Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于连接并系扣腰带的连接扣。
现有技术中的腰带连接扣大体有四种型式，即穿轴固定连接扣、插轴固定连接扣、鞋鼻式连接扣和齿板强压连接扣。前两种型式的连接扣都需要在腰带上开若干轴孔，不仅有损于腰带的外观和强度，而且不能连续调整腰带的有效长度。鞋鼻式连接扣虽然不需要在腰带上开孔，但系扣麻烦，而且不够牢实。齿板强压连接扣对腰带的破坏损伤比开孔更加严重，实际上已遭淘汰。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种既能方便、牢实系扣腰带，又不致破坏和损伤腰带的腰带连接扣。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用可在渐开型推槽中移动的滚花压棍与压板相配合构成一种压棍式连接扣，并利用滚花压棍与腰带的静摩擦力使腰带自锁。以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型腰带自锁扣的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。

参考附图1和附图2，本实用新型腰带自锁扣主要由扣盒1和压棍2组成。扣盒1为一长方形扁盒，左右两端及前侧面均为开口，后侧面为装饰面。前侧面的左端带有一压板3，另一端的上下两侧壁之间固定有一小轴4，上下两侧盒壁上分别对称开有渐开型推槽5。压棍2安装在扣盒上下两侧推槽5中并且在其中左右移动、从而使压棍2与压板3之间的距离扩大或缩小，压棍2上带有滚花，两端各带有一推手6。腰带7的一端固定于扣盒小轴4上，另一端从右向左穿过压辊2和压板3之间。推手6向右推时，压棍2与压板3之间的距离减小，压棍将腰带压紧，压棍与腰带之间的巨大静摩擦力使腰带自锁于设定位置，将推手左推时，可方便地松开腰带。
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，既能方便、牢实系扣腰带，又不致破坏和损伤腰带，除可广泛用作腰带连接扣外，还可用于工业打包或其它带状物的连接和系扣。
