技术领域
本实用新型涉及口腔医疗器具,尤其涉及一种可摘式间隙保持器。
背景技术
儿童乳牙期由于各种原因导致乳牙早失,而在乳牙列中遗留失牙间隙,而间隙两侧的乳牙会因为失去支撑而向间隙侧倾斜;对颌牙因为没有正常牙齿阻挡会逐渐伸长,这样会最终导致牙列紊乱,使后续恒牙萌出受阻。
间隙保持器正是基于此而用于保持失牙间隙,维持牙列形态稳定。能够解决因乳牙早失带来的问题。
现有的间隙保持器包括套在远中侧牙齿上的带环和处于缺失牙齿为的丝圈,这个丝圈轻微触近中侧牙齿;这种结构的间隙保持器存在以下问题:
1)带环是固定在牙齿上的,因此不能随时摘取,就会导致在清洁牙齿的过程中,带环周围清洁不干净,引发继发龋;
2)带环体积与重量均大,异物感强,舒适度欠佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种可摘式间隙保持器,所述间隙保持器将传统的带环改良为半圈式结构,并设置U型卡位件,所述U型卡位件可将所述间隙保持器固定在牙龈上,这样佩戴者可以将所述间隙保持器取下来清洁牙齿,防止继发龋的发生。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术手段:
一种可摘式间隙保持器包括两个固位件,所述两个固位件对称设置,所述固位件为半圈带环结构,所述固位件的凹面与牙齿外形相配合,在两个固位件之间设有连接支撑件,所述连接支撑件包括U型卡位件及支撑杆,所述U型卡位件的一端与固位件的一端连接,所述U型卡位件的另一端与支撑杆的一端连接。
进一步地,所述支撑杆上设有保护硅胶套,所述保护硅胶套包覆整个支撑杆,患者在使用所述间隙保持器的过程中,此结构可以保护患者不被支撑杆所伤,并且较小不适感。
进一步地,所述固位件的凹面设有硅胶保护垫,此结构可以保护固定件固定在牙齿上时,减少固位件对牙齿的磨损,可以有效地保护牙齿。
进一步地,所述固位件及连接支撑件为钛合金构件。
