3) In a specific embodiment, the metal tube 5 is embedded in the second middle section 32, the sealing rod 22 is indirectly connected to the second middle section 32 through the metal tube 5, the sealing rod 22 is slidably connected to the metal tube 5, and the sealing rings 6 are disposed between the sealing rod 22 and the first fixing seat 13 and between the sealing rod 22 and the metal tube 5.

In a specific embodiment, the first fixing seat 13 is provided with a guide groove 93, the sealing rod 22 is provided with a guide block 94, and the guide groove 93 and the guide block 94 cooperate to guide the sealing rod 22 to move axially, and at the same time, the sealing rod 22 can rotate.
In another specific embodiment, the container 4 is internally provided with a steel ball 9, and the steel ball 9 can ensure the air tightness of the container 4 before the eyeliner is not used; when the eyeliner is used, the eyeliner is shaken, and the steel balls 9 can play a role in stirring eyeliner liquid so as to realize uniform liquid discharge.
In an embodiment, the pen tip 14 is connected to the first middle section 31 by a screw, the first middle section 31 is connected to the cap 1 by a screw (i.e., the cap 1 is screwed or unscrewed when closed or opened), and the first middle section 31 is connected to the pen holder 2 by a snap connection.
