背景技术
食品工业废水浓度高,可生化性好,一般采用厌氧加好氧的生物处理工艺,近些年国内厌氧反应器,为解决原大阻力布水系统造成的布水支管堵塞严重且难以疏通问题,大都采用脉冲+槽式布水形式布水提高效果,槽式布水一般采用堰溢流配水,其很难保证绝对平整,要满足施工安装误差控制在工艺允许范围内是比较困难的,如果采用高精度施工安装,则会大幅度增加施工成本。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题,提供一种施工安装成本低、标高调整方便、可保证布水均匀的布水超平装置。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种布水超平装置,包括分别设置在两个布水槽中的布水管,其结构要点是布水管顶端分别设置有顶端水平高度能够调整的变径管。
变径管上部为大径,下部为小径,小径通过螺纹与布水管顶端活动连接;通过调整螺纹连接长度,即可调整变径管顶端水平高度,操作方便,成本低。
实用新型的有益效果
采用上大下小的变径管安装在布水管顶端,从而减少布水的局部阻力损失,变径管与布水管顶端采用螺纹方式连接,通过调节螺纹的连接长度,实现变径管顶端标高的调整,从而保证作用在每根布水管上的作用水头相等,即实现了均匀布水。采用上述结构,大大降低了对施工安装精度要求,进而减少了施工工程量,从而降低了项目施工安装成本,调试或运行人员可在渠内进水时对布水管的水平精度进行调整,操作方便,且直观明了,布水超平效果好。

具体实施方式
布水渠7中的两个挡墙3将布水渠7分出两个布水槽2,每个布水槽2中均设置有一个布水管5。布水器的出水进入布水渠7并分别通过设置在两个挡墙3上的过水洞4流入两侧的布水槽2中。变径管6上部为大径,下部为小径,小径与布水管5顶端活动连接,变径管6可以减少布水的局部阻力损失。通过调节变径管6和布水管5的螺纹1连接长度,可实现变径管6顶部标高的调整,保证了作用在两根布水管5上的作用水头相等,从而实现了均匀布水。变径管6和布水管5也可以采用其他的活动连接方式,如小间隙配合插装等,只要保证变径管6顶端位置可以调整即可。
