Description

本实用新型属于管状物品，特别是涉及一种输送高压流体的塑料软管。
现有技术中的塑料高压软管一般用塑料注塑而成，用于压缩空气或高压液体的输送管道，但是这种管子在弯曲大于90度后，弯曲处很容易瘪掉，往往造成管道不畅，影响正常工作。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能承受大角度弯曲的塑料高压软管。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下列技术方案来实现：
本实用新型由内层管和外层管组成，外层管裹在内层管之上，外层管与内层管之间设有金属丝。所述的金属丝呈螺旋状缠绕在内层管上或呈网状覆盖在内层管上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
（1）能承受90度至180度的弯曲而仍不瘪掉。
（2）能承受较大的内压和外压。

实施例一：本实用新型的内层管［1］与外层管［2］均采用聚氯乙烯材料，外层管［2］裹在内层管［1］之上，外层管［2］与内层管［1］之间的金属丝［3］选用碳素钢丝，钢丝呈螺旋状缠绕在内层管［1］上。所述的钢丝共有四根，每根之间的垂直距离为5毫米，每根钢丝与管子的轴向呈60度角。
实施例二：本实用新型的内层管［1］与外层管［2］均采用聚氯乙烯材料，外层管［2］裹在内层管［1］之上，外层管［2］与内层管［1］之间的金属丝［3］选用碳素钢丝，钢丝呈网状交织覆盖在内层管［1］上。所述的钢丝共有十六根，其中的8根钢丝与管子的轴向呈60度角，另外的8根钢丝与管子的轴向呈120度角，同一走向的钢丝之间的垂直距离为8毫米。
