背景技术
壁灯为挂设于墙壁上的灯具,可用于照明和装饰,并被越来越多地安装于家庭等场所。现有壁灯的前壳包括有两部分,分别为遮光罩和透光罩,遮光罩和透光罩一般为分体式结构,两者需要分别安装于壁灯的后壳,壁灯的组装工序繁琐,生产效率较低。此外,由于遮光罩和透光罩采用分体式结构,遮光罩和透光罩之间存在接缝,需要在遮光罩和透光罩之间专门设置防水结构,如果采用防水胶条则只能将防水胶条设计为弯曲型,防水效果不佳,且安装不便,在遮光罩和透光罩之间涂胶同样会造成壁灯的组装工序繁琐,减低生产效率。

本实用新型提供一种具有整体式罩壳结构的壁灯,以解决壁灯组装工序繁琐的问题。

一种具有整体式罩壳结构的壁灯,其包括后壳和前壳,所述后壳和前壳之间设置有驱动控制装置和光源模组,所述前壳包括相连接的透光罩和遮光罩,所述透光罩和遮光罩为一体式结构。
优选的,所述透光罩和遮光罩两者其一上设置有第一卡槽,所述透光罩和遮光罩两者中的另外一个上设置有伸入至第一卡槽内的第一卡条。
优选的,所述透光罩和遮光罩两者其一上设置有至少一第二卡槽,所述透光罩和遮光罩两者中的另外一个上设置有伸入至第二卡槽内的第二卡条。
优选的,所述遮光罩上设置有透光部,所述透光部和遮光罩两者其一上设置有至少一第三卡槽,所述透光部和遮光罩两者中的另外一个上设置有伸入至第三卡槽内的第三卡条。
优选的,所述透光罩的内壁设置有凸纹或者凹纹。
优选的,所述前壳与后壳之间垫设有密封胶条。
优选的,所述后壳上具有斜台,所述光源模组安装在斜台上以使光源模组朝向斜下方。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图7,本实用新型是一种具有整体式罩壳结构的壁灯,其包括后壳1和前壳2,后壳1和前壳2之间设置有驱动控制装置31以及光源模组32。前壳2包括相连接的透光罩21和遮光罩22,透光罩21和遮光罩22为一体式结构。前壳2可作为一个整体安装于后壳1,且不需要在遮光罩22和透光罩21之间设置防水结构,由此可简化前壳2的安装操作,减少壁灯的组装工序,节省壁灯的组装生产时间,并有利于壁灯的防水设计,优化防水效果。
作为前壳2的第一种实施例,前壳2通过两次注塑的方式成型,即先注塑成型透光罩21和遮光罩22两者中的其中一个,然后将其置入另一个注塑模具,经过第二次注塑加工后产出前壳2,以使透光罩21和遮光罩22为一体式结构。
透光罩21和遮光罩22两者其一上设置有第一卡槽211,透光罩21和遮光罩22两者中的另外一个上设置有伸入至第一卡槽211内的第一卡条221。不仅可使前壳2无缝成型,还可使透光罩21和遮光罩22连接得更加稳定,并有利于产品的防水。
进一步的,透光罩21和遮光罩22两者其一上还设置有至少一条第二卡槽222,透光罩21和遮光罩22两者中的另外一个上还设置有伸入至第二卡槽222内的第二卡条212。优选的,如附图所示,在前壳2的任意一侧即设置有两条第二卡槽222和两条第二卡条212,以使透光罩21和遮光罩22连接得更加稳定。
在遮光罩22上设置有透光部23,该透光部23与透光罩21相连接,透光部23和遮光罩22两者其一上设置有至少一个第三卡槽223,透光部23和遮光罩22两者中的另外一个上设置有伸入至第三卡槽223内的第三卡条231,以提高透光部23与遮光罩22之间的连接稳定性,有利于产品的防水。在与透光部23相对应的位置安装有光敏元件,该光敏元件与驱动控制装置31电连接,以实现本实用新型的光感控制。优选的,如附图所示,第三卡槽223和第三卡条231的数量均为两个,以进一步提高透光部23与遮光罩22之间的连接稳定性,有利于产品的防水。
作为前壳2的第二种实施例,前壳2通过双色注塑的方式成型,以使透光罩21和遮光罩22为一体式结构。亦可采用一次注塑,然后涂覆遮光层的方式形成一体式结构的前壳2。
在透光罩21的内壁设置有凸纹213或者凹纹,以将光线散射,以使穿过透光罩21的光线较为均匀柔和,避免刺眼。具体的,凸纹213的截面呈锯齿状或者波浪形。
前壳2的侧缘向后延伸以形成安装槽41,后壳1插设在安装槽41内,以便于后壳1与前壳2之间的定位,且安装槽41的侧壁与前壳2的侧壁之间可形成防水密封面,避免水进入。
前壳2与后壳1之间垫设有密封胶条42。优选的,密封胶条42置于安装槽41内。由于遮光罩22与透光罩21之间不需要设置防水结构,因此密封胶条42可设计为直线型,不仅结构简单,且具有更好的防水效果。
后壳1上具有斜台11,光源模组32安装在斜台11上以使光源模组32朝向斜下方,以使光线可投射在透光罩21内壁上的更大范围,有利于光线的散射。驱动控制装置31也贴靠后壳1安装,可利用后壳1传导热量,有利于驱动控制装置31的散热。
在后壳1上设置有散热槽12,该散热槽12延伸至斜台11内。壁灯发光时,光源模组32上的热量通过斜台11传导至散热槽12内的空气,然后散发到外界,有利于壁灯的散热,延长使用寿命,并可提高安全性。
在散热槽12内设置有第一加强筋13,以提高后壳1的结构强度,第一加强筋13亦可传导热量,以利于散热。另外,在后壳1上还设置有第二加强筋14,以进一步提高后壳1的结构强度。后壳1的侧缘具有向后延伸的围边16,以在后壳1上形成容置槽,当壁灯安装于墙面时,可使后壳1与墙面之间形成空气隔腔,有利于壁灯热量的散发。围边16亦可提高后壳1的结构强度。
后壳1和前壳2之间还设置有引线密封结构,该引线密封结构包括安装块51以及设置在安装块51上的电源线束52,电源线束52穿过后壳1并与驱动控制装置31电连接,安装块51与后壳1通过第一螺纹紧固件53相连接,且在安装块51与后壳1之间垫设有密封圈54,以提高安装块51与后壳1之间的密封性,避免水的进入,不需要通过打胶来进行密封,便于壁灯的装配。优选的,后壳1上设置有凹槽15,安装块51插设于凹槽15内,密封圈54亦位于凹槽15内,以便于安装块51和密封圈54的安装定位,避免密封圈54滑动错位。
此外,在后壳1上还设置有安装架6,该安装架6包括安装板61和壁架62,安装板61与后壳1相连接。安装板61和壁架62两者其一上设置有挂槽621,安装板61和壁架62两者中的另外一个上设置有挂片611,挂片611插设在挂槽621内,以将安装板61和壁架62挂设在一起。在壁灯安装时,先将壁架62安装于墙面或者接线盒,然后将安装板61挂设于壁架62上,由此即完成壁灯的挂设安装,壁灯的安装操作较为方便。安装架6位于容置槽内,由于围边16的存在,当壁灯安装于墙面时,围边16可贴靠墙面并遮挡安装架6,以使壁灯美观。

9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有整体式罩壳结构的壁灯,其特征在于:所述后壳(1)和前壳(2)之间还设置有引线密封结构,所述引线密封结构包括安装块(51)以及设置在安装块(51)上的电源线束(52),所述电源线束(52)穿过后壳(1)并与驱动控制装置(31)电连接,所述安装块(51)与后壳(1)通过第一螺纹紧固件(53)相连接,且在安装块(51)与后壳(1)之间垫设有密封圈(54)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有整体式罩壳结构的壁灯,其特征在于:所述后壳(1)上还设置有安装架(6),所述安装架(6)包括安装板(61)和壁架(62),所述安装板(61)与后壳(1)相连接,所述安装板(61)和壁架(62)两者其一上设置有挂槽(621),所述安装板(61)和壁架(62)两者中的另外一个上设置有挂片(611),挂片(611)插设在挂槽(621)内以将安装板(61)和壁架(62)挂设在一起。
