（3）上，小环（7）套在刀头（1）上，（4）与（7）是联成一体的，螺丝（6）可锁定双环定位器。
