本实用新型涉及一种菲涅尔波带反射器微波天 线装置,利用菲涅尔透镜原理,将反射器制成两个互 补的菲涅尔透波带片,其表面为不同半径的球面,制 成金属镜面,作为微波天线的反射器用,其表面为导 体即可。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种微波天线。
微波天线的反射器或阳光聚集器的理想形状是旋转抛物面,但抛物面加工复杂,造价昂贵,很难获得较高的加工精度,并且笨重。近几年出现了几种利用菲涅尔波带原理制作的微波天线:W.L.H.  SHVTER等等(IEEE  Trontions  on  Antennu  and  Prapagation  Vol  AD-2,NO.3  1984)利用菲涅尔波带原理制作了卫星电视接收天线,但由于菲涅尔波带本身固有损耗,因此它的效率极低;中国专利CN8520016张玉福发明的螺旋形菲涅尔反射天线,由于螺旋带是等宽的,不是严格的菲涅尔透镜,所以焦斑较大,存在相位误差大的缺点,因此,它在C波段和Kn波段很难得到较高的效率。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的反射聚焦装置,与相同口径的抛物面反射聚焦器相比,它易于加工,重量轻,造价低,效率高于已有的各种利用菲涅尔波带原理制作的反射聚焦器。

本实用新型是这样实现的:利用菲涅尔透镜原理,将反射器(8)制成两个互补的菲涅尔波带片(3)(4),如图1、2,实线和虚线为两个互补的菲涅尔波带片,每个半波带与其相邻的半波带对某一微波频率有固定的相位差为0或2π,每个作为反射面的波带片制成园心位置与半径均不相同的球面,它们可以保证将平行于波带片轴线入射的某一频率电磁波会聚到焦点,并且在焦点处是同相位的,波带片(3)(4)表面为金属镜面,如单纯作为微波天线的反射器,其表面为导体即可。馈源(1)的中心线与反射器的中心线同轴,其距离为该反射器的焦距。馈源(1)通过支架(2)固定于反射器(8)上部,反射器(8)与天线支柱(5)铰链联接,由螺栓可调固定,底座(7)上套管(6)套上天线支柱(5),共同组成天线水平方面可旋转机构。
本实用新型对C波段卫星电视信号的接收时,反射器直径为2米,焦距为1.1米,波带的球面半径分别为2.20米,2.29米,2.42米,2.55米,2.65米,2.76米,共有6条波带,波带表面为金属铝镀层。如将馈源换成炊具,适当的调节支架,使焦斑扩大,即作为太阳灶之用。
本装置的特点为,重量轻,加工容易,焦斑小,接收效率高,成本低,且一物两用。

1、一种由反射器、支架、馈源、底座等组成的菲涅尔波带反射器微波天线,其特征在于:反射器(8)制成双个互补的菲涅尔波带片(3)(4),每个作为反射面的波带片,制成园心位置与半径均不相同的球面,其表面为金属镜面。
