本实用新型涉及一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴。
背景技术
喷嘴是液态融雪剂喷洒装置的关键部件，喷嘴的喷洒性能决定了融雪剂的撒布效果及利用率。目前，国内外使用的喷洒装置一般采用扁平口或可旋转式的两种结构喷嘴。采用扁平口喷嘴时，喷嘴和管路的安装位置是相对固定的，喷嘴安装完成后，其喷射方向便固定了，无法根据路况进行喷射角度的调整，并且对喷嘴安装角度的精度要求较高；采用可旋转式喷嘴时，虽然能在一定程度上解决喷射角度调整的问题，但喷头旋转的实现需要喷射压力的配合，水压偏小时，可能无法满足喷射范围的要求，并且故障率相对较高，维修保养工作量相对较大。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单，能够调节喷洒量与喷洒范围的一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下方案：一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，包括喷嘴管体、依次设置在喷嘴管体上的节流阀、远端喷孔环、近端喷孔环，喷嘴管体进水口一端设置有连接螺纹，另一端设置有丝堵，近端喷孔环和远端喷孔环上分别设置有不同孔径的喷水孔，喷嘴管体上与喷水孔相应位置设置有半环孔，近端喷孔环、远端喷孔环与喷嘴管体转动连接，在近端喷孔环和远端喷孔环内分别设置有密封件。
近端喷孔环、远端喷孔环上的喷水孔均为两组，每组喷水孔平行设置，交错分布。
每组喷水孔以喷嘴管体轴线为中心扇形布置，所述扇形中心角为90-120度。
远端喷孔环的喷水孔远丝堵端的孔径2.0-3.0mm，近丝堵端的孔径0.5-1.0mm；近端喷孔环上的喷水孔远丝堵端的孔径1.0-1.5mm，近丝堵端的孔径1.5-2.0mm。
实用新型有益效果
本实用新型采用节流阀，改变节流截面和节流长度，从而实现调节喷洒量的目的；分别采用旋转式的远端喷孔环和近端喷孔环，便于调整喷射角度；采用四组不同尺寸喷水孔，通过调整它们与喷嘴管体上的位置，调整喷水孔与喷嘴管体内部的连通数量，从而改变喷射量，不同孔径可满足不同的出水状态，且能兼顾喷射范围，保证喷射地面全覆盖，不留空白区。

具体实施方式
一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，包括在进水口8一端设置有连接螺纹的喷嘴管体1、依次设置在喷嘴管体1上的节流阀2、远端喷孔环4、近端喷孔环5，丝堵7设置在喷嘴管体1远离进水口的一端。分别设置有两组不同孔径、交错排布的喷水孔6的远端喷孔环5和近端喷孔环4与喷嘴管体1转动连接，在远端喷孔环5和近端喷孔环4上的两组喷水孔6沿喷嘴管体1径向平行设置，交错分布。每组喷水孔6以喷嘴管体1的轴线为中心扇形分布，该扇形中心角α的范围是90-120度。远端喷孔环4上的喷水孔6远离丝堵7端的孔径为2.0-3.0mm，靠近丝堵7端的孔径为0.5-1.0mm；近端喷孔环5上的喷水孔远离丝堵7端的孔径为1.0-1.5mm，靠近丝堵7端的孔径为1.5-2.0mm。喷嘴管体1上与喷水孔6相应位置上设置有半环孔9，当远端喷孔环5和近端喷孔环4与喷嘴管体1转动时，可实现半环孔9与喷水孔6的连通和断开，在喷水孔6两侧的远端喷孔环4和近端喷孔环5内的分别设置有密封件3。

1.一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，其特征在于包括喷嘴管体、依次设置在喷嘴管体上的节流阀、远端喷孔环、近端喷孔环，喷嘴管体进水口一端设置有连接螺纹，另一端设置有丝堵，近端喷孔环和远端喷孔环上分别设置有不同孔径的喷水孔，喷嘴管体上与喷水孔相应位置设置有半环孔，近端喷孔环、远端喷孔环与喷嘴管体转动连接，在近端喷孔环和远端喷孔环内分别设置有密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，其特征在于近端喷孔环、远端喷孔环上的喷水孔均为两组，每组喷水孔平行设置，交错分布。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，其特征在于每组喷水孔以喷嘴管体轴线为中心扇形布置，所述扇形中心角为90-120度。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于液态融雪剂自动喷洒系统的集成式喷嘴，其特征在于远端喷孔环的喷水孔远丝堵端的孔径2.0-3.0mm，近丝堵端的孔径0.5-1.0mm；近端喷孔环上的喷水孔远丝堵端的孔径1.0-1.5mm，近丝堵端的孔径1.5-2.0mm。
