Abstract
本实用新型属于清理装置领域,尤其是一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,针对现有的鱼缸内壁清理不便的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括鱼缸和收集箱,所述鱼缸的底部设置有支撑架,鱼缸底壁的中间位置连接有排污管,排污管上安装有排污阀,收集箱的一侧壁上连接有管道,且管道的一端连接有排污管,且管道上安装有排污泵,鱼缸的顶部设置有盖板,盖板为圆柱形空腔结构,盖板上表面两侧对称设置有限位块,盖板下表面设置有多个喷嘴,盖板上表面的中间位置安装有电机,本实用新型结构简单,设计新颖,清理与消毒同时进行,大大的提高了工作效率,缩短清理时间,清理效果好,节省人力物力,操作方便,值得推广。

本实用新型涉及清理装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置。
背景技术
现有的一些场所往往会摆放一些鱼缸,养殖鱼类来装饰环境,但是在长时间使用后,鱼缸的内壁易产生具粘性的垃圾,粘附在内壁上,且寄生虫也有可能附着在内壁上,容易滋生细菌,造成鱼的大量死亡,人工清理费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型提出的一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,解决了现有的鱼缸内壁清理不便的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,包括鱼缸和收集箱,所述鱼缸的底部设置有支撑架,鱼缸底壁的中间位置连接有排污管,排污管上安装有排污阀,收集箱的一侧壁上连接有管道,且管道的一端连接有排污管,且管道上安装有排污泵,鱼缸的顶部设置有盖板,盖板为圆柱形空腔结构,盖板上表面两侧对称设置有限位块,盖板下表面设置有多个喷嘴,盖板上表面的中间位置安装有电机,电机的输出轴贯穿盖板连接有第一连接杆,第一连接杆的一端焊接有第二连接杆,第二连接杆的侧壁沿竖直方向设置有清洁刷,盖板上表面的一侧固定有箱体,箱体的一侧壁上连接有进水管,进水管上安装有水泵。
优选的,所述鱼缸为顶部设置有开口的圆柱形结构,鱼缸底部为圆锥形结构,盖板为圆柱形结构,且鱼缸的内径与盖板的直径相同。
优选的,所述喷嘴倾斜设置在盖板的下表面,且多个盖板呈圆周阵列分布在盖板的下表面。
优选的,所述第一连接杆垂直于电机的输出轴,第二连接杆垂直于第一连接杆。
优选的,所述箱体顶壁的一侧设置有进液口,进水管的一端与盖板相连通。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
通过设置有盖板,在需要对鱼缸内壁进行清理时,将盖板放置在鱼缸的顶部,先利用排污泵将鱼缸底部的鱼粪等杂质排出,在箱体内添加消毒液,配合清洁刷对鱼缸内壁进行清理,有效去除细菌以及粘附在内壁上的垃圾,清理效果好,清理方便,值得推广。
本实用新型结构简单,设计新颖,清理与消毒同时进行,大大的提高了工作效率,缩短清理时间,清理效果好,节省人力物力,操作方便,值得推广。

参照图1-2,一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,包括鱼缸1和收集箱3,鱼缸1的底部设置有支撑架2,鱼缸1底壁的中间位置连接有排污管4,排污管4上安装有排污阀5,收集箱3的一侧壁上连接有管道6,且管道6的一端连接有排污管4,且管道6上安装有排污泵7,鱼缸1的顶部设置有盖板8,盖板8为圆柱形空腔结构,盖板8上表面两侧对称设置有限位块9,鱼缸1为顶部设置有开口的圆柱形结构,鱼缸1底部为圆锥形结构,盖板8为圆柱形结构,且鱼缸1的内径与盖板8的直径相同,盖板8下表面设置有多个喷嘴10,喷嘴10倾斜设置在盖板8的下表面,且多个盖板8呈圆周阵列分布在盖板8的下表面,盖板8上表面的中间位置安装有电机11,电机11的输出轴贯穿盖板8连接有第一连接杆12,第一连接杆12的一端焊接有第二连接杆13,第一连接杆12垂直于电机11的输出轴,第二连接杆13垂直于第一连接杆12,第二连接杆13的侧壁沿竖直方向设置有清洁刷14,盖板8上表面的一侧固定有箱体15,箱体15的一侧壁上连接有进水管16,箱体15顶壁的一侧设置有进液口,进水管16的一端与盖板8相连通,进水管16上安装有水泵17,本实用新型结构简单,设计新颖,清理与消毒同时进行,大大的提高了工作效率,缩短清理时间,清理效果好,节省人力物力,操作方便,值得推广。

实施例:需要对鱼缸1进行清理时,先排出一部分的水,然后打开排污阀5和排污泵7,将鱼缸1底部堆积的鱼粪等垃圾通过排污泵8泵入收集箱3内,然后将盖板8防止在鱼缸1的顶部,限位块9防止盖板8掉入鱼缸1内,在箱体15内添加消毒液,然后打开电机11和水泵17,电机11的输出轴与盖板8的连接处设置有密封圈,防止消毒液泄露,电机11启动时,通过第一连接杆12和第二连接杆13带动清洁刷14在鱼缸1的内壁移动,对鱼缸1的内壁进行清理,同时消毒液通过喷嘴10均匀的喷洒在鱼缸1的内壁上,有效的去除内壁上的垃圾和细菌,然后通过排污管5排出,操作简单方便,值得推广。

1.一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,包括鱼缸(1)和收集箱(3),其特征在于,所述鱼缸(1)的底部设置有支撑架(2),鱼缸(1)底壁的中间位置连接有排污管(4),排污管(4)上安装有排污阀(5),收集箱(3)的一侧壁上连接有管道(6),且管道(6)的一端连接有排污管(4),且管道(6)上安装有排污泵(7),鱼缸(1)的顶部设置有盖板(8),盖板(8)为圆柱形空腔结构,盖板(8)上表面两侧对称设置有限位块(9),盖板(8)下表面设置有多个喷嘴(10),盖板(8)上表面的中间位置安装有电机(11),电机(11)的输出轴贯穿盖板(8)连接有第一连接杆(12),第一连接杆(12)的一端焊接有第二连接杆(13),第二连接杆(13)的侧壁沿竖直方向设置有清洁刷(14),盖板(8)上表面的一侧固定有箱体(15),箱体(15)的一侧壁上连接有进水管(16),进水管(16)上安装有水泵(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,其特征在于,所述鱼缸(1)为顶部设置有开口的圆柱形结构,鱼缸(1)底部为圆锥形结构,盖板(8)为圆柱形结构,且鱼缸(1)的内径与盖板(8)的直径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(10)倾斜设置在盖板(8)的下表面,且多个盖板(8)呈圆周阵列分布在盖板(8)的下表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接杆(12)垂直于电机(11)的输出轴,第二连接杆(13)垂直于第一连接杆(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼类养殖用的清理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(15)顶壁的一侧设置有进液口,进水管(16)的一端与盖板(8)相连通。
