本实用新型属于物联网数据通讯技术领域,涉及一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关。
背景技术
随着物联网技术的发展,电力行业对于设备监测这方面的需求也是不断提升,也符合智能电网的发展方向,建立在集成的、高速双向通信网络的基础上,通过先进的传感和测量技术、先进的设备技术、先进的控制方法以及先进的决策支持系统技术的应用,实现电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环境友好和使用安全的目标。但是对于常用的箱式变压器数据的采集,现在并没有一种较为完整合理的采集方式,这样对于电力设备的实时监测就很难实现。因此,现在就需要设计一种针对箱式变压器进行数据监测的网关。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关,能针对箱式变压器运行数据进行采集、解析及发送。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关,包括有与箱式变压器通过电连接的485模块,485模块通过电连接有CPU模块,CPU模块还通过电连接有电源模块、GPRS通讯模块以及调试接口,GPRS通讯模块还通过无线连接的方式连接通讯有服务器。
本实用新型的特征还在于,
电源模块包括与CPU模块电连接的电源转化模块,电源转化模块通过电连接有电源。
电源转换模块为PT1101E23E稳压芯片。
调试接口包括分别与CPU模块电连接的时钟、看门狗以及调试串口。
箱式变压器内部安装的每个仪表均设置有对应的485通讯地址和接口,每个接口分为A和B两个接口,485模块上设置有两个485接口,分别也为A接口和B接口,将箱式变压器各个仪表的接口与485接口进行电连接,连接时,将箱式变压器各个仪表的A接口和B接口分别并联,然后与485模块的A接口和B接口分别相接。
CPU模块为芯片STM32L151C6T6。
485模块采用RSM3485模块。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构精巧、设计合理,是一种针对箱变运行数据采集、解析及发送的网关,使用中数据有很好的稳定性、实时性,能够满足对箱变的实时监测,实用性强,便于推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
本实用新型的一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关,如图1所示,包括有与箱式变压器7通过电连接的485模块2,485模块2通过电连接有CPU模块3,CPU模块3还通过电连接有电源模块4、GPRS通讯模块5以及调试接口6,GPRS通讯模块5还通过无线连接的方式连接通讯有服务器8。
电源模块4包括与CPU模块3电连接的电源转化模块9,电源转化模块9通过电连接有电源10。
电源转换模块9为PT1101E23E稳压芯片。
调试接口6包括分别与CPU模块3电连接的时钟11、看门狗12以及调试串口13。
如图2所示,箱式变压器7内部安装的每个仪表均设置有对应的485通讯地址和接口,接口分为A和B两个接口,485模块2上设置有两个485接口1,分别也为A接口和B接口,将箱式变压器7各个仪表的接口与485接口1进行电连接,连接时,将箱式变压器7各个仪表的A接口和B接口分别并联,然后与485模块2的A接口和B接口分别相接。
CPU模块为芯片STM32L151C6T6。
485模块2采用RSM3485模块。
如图3所示,本实用新型的485模块2、CPU模块3、电源模块4、GPRS通讯模块5以及调试接口6均焊接在母板上。
本实用新型中CPU选用芯片STM32L151C6T6,芯片的电路原理图如图4所示,电源转换模块采用PT1101E23E稳压芯片,为CPU提供稳定的电源,485模块采用RSM3485模块,其中RSM3485模块TXD引脚、RXD引脚、CON引脚分别与芯片STM32L151C6T6的PA9引脚、PA10引脚、PB13引脚相接。GPRS模块采用L206M模块,其中L206M的TXD1引脚、RXD1引脚、RING1引脚、NETLIGHT引脚、RESETB引脚、PWRKEY引脚分别与STM32L151C6T6芯片的PA3引脚、PA2引脚、PB9引脚、PB112引脚、PB2引脚、PB0引脚相接。
本实用新型的一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关在工作时,如图2所示,首先将箱式变压器每个表的A、B接口分别并联,然后与网关RSM3485的A、B接口分别相接,连接完成之后,给箱式变压器和网关分别上电,网关箱式变压器的数据处理解析,并通过GPRS通讯模块5使用GPRS网络传输到服务器,实现了数据的实时采集与监控。
本实用新型的一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关在工作中,数据的采集:网关通过485模块2采用485通讯协议与各个电力仪表进行通讯,数据就是从电力仪表通过485总线发送给网关,数据解析:CPU芯片内部通过解析程序实现数据解析,再通过GPRS通讯模块5使用GPRS网络传输到服务器;其中,时钟11:为芯片的工作提供稳定的脉冲信号,看门狗12:防止程序在运行过程中跑飞,调试串口13:给芯片烧写程序,调试程序的接口。

1.一种面向箱式变压器的物联网网关,其特征在于,包括有与箱式变压器(7)通过电连接的485模块(2),所述485模块(2)通过电连接有CPU模块(3),所述CPU模块(3)还通过电连接有电源模块(4)、GPRS通讯模块(5)以及调试接口(6),所述GPRS通讯模块(5)还通过无线连接的方式连接通讯有服务器(8);所述电源模块(4)包括与所述CPU模块(3)电连接的电源转化模块(9),所述电源转化模块(9)通过电连接有电源(10),所述调试接口(6)包括分别与所述CPU模块(3)电连接的时钟(11)、看门狗(12)以及调试串口(13),所述箱式变压器(7)内部安装的每个仪表均设置有对应的485通讯地址和接口,接口分为A和B两个接口,所述485模块(2)上设置有两个485接口(1),分别也为A接口和B接口,将箱式变压器(7)各个仪表的接口与所述485接口(1)进行电连接,连接时,将箱式变压器(7)各个仪表的A接口和B接口分别并联,然后与485模块(2)的A接口和B接口分别相接。
