本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种防水型环保房地产用电线，包括若干个均匀排布的线芯，所述线芯外围包覆有绝缘层，所述包覆有绝缘层的若干线芯外围包覆有防水层，所述防水层与绝缘层之间设置有填充层，防水层外围包覆有防潮层，所述防潮层外围包覆有耐磨层；所述填充层为防水胶，所述防水层采用防水涂料材料，所述防潮层为铝塑复合带，所述耐磨层为环保PVC材料。
优选地，所述防潮层厚度不超过1mm，所述耐磨层厚度不超过3mm。
